Chapter Three

Damon stared at the sleeping woman on the bed, he took a drag of his cigarette as he watched at her. She was looking pettite he knew she did not touch any of the meals given to her in the dark room; just as he was still taking in her appearance her eyes flew open, every drowsiness in her eyes disappeared instantly she stood up on her feet looking down at him where he was sitting and smoking; 

Waiting for him to say a word to her but he said nothing; standing up from where he sat; Tanya hands held the hem of her garment trying not to look up at him as he walked in a cycling motion her head was bent down

" Take your clothes off!" He said lighting a new cigratte while sitting down, Tanya heart skipped a bit; if she had not heard wrongly, he just ask he to strip.

He would indeed sleep with her; just the mere thought of it sent shivers down her spine.

Her hands were stiff and her throat tight, although she didn't want to do so, buy she knew she didn't have a choice; that was what she bargained for. Damon was still smoking as though he had said nothing; she was staring at him reluctant tworsened

Damon stared at her feeling her reluctant to do what he ask of her; his eyes staring daggers at her and hands drumming on the chair slowly; he could see the brewing tears in her eyes that she was trying to hold back ; the temperature in the room worsened 

"Come " his word pulled her out of her thoughts; raising her head to look at him, she took reluctantly took a step forward, and another till she was standing few inched away from him; 

" Kneel"

Tanya stepped backwards twice; her head bowed low 

" I am sorry, am not prepared for this now can we do this some other day? She thought she was strong; she would be able to let herself do anything but she was utterly wrong, she realized how hard it was giving yourself to someone you hate from your bones.!

" I didn't ask for your opinion, I just ask you to knee". Tanya raised her eyes to look at him; if he wanted to touch her , he should at least have mercy on her virgin soul , and let mind be prepared!

Not waiting for him to say another word; she drew closer and knelt down.

Saw she she was kneeling few inches away from him; removed the cigarette from his lips quenchinpain on her bare skin leaving a mark on the shoulder; Tanya cried in pain, the tears she has been holding back came pouring down;

"Do as you are told" Tanya nodded trying to hold back her the sob from her lips he stood up and walked out leaving her alone in the room.

Her heart filled with different thought as her hand held unto her shoulder; she wanted to scream brimstone ; but she held herself.

Taking a deep breath, she clean her eyes with the back of her hands and she decided in her heart she will not allow him break her so much; but would she be able to keep up with his cruel nature? Few minutes later, 

The door opened ma Lee came into the room with a man who seemed to be holding what seems like a box ; waving at the man he moved forward his eyes were not cold like the way it seems around there; he looked innocent and had a friendly aura around him 

" Are you Okay" he ask she stared at him not saying a word ; sensing that she wouldn't speak to him , he attended to her quietly ; when he was done they walked out leaving her to drown in her tears.

Damon walked into his study located on the last floor; every where was so quiet compared to the floor Tanya was, the last floor was monochrome black and white ; there were dark paintings on the wall every where was so quiet that you could here the echoes of one footsteps;

Ma Lee let him man to the last floor; suddenly stoped at a large door along the hall way and knocked lightly ; there was no sign from the other side she took her time and knocked again; 

"Come in". Ma Lee pushed the door open and led him inside; she stood still waiting for his instruction "leave us". And she walked out instantly.

Damon sat down staring at his cousin who was looking at him different kind of emotions in his eyes; he knew what he wanted to say but kept he kept mute "why would you do that"? " do what exactly"? "You know what am saying you didn't have to hurt her that way" Damon looked at his brother; thou they grew up in the same household he was always caring and looking out for others while he on the other hand was ruthless and cold .

"She is my property ,do you also teach people how to handle their stuff? Arthur not knowing what to say stood up " just be careful next time, she might be traumatized "

Damon's laugher rang through the room while Arthur walked out; traumatized he hadn't he hadn't even started with her yet and his brother was talking about trauma he would make sure he hurt her so bad that she would be begging for death.

Tanya sat down staring into space , mind wandering what had fate had befallen her ; the door was opened food was pushed in, in a cart for her and the door shot; she stood up picking a fork dishing out some steak on her plate her appetite was gone but she forced herself to eat; she needed to eat if day. wanted to survive , after eating she soaked herself in bathub scrubbing the part of her body his finger touched while he burned her with his cigarette ; she has never felt so dirty in her life , today was that day she prayed the ground should swallow her.
