It is a reboot of my old ff Hp: The secret heir. I am trying to remove many problems that I cause in that ff. I need to clarify this before any of you read. I don't write that well, so please try to be helpful and not lash out saying bad grammar. English is not my first language. You find something wrong, comment it and I will try to fix it.

Hogwarts Express now boarding

We are finally here. I hope you like the chapter and I have to tell you something about this chapter and the ones that will follow it. I have skipped the part where he meets Grindelwald but not to worry. I will write about it but it would be more like a flash back, there are something's that I will introduce and I will build upon it. And you'll see what I'm talking about. There are a few things that will be the plot points of this year. One of which would be ancient magic or something along that lines.

Enjoy the chapter, bye.

————————————————————

As the days became weeks and those weeks became months. Seasons changed and so did people. Change is the only constant in our lives and it's a lesson that we must understand and take it to our hearts in order to become who we are supposed to be. But it's a hard lesson and one which only a few people understand and accept.

One such young man who understood this lesson was sitting in a train compartment of Hogwarts express waiting for his friends. Over the course of summer Jon did many things he traveled to three continents and to many many places. He became famous and loved by many, specially by two people who he didn't expect. But such is time and it's ways.

He was in a very different kind of relationship with Daphne and Victoria, it would be untrue to say that this had never happened before. But it was something that was forgotten by many but nonetheless they were happy and making it work any way they could. Jon usually described it later as the summer love clip that people would see in movies and it wasn't all that well received.

Right now peering through the glass wall separating him from the people outside he showed his face without any care since he had somewhat gotten used to wearing disguises when going out in public and this time wasn't any different.

Before leaving his house he had changed how he looked. His raven black hair have been replaced by long platinum curls, his eyes were a pair of amber like his mother, his nose slightly longer and sharper. He looked just different enough that people could tell that he had the resemblance but wouldn't bother him for it.

While he was waiting he held a small book in his hand. It was similar to the one he had found in his great uncles vault. Inside it was just a few simple lines entries to be exact. It had dates and time in the beginning and a few simple lines of report as to about their location and any other thing that could be of note. The latest entry was from today. Jon simply smiled as he read it and uttered, "So we finally set sail."

The door to the carriage opened and Jon closed the small book and looked at the door. It was Daphne, she was wearing a black skirt and a white top with black stockings. She had her hair tired in a pony tail. She was the first one to make it as usual. Jon looked behind her and Daphne said, "Astoria's with Luna in the next cabin." Daphne closed the door and sat down next to him and quickly pecked him on the lips and asked, "Good morning."

"Morning." She saw the book in his hands and she asked, "Anything new with the 'Expedition'"

Jon shrugged and said, "They are docked in Karachi…"

"How long do you think it will take them to reach there?"

"Haven't got a clue… muggle boats are faster but I'm not sure."

"You think it's worth chasing this… I mean it could be nothing?"

"Grindelwald was very sure about it and I'm too… this could be something big."

Daphne held his hand and he looked at her and she thought to tease him a bit, "Did you see the documentary on you. "Father of WPOP.""

Jon shook his head adamantly, "No and I never will… it's because of those guys that I never got to fully enjoy the trip."

Daphne bumped her shoulder on him and said, "Oh, don't be mad… it's very good. Well, beside the part with Fluer."

"Oh, really?" Jon smirked

Daphne looked at him "I mean she is nice and all… but you never know, what's really going through their heads. They could be thinking one thing while doing something else and then they'll do something completely out of the left field and you'll be there sitting like what just happened?"

Jon chuckled lightly and she looked at him and he said, "Oh, please continue… I'm listening."

"Are you?"

He hummed and nodded and she smiled and talked, Jon just listened to her even if it wasn't interesting to other or important. He just liked to see her talk, the once quite ice queen now was like a talking parrot. Both of them didn't know how long were they talking about and when their sitting changed but now. Jon was laying with his back to the window and with Daphne between his arms.

"God… you two… this is a public space." A voice came and broke their bubble and they saw Ted standing there.

