Conquest of a Lost Love
Looking into her eyes I couldn't believe it. My one beloved, once my enemy now my heart stood before me. I thought it burned, that night I almost died I feared her life couldn't be saved.
"Please!" She says glaring through her fierce, fire ridden eye. "Do you really thing I am that easy to kill?" She ask through her grin holding the dagger up to her face.
"She is the one they whisper about?" I hear from Natalia as I see the crick in Gehenna's neck as she brings her stare to Natalia, beside me.
"I have not had the displeasure to hear about you" she taunts, "How could you be so insignificant?" She ask Natalia as the look of red stains her face.
"I COULD NEVER-!" She starts as I order escapes my lips to her.
"ENOUGH NATALIA!" I command silence from my wife as she stops, hatred brewing stupidly.
"Natalia" Gehenna repeats as her grin collapses.
"Queen to you!" Natalia adds as I sigh.
"I am also a Queen" Gehenna states as she pulls out her hand to reveal her jewels. "Recently widowed, such a shame he couldn't meet you. I do get the feeling he would've hated you either way" she smiles as I grit my teeth at those words.
SHE HAD BEEN MARRIED TO ANOTHER!
"But I'm not kind when I learn infidelity has gone on in my marriage" she laughs as she stands and walks closer to me. "Your lucky you have caught me on a good day" she admits as she drops the cloak to reveal her trousers and corset through her smile.
I wish that in this moment she was her old self. She looked the exact same. Her body, her curves, eyes and scent were all the same. I aches to touch her, to show her nothing has changed the way I feel about her, but in her eyes that burn that I saw in her was gone. All I saw was vengeance in those unique eyes of hers.
"What is your purpose of being here?" Natalia asks as I see the anger in Gehenna's eyes growing.
"I don't exactly like question!" She warns as marching is heard down the halls and into the throne room.
"ALL CLEAR, MADAME" the knights announce as she smiles. Turning to her back to me as she turns to the knights.
"Good" she blankly says as suddenly the doors close behind them.
As the air thickens and the swords start rising. And with one swift motion of her hand the men were pinned to the castle walls.
"Won't the servants hate me now!" She jokes as I stay still. "Looks like I missed one" she realizes as the knight has a sword pressed against Natalia's throat as she stands still, pondering what she will do now.
"I WON'T JUST DIE AIMLESSLY!" The knight states as Natalia squirms underneath him.
"You have no problem having terrible aim either way" she huffs, rolling her eyes.
"I WILL KILL HER!" The man warns as his sword deepens into Natalia's neck as I take a deep breath.
Between this I felt nothing. I had tried poison, now she was going to meet her demise. For this I regret nothing, there is no place in war for titles.
"I can't let you do that" Gehenna admits hurdling the knife through Natalia's heart and his shoulder.
As she approaches him. Slowly as he groans from pain she never winces the flame in her eyes ever burning for revenge. Getting behind him she whispers something in his ear as her lips leave her ear as she walks back to me and my eyes turn to the knight as blood starts leaking out his eyes, then his ears.
"I'm no fan of adultery, and for that I feel no remorse!" She makes it better as she approaches me once again.
She looked the same to me, the Gehenna I was always begging to come back to me. The one that made my heart beat. Living without her for so long was retching, and I hated it. Her hair was still long, her lips still exquisite, but her eyes had changed. Now they were the color of the blood it seems she was thirsting for.
"Gehenna?" I call her as she smirks.
"Yes, my love" she answers
"I have missed you" I confess as she pushes her body on me, her hands against my chest.
"YoI know" she starts as her hand toys with my clothing. "I am going to destroy this kingdom" she admits as I smirk.
"So be it" I says as she leans her lips closer to mine.
"Really?" She ask me as I can't help it.
"Really, destroy me too" I tell her ask she finally gives in. Kissing me as my hands pull her in for more, deepening the kiss and her arm holding onto my legs.
"Then I will destroy you" she whisper into my ear as I chuckle continuing our reunion.
