HP: The wholesome life

This is a whole some, slice of life, kind of fanfic. It's more about fun and Funny situations then fighting and killing. It's not about Harry and voldemort. It's about how you would live your life, if you were in HP, instead of planning and being a paranoid mess. But rather enjoying your second life, while growing, the mc will be powerful but not like something overpowered. __________________________________________ If you want to read ahead and support me Patreon.com/Rakasa on break till the end of April, I'm very busy with my College entrance exam prep.

Chapter - 5 Gilf's like Hagrid

Hagrid was a regular at the bar.

As soon as the three of us entered through the door, all the chattering stopped suddenly, and everyone smiled and waved at Hagrid.

Especially the old ladies who were sitting in the corner and drinking liquor with small glasses, they were even flying kisses at Hagrid.

One of them even handed Hagrid a the pipe of hookah , trying to get him to take a sip too.

Hagrid had some lipstick marks before he got out from the fray.

Okay, I didn't expect Hagrid to be a player of middle-aged and elderly women.

The bar owner looked like a shriveled walnut. He picked up a glass wiping it asked, "Regular for you Hagrid."

"No, Tom, I'm working for Hogwarts and shouldn't drink."

Hagrid refused with a serious look on his face, as if anyone who hindered his work was his enemy.

A man wearing a top hat next to him, squinted his cloudy eyes, and asked suspiciously, "Really? But when I came in the morning, I saw you..."

"Ahem... I'm going to take William to Diagon Alley, goodbye everyone." Hagrid hurriedly interrupted and left the scene with us.

But before leaving, he still glanced at the boss Tom and asked, "Is that old Greek man back?"

Tom shrugged and said, "He hasn't appeared since the morning after our drink."

Hagrid was a little disappointed.

Passing through the bar, Hagrid led the us to a small back alley with walls on all sides. With nothing but a trash can and some weeds to be seen.

Roy stopped and asked"Hagrid, when you said that some problem came up because of which you were delayed in the morning, you werere drinking here?"

Hagrid scratched his beard and said dryly, " Roy, I can explain it!"

He coughed and said, "Look, I've come to London from Hogwarts, and after travelling such a long way decided to sit here and rest for a few minutes, is that too much?"

Roy nodded: "It makes sense."

Hagrid continued: "This is a bar, so i just can't sit still, I have to make sure not anger the owner, so I bought a few glasses of eggnog to moisten my throat, is it too much?"

Roy held his chin contemplating

"So, you drank too much?" William interrupted and asked.

"No." Hagrid hesitated for a moment, glanced around, and whispered, "I was about to leave, but then I ran into a Greek.

The Greek chatted with me and said that he had a three-headed dog, but it ate too much and he can't afford it.

William, you don't know how rare and cute three-headed dogs are.

So i can't just watch this furry little animal abandoned wandering the streets and sent to the Department of Management and Control of Magical Creatures..."

Hagrid bowed his head like a child who had made a mistake.

" It's okay Hagrid no harm done."

Hagrid smiled and said, "Thank you so much, Roy, you really are my best Muggle friend.

You can rest assured and leave William to me. No one will dare to bully him at Hogwarts with me around ."

Hagrid patted Roy on the shoulder with his huge palm, almost knocking him down.

"Hagrid, is a three-headed dog really that cute?" William couldn't help asking.

"It's one of the cutest thing you will ever see."

With the sound of "yawning", an orange cat head protruded from William's backpack, and glanced at Hagrid suspiciously, as if she had Been indirectly insulted.

"You and that little guy will become good friends." Hagrid giggled twice and patted Boba's head.

Boba gave a "meow" and drilled his head back again.

At this moment, in William's mind,he started to make up a three-headed dog with Samoyed, Husky and Alaskan dog... That's really cute.

It's just in the near future when William will understand just how wrong he is to believe in Hagrid's description of a magical creature.

Hagrid counted the bricks on the top of the trash can, because he was so tall he had to bend over.

"Count three up—and two in the right—" he whispered. "Okay, stand back."

He tapped the wall three times with the head of his umbrella.

The brick he knocked trembled and began to move, with a small hole in the middle.

The opening got bigger and bigger, and soon there was an archway wide enough for Hagrid to pass through, leading to a winding cobblestone street with no end in sight.

Hagrid opened his arms and announced loudly, "Welcome to Diagon Alley."

As they walked along the archway, the sun shone on a stack of pots outside the store..

"Oh, William, you will need to buy one," Hagrid glanced at the sky, "but the sun is going down soon, so we have to go get the money first."

They came to a snow-white building towering over the surrounding shops, and beside the gleaming bronze gate stood a figure in a scarlet-golden uniform—a mean, angry and greedy lookinh goblin with a pointy beard.

"This is the goblin I told you about," Hagrid whispered as they walked on the white stone steps towards the man.

Roy suffered another occupational disease. He couldn't help but stare at the goblin's grinning mouth, as if he wanted to check the structure of his teeth.

William felt that he couldn't let his family come to Diagon Alley alone in the future.

Roy is okay. At most, he looks at other people's teeth. But Mother will probably take out a scalpel from her pocket on the spot to dissect and see the differences between the species.

As for Annie, there is a high probability that she will treat the goblin as a pet and ask to bring it back with them.

God, what a wierd family this is, William suddenly found out that he was the only normal person in his family.

He didn't have any strange thoughts,as them,

at most... he just wanted to rob the bank.

William stood in front of the gate of Gringotts, his figure half shrouded in sunlight and half in shadow.

On the two doors in front of him, the following words were engraved:For those who take, but do not earn, Must pay most dearly in their turn, So if you seek beneath our floors. A treasure that was never yours, Thief, you have been warned, beware.

He didn't know why but at this moment, looking at those lines, William really had the urge of robbing Gringotts.

Well, he also had this urge when he looked at the ATM in his previous life.

But the consequences will always extinguish his desire in the shortest possible time.

William looked up at Hagrid and asked in a low voice, "Hagrid, how strong is gringotts security."

"Of course it's strong. This is the safest place in the wizarding world after Hogwarts."

"How?" William raised his eyebrows.

Hagrid bent down and said mysteriously, in a fiery tone that William had never heard before, "They have a dragon down here."

"dragon?"

Hagrid's eyes shone brightly, in envy: "Yes, I really want to raise one, and I'm willing to give everything of mine for it."

"But 20 years after the International Secrecy Act was promulgated, in order to promote this act, the Wizards Conference officially passed a bill banning dragon breeding.

I dare say, this is the stupidest decision the International Federation of Wizards has ever made."

Well, William's desire was quenched again, this time it was Hagrid's scattered spittle and the mentioned dragon.