"Hey Ted." Both of them said in unison and then both of them awed.

Ted saw it and felt his blood curdling, he sat down and looked at the two and said, "At least close the blinds before you two get cozy like this."

"Stop hating on them." Ted turned to see and it was Tracey. "They look adorable."

Both of them thanked her Ted sighed and said, "I'm not hating on them… I'm just saying that if someone saw them like this… there could be some problems."

Tracey rolled her eyes and sighed while Ted just looked baffled by her. All of them then started to talk to pass the time and then Tracey asked, "What electives did you guys choose… I took Divination and Care of Magical creatures."

Ted was the first to answer, "Arithmancy and Ancient Runes."

Daphne said, "Arithmancy and Divination."

Tracey looked at me and I said, "Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, care of magical creatures and possibly some Alchemy."

Ted and Tracey looked at Jon surprised while Daphne just played with the hem of his shirt.

"That's a sixth year elective!" Ted said with his eyes nearly about to pop out of his eyes.

"Yeah, that's why I said some… Dumbledore would teach me a little about it."

"What?!" "Why?" Ted and Tracey asked

"Is this what you got from the deal?" Tracey asked

Jon nodded and Ted said, "It's not fair."

"never said it was." Ted stared at him and Jon gave a smug smile.

"Sit straight." Jon saw Victoria in a hurry and both him and Daphne sat properly. Behind Victoria all of them saw a tall figure clad in a black suite. It was Sirius Black… all of them were a little surprised but Jon was stumped as to why he was here.

"Go on in Vicki." Sirius said to Victoria and she did the same and sat next to Daphne.

He looked at Jon and smiled, "You have room for us?"

——————————————————————

The Hogwarts express was chugging along the lines, the sun was out and most people were excited to be back at Hogwarts but there were always some exceptions. But this was neither of those things. Inside the compartment where Jon and his friends were sitting there were a few people that didn't get all that well with him and it was apparent by the mood of the compartment. Along with Sirius even Harry and his friends tagged along for some reason making the compartment a little tight.

Jon continued to stare at Sirius even though he didn't mind at first but now it was getting a little bit weird. Sirius looked at Victoria and she gave him a wry smile and said, "He's just thinking of something." Victoria glared at him and Daphne nudged him a bit to bring him back.

Jon shook his head a little and was finding his words to speak, he cleared his throat and said, "How, ah Why. Oh… Hello."

Sirius chuckled a little and said, "Hello." he took in a deep breath and sighed, "So you all excited for Hogwarts this year?"

All of them hummed and agreed but Jon didn't and Sirius picked up on it and asked, "What about you?"

"He'd probably have more fun setting fires." Ron said with a smug look on his face. Hermione and the others glared at him making him go quiet.

Jon shrugged and Sirius looked intruded and asked, "Why?"

"I don't know… because of the history probably." Jon replied

"Ah, yes professor Binn's class were never my favourite." Sirius replied with a smile but that wasn't quite it.

"I don't think it would be like last years." Victoria said.

"God I hope not…"

Sirius looked at ted and he explained, "Jon's a little paranoid. He thinks that every new year something always goes south."

"It happened for two years straight… so statistically speaking I may be correct." Jon gave Ted a smirk

"Then I would say that it's too less of an information and that your findings are wrong."

Sirius looked seriously at the two and then at Victoria and she just shrugged her shoulders.

"What classes are you taking this year?" Hermione asked Jon

Jon looked at her and small smile curved up knowing that she would take all of them and he might be able to use the time turner from her. "A few… how about you?"

Hermione replied "A few."

Jon hummed and then looked at Sirius and asked, "What are you going to teach Mr. Black?"

Sirius looked at Jon and smiled, "I'll be teaching you Defence against the dark arts for this year."

"Oh" Jon replied and Sirius looked at him questioningly and he explained, "We had some poor excuse of a professors teaching us Defence against the dark arts… I hope you do better than them… but then again the bar is set very low."
