The power levels are not reflections of the power of the gear, but the maximum amount of power that can be achieved by using only said gear. (one can still train to increase power tho)
Tier 10
-Just humans and creatures/animals without any magical power whatsoever.
Tier 9
-Those who have very little magical power or that have just started training with it, and devils below low class.
Tier 8
-Low-level human sorcerers, low-class devils, and weak fallen angles and angles, and also home to most standard magical creatures
Tier 7
-The stage between low-class devil and middle class, as well as novice angles and fallen as well as weak stray devils
Tier 6
- Beings with middle-class magical power
Tier 5
- The stage between middle and high class and where most stray devils cap out
Tier 4
- High-class devils like the members of the 72 pillars of devils society, as well as fallen and angles that have trained for a long period of time.
Tier 3
-The stage between high class and ultimate class
Tier 2
-Ultimate class devils
Tier 1
-Satan class devils, the seraphs, and high tier fallen angles
Tier a
- Gods, Super devils, the heavenly dragons, and a couple of monstrous gods
Tier Ω
-Beings whose power has no set limits and cannot be measured, great red, ophis, trexia, God of the bible
