Revenge on the way

They had buried Silver's friend and had also observed some days of silence for him,but now it was their time to move on,for days Silver hadn't left that spot,after raising the storm which he supposedly raised to cool himself,he was still kneeling,he didn't bulge when they took the body from his hands,even after the burial,he refused to eat and today was the sixth day, accordingly to the barbarian tradition,their spirits roamed the earth, seeking revenge and blessing the loved ones before finally going to the after life,it wasn't easy at all,Alex had come to understand a lot in his present life,he had suffered a lot,and had made some new friends,it was time to move on and he needed to help Silver, placing his hands on Silver's shoulders,he hugged him and spoke to him,after 30 minutes of speaking without receiving a response,Alex shook it off,it appeared he couldn't do anything to help,as he stood to leave,that cold voice spoke again,"why did you kill him??,it was at this point that Alex discover that he was the one that killed Silver,but how had he summoned that white bright light,and now it seems Silver would blame him for all that happened,now he had to be careful,Silver stood up and at once Frank the observant drunkard spoke,"it seems Alex's control of the tongue is greater than I imagined",Xhou didn't respond rather he watched closely,there was a problem somewhere,wait why was Alex just standing and his hand was disintegrating,at once Xhou appeared there,the others followed suit,Re included,"yeah, all of you are here", now Xhou's suspicions were confirmed,he took a step back and the five of them blocked Alex and Re,It seemed Silver was losing his mind,he would just laugh hysterically and then point at them like some drunk fool,if not for the fact that they had been watching him for days they would have thought he had taken some strong wine.

Silver then turned,he was going to leave them even after getting them into this mess,he was a very ruthless guy,"where are you going??Alex asked, without turning it even moving,Silver coldly replied "vengeance".Alex pondered on it for some time,"let's accompany you,we can make your revenge sweeter by dealing with the rest while you fish out the main culprit"

They have walked for a lot of kilometers and Silver wasn't even slowing down,"tell us what happened and where we are going?Alex knew they faced no chance against an enemy worth Silver's hatred,Silver turned,this guy was truly a pest he thought as he looked at Alex,"okay listen very well...

****Meanwhile In the barbarian community,they were having a meeting, due to the unavailability of food,the people had grumbled,they just gathered in front of the palace,and asked for the prince,at first they were pushed back by the army but slowly they penetrated through as the army were out numbered,inside the prince had already finished his plans he just wanted to add some suspense,he felt life is a game and as he had eliminated his main enemy,his sister,he had grown addicted to having fun, and that was why he wanted to start the barbarian war tournament,he stepped outside and the people were quiet"you can go 10km from the boundary and get enough food,we just expanded our boundary"the people shouted,their joy knew no bounds,as they turned to rush out and gather enough before others reached there,their prince spoke again "To add some entertainment to this huge community,I have decided to arrange a tournament,the winner of this contest has the right to become the new army commander,the present commander of the army starred at the prince,this man really wanted to change him but it won't be easy, taking a look at his men he knew that most of them envied his position, clenching his fists he vowed to kill whoever stands between him and his right post ,as the crowd dispersed nobody noticed the red streak in the earth,the tournament was starting the next day, therefore everyone had adequate time to prepare and train,this was a battle for the greatest power in the kingdom,a power second only to the Prince....

****Two Years Ago

We didn't have any identity,we just took on any name at choice,we were the deadliest duo in the king's bodyguards,our kingdom was a small town and didn't have any lands we were oppressed by other clans, barbarian communities developed from clans so it was correct to call it a clan,one certain day,three women were kidnapped by the other barbarian clan,a rumour had spread that they intended to invite the witches to produce an elixir of everlasting life,and that they needed some barbarians to use for experiments,if those women had been kidnapped and were married,killed or raped it would have better than what they were facing now,to be used as specimens,the king personally invited us to the royal room,this room was meant for the top level officials in the Army and Body guard squad,the king asked us to rescue the women,he said one of them was his concubine and had a child from him in her womb,as usual,we explained to the king that we needed payment and this mission was seemingly impossible,the king promised to hand over the Royal army and the Body guard squad to us,we were overjoyed and set off immediately,when we reached that Clan,popularly known as the five fist clan,we sneaked and as experts in a matter of hours we discovered the place they were kept,we just had to wait for the night,we had planned everything,we didn't need a battle,as we booked into an Inn,we entered our room and started our normal routine,I would wash him and then he would wash me,we would then apply oil on each other and....."Silver back to point"Xhou grumbled,in the most intimate moment,there was a knock and he went to open it,after some minutes he entered and told me that we should leave for the mission now,I kept asking him for information on who had knocked,we have never kept information to ourselves,but now I think if it,I realize that I would do the same thing if I had been In his shoes,we got to the hideout some time within dusk,we crept under the darkness and without making a single sound,we sneaked into the strongest prison of the Five Fists clan,we took the women out an even locked up the prison,our senses were at it's peak,we got to the Inn paid them,then we disappeared from the clan,the whole community came out to welcome us,we were heroes,the king was smiling,I was happy and obviously my partner was happy

too,as we approached the king I felt something strong pierce through my heart,I turned with a murder Intent,but all my attacks crumbled the moment I saw my attacker,my heart was broken,and my world was crumbling,why??I asked as everything faded to darkness.
