Chapter 225 : That Rat 4

Both Sirius and Rose were taken aback by the sudden explosion of the entrance. Instinctively both again tried to reach out where usually they would hold their wands but there was nothing. 

There is no way that Sirius can get his hands on the wand and Rose's wand was with Orion. Pettigrew didn't care much, even now his biggest fear in the room was Orion and that wasn't changing until someone like Voldemort himself walked in from that door. 

Orion might be the only person who was ready for this. He immediately swipes his hand, activating magic instinctively so that he can erect a barrier to protect both Rose and Sirius and unfortunately for Pettigrew as well, they still wanted the man alive.

Once the debris from the explosion died down, finally the face of the person responsible for this explosion was revealed.

Green eyes, and black hair, a handsome boy of Orion's age was standing there, wand in hand and beside him was standing was a beautiful girl, both were from Slytherin. 

Of course, this was none other than Nick Iron and Hermione Traitor... I mean Granger.

Orion knew who was coming so he before anything erected the barrier and pulled all three people he wanted to protect back. 

"Ambrosius, hand over Pettigrew." Before even Orion opens his mouth, he quickly comes up with thousands of things to annoy Nick but unfortunately, Nick seems to be in a hurry. He said as he pointed his wand towards Orion, not even acknowledging that there were more people behind Orion. 

That kind of makes sense as Orion might be the only person he actually feels threatened by. He can certainly handle almost anyone in Hogwarts. The only two people he will think twice before starting a conflict with at this point will be undoubtedly Albus Dumbledore and Orion D. Ambrosius. 

Orion didn't speak, he tried to understand what Nick was really after. Questions like why he knows about Pettigrew? What he wants from him? How these guys find them and how he comes to know that Pettigrew was taken away by him.

There were many questions in Orion's mind that he was trying to make sense of. Nick most likely is somehow connected with Death Eaters, if what Dobby said and what happened in Azkaban is any true, and if that's the case then it's natural that he would know few things about the fellow dark wizards. 

The real problem though is why he knows that Pettigrew is here, he might be the only person who should know. Even in the movies and books, Harry learns about this through the Marauder's Maps and then Sirius tells him later on.

And even if Nick knows about Pettigrew somehow and just exactly how he also knows that the rat was taken away by Orion. 

What in the world did Nick need Pettigrew for in the first place? Since when did the dark wizards start to be friends and comrades?

"Harry, please dont do this. This is madness. It doesn't matter who kills him. It can just end either way." Hermione from the side only whispered in Nick's ear. Only enough voice that Nick can listen to. 

But they both underestimated what Orion's senses were capable of at this point. 

'That name ?...

Even someone like Orion was stunned at this point. He let that shock come to his face but anyone could tell that he was stunned as he was almost like a statue for a few seconds. 

Good thing that Nick didn't attack at that time. 

Both Sirius and Rose were behind the barrier Orion erected. Seeing this Rose had a complicated face as she saw Hermione there with Nick, while Nick had his wand directed towards both her and Orion. And Hermione did nothing, just stood there. 

Sirius was shocked for other reasons, mainly at Orion's excellent wandless magic. He just opened a portal in front of him, at first he didn't give much attention as he saw Peter and lost his temper but now he just realized just what kind of magic that youth used. 

That is no magic they learn in Hogwarts, infact no one has that kind of teleportation magic in the wizarding world period and then there was this powerful barrier he erected without using the wand.

'Who is this kid? what the only question in his mind. And when it comes to the Slytherin boy, well there is always exist one Slythrine to play the villain's path in all generations so what's so new about it? 

He will talk about his grand plan of world domination until Hero hexes his ass until they resemble a Babboons back, story end.

Orion took only a few seconds to reboot and he quickly put all these questions at the back of his mind, he would get answers to those questions even if he had to get out of this bastard's dead body but right now he needed to know why he is here in the first place. 

"Iron, why are you here? 

