He is not a kidnapper

The light shines At the police station, Mr. Mark Bezos arrived at the station one hour later he was angry for seeing her daughter with a stranger ( that was jay)

" So you ran away with this nobody or should I say he kidnap you" Mr. Mark Bezos said 

" Dad he didn't kidnap me I ran away on my own" Liz explained 

" Are you trying to protect him or what" Mr Mark Bezos yelled at her 

" Nope Dad... he is my boyfriend" Liz raised her voice 

" Ooo you mean he is your boyfriend that was the reason you ran away with him also you left your assignment because of a man" he asked 

" Dad please stop" Liz weep 

" And you who are you" Mr Mark Bezos asked Jay who was standing beside Liz

"I Am Jay Williams by name am the son of Mr Williams the popular politician" Jay introduced himself proudly

" Are you trying to say your father is Mr. Jak Williams?" the chief cop asked 

" Yes" Jay replied and the cop informed his father 

" So your father also knows about my daughter where about so you try to keep my daughter away from me," Mr. Mark Bezos said 

" Dad stop," Liz said 

After some minutes Mr Williams arrived at the police station 

" Your son kept my daughter away from me, he is a criminal" Mr. Mark Bezos kept shouting 

" My son can't do that because he just came back from the company he attached to" Mr. Williams explains

" And you believe" Mr Mark Bezos asked 

" Mr. Williams we met your son with the missing girl that means he knows something about it" the chief explained

" I didn't kidnapp her," Jay said 

" Yes....I ran away on my own" Liz explain to them but nobody believe her

" Did you hear what she said....which means my son is innocent?" Mr Williams said 

" Ohh... Are you proud of your son for being a criminal" Mr Mark Bezos asked 

" My son is not a criminal why can't you teach your daughter to be a responsible one and not to go away from home again" Mr Williams raised his voice while Mr Mark Bezos chuckled 

" Are you saying my daughter was not taught well?" Mr. Mark Bezos asked angrily 

" Chief what am I going to sign to bill my son out of this" Mr Williams asked 

" Here sir," the chief said and gave what to sign in 

" And one more time...Jay, I must not see you with this girl again," Mr. Williams said while pointing his nails at Liz 

" Did you remember I came to your school all because of her and now you are in police custody because of her, I won't take that from you again" he said and signed the documents 

" Dad you can't say that.....she is my girlfriend" Jay explained but Mr Williams didn't listen and he Walkout

" And you Liz I must not see you with him again or else I will make sure you are out of the country," Mr. Mark Bezos said and he stood up to leave 

" Dad please you can't do that" Liz begged and Mr Mark Bezos called his guard to take her to the car, Liz refused to go she ran to Jay 

" Jay am sorry....." Liz apologizes for behaving of her father 

"It's okay just go I will call you, okay," Jay said and he kissed her the guard took her away before Jay left the office Mr. Mark Bezos stopped him and told him to forget about her daughter because he would do anything in his possible to end their relationship, Mr. Mark Bezos stood up and walk out.

Light fade 

The light shines at Mr. Mark Bezos's mansion the car stops in the compound.

Liz got out of the car and walked inside without saying a word to her father, after getting to her room she locked herself up and began to cry 

In the living room 

Angela hugged mr Mark Bezos and asked him what happened, Mr. Mark Bezos explained everything that happened at the police station.

" You know she is still a kid and you need to forgive her," Angela said 

" I will forgive her but won't allow that ashole to take away my daughter" Mr. Mark Bezos explains.

Light fade 

Liz was on her bed thinking about the incident when Jay dropped on the phone and she picked up it 

" Am fine Jay and you....am sorry about what my father did" Liz apologized 

 " No it's okay.....just take care am make sure you eat and am also sorry about how my dad did to you" Jay also apologized

"It's okay, my father started it," Liz said and she cleaned her tears 

 " Hope he didn't mean what he said back in the station," Jay asked 

" What" Liz asked 

 " He said he will fly you out of the country" Jay reminds her

" Nope... he won't, he was just joking," Liz said 

 " better...or else," he said

" Or else what" Liz asked 

 "I won't allow him to take my woman away from me," Jay said, and Liz smiley 

 " Are you smiling?" Jay asked but Liz denied it

" Hope your father is not mad at you again" She was still on the call when her door was knocked, she too excused herself from Jay and went to open the door to her Surprise it was her stepmother 

" What are you doing here" Liz asked 

" Am here to check on my stepdaughter" Angela replied 

" You are not my stepmother okay and I won't allow you to take my mother's position," Liz said 

" So will you tell your dad that the baby in my stomach was not his" Angel asked but Liz didn't answer 

" Your father always listens to me because am with his son okay and you are a daughter my son is your father's heir but you are nothing to him," Angela said, jay was still on call even though he had everything 

" I know am nothing he will listen to you....can you just go back to your man and let me be," Liz said still her voice cracking but Angela didn't listen and she forced herself into the room 

" What are you looking for in my room" Liz asked trying to get her out but Angela refused to leave she walked to the bed 

" Because this room will soon be my son's room so prepare yourself to leave the room," Angela said

" This is my room so get out" Liz raised her voice and she also tried to get her out but Angela refused she moved to her bed and took her phone, Liz rushed to take her phone from her 

" Just leave my room" Liz lowered her voice 

" Well, I will leave the room but just know the boss," she said and walked out of the room, Liz sat on the bed even though she had forgotten that Jay was still on the call and began to cry 

 " Hello," Jay said when she had his voice she cleaned her tears 

" Jay....I don't know if you are still on the call" she tried to hide her feeling 

 " Is that your stepmother?" he asked

" ...yes but you don't need to worry about her that's how she is" 

 ".... I understand but you don't need to hide your feelings from me," he said and she started crying

Light fade 

That evening Liz came downstairs for dinner her father was not on the sit yet but her stepmother was sitting beside one young lady, Liz didn't do like she saw them and sat down without uttering a word 

" You are here," Angela said 

" Okay let me introduce you to my younger sister her name is Katarina and Katarina this is Liz my stepdaughter," Angela said her younger sister tried to get Liz's attention but Liz snubbed her 

" For your mistake am not your daughter," Liz said 

" My family is here" Mr. Mark Bezos walked toward them and sat beside her wife pecked her belly and said "That's my baby boy" Liz was angry and she continued eating without uttering a word 

" Liz how are you doing" Mr. Mark Bezos asked but she didn't answer, Mr. Mark Bezos took a spoon from the table and began to eat he knew her daughter was not happy and he was worried about her 

" Prepare yourself for tomorrow's journey," Mr. Mark Bezos said, Liz was scared and she stopped eating, thought she was flying out of the country 

" Where am I going" she asked 

" You are asking do you forgot about your assignment" he asked and Liz nodded after she was reminded and continued eating, Angela was not satisfied she was angry about how Mr. Mark Bezos was talking to her

" Why don't you let her stay home for some days, because of what happened today, she might go back to that guy called her boyfriend" Angela brought out the topic again Liz was angry and she yelled at her while Mr. Mark Bezos was just staring at his daughter and he raised his voice on her also told her to stay home for one week before she resumes to the company, Liz was mad at her father she dropped her spoon and walk out of the dining room, also locked herself up again
