"YOU SHALL PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR DOINGS.", the voice was coming from a being over twenty foot tall that was connected on her shadow. It was totally black and had twin horns on its forehead.

"I'm sorry but I've come here as her lawyer.", Leonard said to the being.

"WHO ARE YOU?"

"Doesn't matter. Say the statements on the contract and lets get over it already.", the boy said.

"YOU DON'T... SHE SOLD HER SOUL TO YOU?", the great being was confused.

"As you see. So can you agilize all this stuff, sir?", Leo said provoking it.

"SHE SHOULD GIVE ME HER SOUL IN EXCHANGE FOR USING A SPELL TO BRING PEACE INTO THE WORLD USING HER MAGIC AS A CATALYST."

"Which spell, sir?", the boy asked.

"THE ONE SHE... YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS WITH ME."

"Yes, I am. You can't posses her soul as the contract was broken along the spell. If you really wanted her sould you should have collected while the spell was on effect."

"BUT..."

"...doing so it would broke the contract either way. So..."

"...I HAVE BEEN FOOLED FROM THE BEGINNING."

"That's should be the case but actually the contract would be beneficial to you if she didn't lift the spell or died of old age. Which cases would let you have her soul."

"YOU WON THIS TIME BUT THIS WILL NOT HAP... WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

"Actually I want to make a contract to benefit you.", Leonard said.

"SPEAK."

"I want you to draw all evil thoughts of her to me.", the boy said and she looked at him in despair but without strength to act.

"WHAT DO I GAIN FROM IT?"

"You'll see the one who protected her suffer."

"...", the being was thinking about it and this was his failure.

"FOOL. I WILL COME FOR YOU BOTH NOW."

"What were you doing?", she slammed a palm on his chest.

"Playing with fire.", he smiled. "Are you okay?", he helped her stand.

"Yes but breaking it took away most of my magic."

"That's okay.", he looked around. "How the villagers will act seeing you?", he pointed at a small location on the horizon.

"Pretty bad."

"So lets avoid them for while.", he acted as a support to her and they laid down near a tree.

They spent the time talking about the world and what she had done so far. She actually was summoned by the demons to act as a infiltrator on the human kingdom. She chose to deceive both sides and made a peace treat but it was futile. The war started and she was in the middle without any support so she made the deal with that entity.

"Oh no.", she said while talking.

"What?", Leo didn't understand.

"Look there.", she pointed and some villagers were on they way to them. "Lumberjacks."

"Do you have any spell to hide?", she nodded a no to his question. "Okay. So lets face it.", she was afraid then he grabbed her hand again. "Don't worry."

The group was formed of humans and demons. Both of the heroes were a little surprised and they collide.

"Mad Witch?", one of them said to her.

"Danielle Darkfang.", Leo said in reply. "That's her name.", the group smiled.

"Great. Come with us. Our village wants to meet you.", other said and they became more confused.

"Why?", she said on confusion and fear.

"To thank you.", the last returned. "Our village is on the borderline of the kingdoms and thanks to your act we became independent of them."

"You were a mixed village all along?", Leonard said in awe.

"Yes.", one of the demons said while smiling. "We need to survive above all."

"Lets go, Danielle.", he pulled her up by the hand. "You need to see this."

"I can't.", she was trembling. "I don't remember anything like this."

"Okay.", he said in response and clapped. It was like a thunder. He looked at the group to see their reaction and they didn't move at all. "Who are you?"

"Why?", other demon asked.

"You didn't even flinch on my action.", Leo smiled and Injection appeared on his hand. "Who are you?"

"You betrayed our invocation Danielle.", one of the demons said and the other people started to vanish. "You must pay for this treason.", his clothes began to shine and a light metal armor was on his body.

"This quite a entrance.", Leo said. "Ripristinare.", his spear was sent flying but the demon was fast enough to dodge and grab the weapon. "I would let it go."

"Why?", the demon said.

"Because you stopped it. Ripristinare.", the spear restarted its movement and the arm of the demon looked like it was displaced. "Lancia di Fuoco."

"They are resistant against fire.", she said. "Critalizzazione.", the fire became crystal and pierced the armor of the demon. "Doppel, I know this isn't your body."

"So you knew who I was. I'm flattered but I'll come back to you anyway, Mad Witch.", the demon said and its body as its equipments started to vanish as ashes.

"Who was he?", Leo said going after his weapon. "He managed to catch my attack."

"Doppel is one of the thirteen generals of the demon army.", she catch a little of breath. "He is specialized in assassination and infiltration. So he was assigned with me to do the job on the human kingdom."

"But."

"But as I betrayed the demons he was blamed as well and are on the aim of both kingdoms as well."

"Special powers?"

"Camouflage and multiply bodies."

"That's quite the problem. He was able to pass my Mental Defense and yours as it looks. How can we counter him?", Leonard grabbed Injection and where it was grabbed was a mark of pure strength. "How many time you didn't come here?"

"Two years maybe.", she said.

"One month out and he is this of a menace? We need to level up fastly."