As you can already see for some time, I have not been in the joking mood. You better have a good excuse for drawing that wand on me." Orion said as a massive amount of magical power radiated from him. 

The so-called shaky Shack was really shaking at this point as the excessive degree of magical power came out of Orion. His eyes glow with magical power. A few cracking sounds echoed as the weak ancient floor of the shack started to crack up.

Rose, Sirius and Pettigrew weren't able to sense this magical power as the Barrier that Orion was holding up prevented magic from passing through it. 

Hermione and Nick though were sweating bullets. Nick internally lamented. Both Orion and Nick are somewhere around that level 3 advance when it comes to magical power. 

Nick even increases his power with dark magic after the last time when he fought with Orion. But still, they could sense that Orion's magical power was far greater.

This was because Orion was using the Law of Presence, and when someone uses the law their magical power improves thanks to the inclusion of natural magic around the area.

Nick though didn't want to give up, he brought all his power up and with the dark magic raised his magic to match Orion's magic. Though he was still lagging behind and could barely just protect himself and Hermione from Orion's magical outburst. 

"Pettigrew, I want him," Nick said with determination on his face, facing straight at Orion's eye, not backing down. 

"Hmm and why should I care what you want? I find him, never heard finders keepers." Orion let out a joke anyhow.

"I am not joking, you have no use of him. Give him to me and demand whatever you wish." Nick said with a cold tone. 

"Oh, well that's more like it. That is how should the trade work. But you have nothing which I wanted." Orion said as his senses spread around. Searching for more people who might be ready to ambush. But there was no one else.

This was building up the tension. 

"Tell me how you find Him. Where did you find that rat." Nick said as there was clear anger on his face. It was clear that he too had much payback that he wanted from Pettigrew. 

"Nope, you first, why you even know Peter Pettigrew, what is your relation with him and why you are looking for him," Orion said and he started to recall the information which Pettigrew gave him. 

 How he was chased right in his first year in Hogwarts when animated cats and dogs made out of black magic came after him inside Hogwarts. 

He was almost caught one time but he escaped and even left Hogwarts entirely to save himself. It was clear that someone was targeting him inside Hogwarts. 

Orion now was getting a clue who that someone might be.

" It has nothing to do with you." Nick snapped, sounding angry. 

"Harry, stop." Hermione nudges from the side, totally unaware that Orion could hear even her whispers. 

 "Fair enough, here's the deal. Beat me and the rat is yours." Orion didn't want to waste time on this guy anymore. Killing him right now is not that hard, he can sense Nick's magic is not that strong. Maybe he would have been a match if he had that wand of his but as he is right now. NO.

Nick hearing this only gritted his teeth. 

Rose and Sirius on the side tried to understand the situation. It was a little easier for Rose to understand, knowing the dispute between Orion and Nick, Sirius was in total confusion though.

"As you wish," Nick shouted as a bolt of red lightning zapped towards Orion with incredible speed. It wasn't a lethal spell, Nick didn't use dark magic with that one wand of his. It's traceable on the wand. 

Orion didn't even bother to move out of the way. Before even the attack came close enough to Orion, his infinity came in between. Usually, this infinity is not as strong as GOJO's infinity power. It can be broken with the attack is way too powerful for Orion's magic to handle.

But the current attack done by Nick wasn't that strong. So everyone saw in amazement as Orion stood still while doing nothing but Nick's attack never came closer to him. It kept on hovering in front of Orion but never came like there was an invisible shield in front of Orion.

[So what are you planning, I wouldn't advise killing him before we understand what his deal with Death or you yourself is strong enough] Merlin said, strange how he before said to kill the guy. 

'Killing is out of the table, death and all, but kicking his ass blue and green, I am down too that' Orion said. There was a little anger which was leaking from his face. 

'This bastard is the reason for many of my problems. Even if nothing, I will at least get one punch on that cold face of his.' 

[Sigh, petty revenge but I like it. Get that fucker.]
