With a smile still on his face, Harry then leads Fleur to the table. As she sat down she felt a gust of wind coming their way but even before it could reach them, a small wave of magic came out of Harry and formed an invisible barrier around the rooftop shielding them from the wind.

"Your command on wandless magic has gotten stronger. Before you used to move your hand or snap your fingers when you performed magic without your wand, now you have achieved mastery even beyond that" Fleur said in awe as Harry sat in the chair across her.

Harry just shrugged "a few years without access to their wand can do that to a wizard"

Fleur snorted, if it was that easy then there would be a lot more people performing wandless magic. Fleur was the most talented witch in her school but even after using magic for more than three decades now, she can still only perform a few dozen basic spells without her wand.

Then the basket on the table suddenly opened on its own and two plates of hot food came out and gently floated down in from Harry and her, then two sets of cutlery came flying out of the basket and landed next to the plates.

The table is now surrounded by the delicious aroma, Fleur then took a bite and the food is just as delicious as she remembers, she closed her eyes as she enjoyed the familiar taste of Harry's cooking.

When Fleur opened her eyes she found Harry just eagerly looking at her, "so tell me how is it?" He asked.

"It is absolutely delicious" she didn't hold back complimenting him.

Harry sighed in relief "Thank Merlin, I was just a little worried because I haven't really cooked for more than a decade now"

"You know how upset house-elves get when their masters have the audacity to steal their work away from them" Harry continued

Fleur laughed "Yes, I do remember our house elf being quite cross with you when insisted on making breakfast every day"

Fleur and Harry talked as they had their dinner on the rooftop. As the meal ended an uneasy silence suddenly formed between the two of them.

A few moments later Harry finally broke the silence "you were right, I should have listened to you back then" he admitted with a heavy tone.

Fleur stayed silent as he continued "you always said that we should just leave wizarding Britain and its problems and just live our own lives away from all that mess. But I was too stubborn to listen, now look at us back where we started, I wasted all that time for nothing when instead we could have spent that time being happy with each other"

Fleur shook her head "No I was just being selfish back then, we both know that you did the right thing like you always do Harry. It's one of the reasons why I love you, you always strive to do the right thing instead of taking the easy way out. And it's not like you knew any of this would happen and we would end back in time"

"But looking back now it still feels like a huge waste, we could have done so many wonderful things with all that time" Harry said regretfully.

Fleur gently took his hands in her hands "there is no use thinking about that now, what's important is that we found each other again. we have a second chance now, and we won't waste our youthful years this time around"

22nd, August 1992.

Black Manor.

With a flash of green fire Harry entered the Black Manor with his parents, he straightened his robes making sure that they are proper before entering the main hall.

Harry's grandparents are already here as they came earlier to help organise tonight's event, Harry couldn't help but laugh just thinking about what is about to happen tonight.

On this wonderful night, the Black family is throwing a ball to mark the occasion of Tonks becoming a fully-fledged member of house Black, it is meant to signify her transition from a child to a proper witch of House Black.

Just the thought of Tonks attending a party in her honour, where she is the centre of attention and has to act all proper and she has to dance with young wizards of other noble houses, Harry has to use his mind magic to prevent himself from laughing out loud.

Somehow Harry kept a straight face and found himself a nice quiet corner from where he could watch this entire event without being disturbed. Even though this is just a House Black event most of the powerful people of wizarding Britain are in attendance.

This includes the minister, heads and members of various houses of the light faction like Longbottom, Abbot, Potter, Bones, Diggory, etc. Then there is the also head of DMLE and many decorated Aurors that are also in attendance.

This is so much different from the time that Sirius's father Orion was the head of House Black. At that time, for an event like this, the hall would have been filled with houses like Malfoy, Corrow, Lestrange, etc.

As Harry was looking he finally found Tonks as she walks down the stairs with her mother and her grandfather Lord Arcturus Black. Tonks looks just like Harry she thought she would, uncomfortable in her pureblood clothing and with a look on her face that shows that she would rather be anywhere else than here.
