Lin Rui didn't pay much attention to the two Low-Level training techniques and one Intermediate training technique he had presented. 

Given Lin Rui's current wealth, the value of these three training techniques wasn't significant. Furthermore, there was some connection between this world's Huaxia and Lin Rui's previous life, which naturally made him feel somewhat fond of the team before him.

As for the authenticity of the training techniques Lin Rui had just offered, he was well aware that these techniques were genuine. After all, they were produced by the system. However, perhaps these training techniques weren't suitable for the individuals present.

"These three ancient martial training techniques are indeed genuine and complete. One of them is even of a high level!" Cheng Jianyu, Captain of the team, replied seriously after Lin Rui's inquiry.

Regardless of whether these three ancient martial training techniques were suitable for the people present, they could confirm their authenticity. Additionally, Cheng Jianyu had already cross-referenced these techniques in Huaxia's database and found that they were entirely new and unique ancient martial training techniques. 

This implied that if they obtained these three training techniques, Huaxia would gain numerous powerful individuals, possibly even spawning new factions.

"Great. Since you seem satisfied, let's talk about the price. As long as it's not too low, I'll reluctantly give you these three training techniques." Lin Rui continued after Cheng Jianyu's response.

Looking at Lin Rui's expression and listening to his seemingly indifferent tone, Cheng Jianyu, along with his four teammates, exchanged strange glances. While the three ancient martial training techniques before them might not be priceless, they were considered invaluable in the context of Huaxia. 

However, from Phantom Knight's tone, it seemed as if he was offering them in a rather casual manner, akin to Ancient One's half-giving, half-selling style.

"Well, give us a moment. We need some time to assess the value of these three training techniques. Rest assured, the compensation we provide will definitely not disappoint you," Cheng Jianyu replied after a brief glance at Phantom Knight.

Then, Cheng Jianyu held the three training techniques in his hands once more. Gently gripping them, he established communication with the senior experts in Huaxia responsible for researching ancient martial training techniques.

This time didn't take long. Cheng Jianyu quickly received a response, with the experts in Huaxia having evaluated the value and provided corresponding payment options. If Phantom Knight was willing, he could choose one of these payment methods. 

Of course, if Phantom Knight found none of these options satisfactory, there was room for negotiation.

"Phantom Knight, this is the proposal we're offering. Take a look." 

With a swipe, Cheng Jianyu pushed a tablet in front of Lin Rui after briefly scanning the proposal sent by Huaxia. After a moment, the tablet stopped right in front of Lin Rui.

Lin Rui took a moment to review the various offers and prices displayed on the tablet. As he absorbed the details and compensation options, a glint of interest flickered in his eyes. 

It appeared he had underestimated the importance of ancient martial training techniques to Huaxia. However, these considerations weren't particularly relevant to Lin Rui.

"Let's go with the first one; they're all pretty similar anyway," Lin Rui casually selected one of the options on the tablet.

With another swipe, Lin Rui pushed the tablet back to Cheng Jianyu. His consistently nonchalant attitude left the Huaxia team in disbelief. Did Phantom Knight truly perceive these ancient martial training techniques as having so little value? After all, he practiced them himself!

If it weren't for the fact that they would have to collaborate deeply with Phantom Knight in the future and that they knew Phantom Knight's strength was far superior to theirs, Captain Cheng Jianyu would have questioned Phantom Knight about why he seemed so indifferent. 

Could it be that the ancient martial training techniques he possessed were worthless?

Although they had many doubts in their minds, neither Cheng Jianyu nor his teammates revealed them. In the remaining time, they had a simple conversation with Lin Rui, mostly about the process of practicing ancient martial training techniques.

Ten minutes later, Captain Rogers calmly entered the room. Earlier, he had indeed monitored the room using the surveillance system at the beginning, as he was not entirely comfortable leaving Lin Rui alone with the five-member team from Huaxia. 

However, when Cheng Jianyu brought out the device, Captain Rogers could no longer see anything.

Upon reentering the room, Captain Rogers first glanced at Lin Rui to make sure he was okay. Once assured of Lin Rui's safety, Captain Rogers returned to his original position.

"Captain Rogers, our conversation with Phantom Knight was quite pleasant. Next, we can discuss the plan proposed by SHIELD to establish a global federation," Cheng Jianyu said, resuming the same aloof demeanor as before, looking at Captain Rogers.

"Well, let's get started."

Next, Captain America, representing SHIELD, and Captain Cheng Jianyu, representing Huaxia, engaged in a profound discussion about the establishment of a global federation. 

Although the discussion's content was somewhat tedious and formal, Lin Rui, as the representative of the League of Defenders and a key figure in proposing the plan to establish a global federation, sat beside Captain Rogers and participated in the entire conversation.

Over an hour later, the office door opened once again, and Captain Rogers welcomed the five-member Huaxia team out with a smile. It seemed that the outcome of this conversation was quite favorable.

"Since you won't be needing accommodations from us, I won't keep you any longer. I hope you all have a great time in New York," Captain Rogers said as the colleagues concluded their discussion.

"Absolutely! Mr. Captain America, Mr. Phantom Knight, goodbye for now," Cheng Jianyu Captain replied, then turned to greet Lin Rui, who looked a bit tired.

Lin Rui, already feeling somewhat exhausted, simply waved his hand. He had almost fallen asleep on the desk just moments ago!

Without minding Phantom Knight's somewhat perfunctory gestures, the Huaxia team quickly left under the guidance of Agent Coulson, who had been waiting at the door. While they hadn't obtained the top-tier ancient martial training techniques from Phantom Knight this time, Captain Cheng Jianyu and his team were satisfied with their gains. 

Most importantly, from their brief ten-minute interaction with Phantom Knight, they could clearly sense his goodwill. Perhaps their trip to New York would yield unexpected results.
