Chapter 16 Reactions of Different Factions.

(After Alex went away with Jean and Annie)

(It is on the same day as Jean's Incident)

(The place where the accident occurred.)

Charles Xavier arrived along with Banshee, Storm, and Angel to see which Metahuman had such a powerful telepathic power and prevent any accident from happening due to the awakening of the Metahuman.

But upon arrival, they couldn't find any trace, it looked like it didn't even happen in the first place which could not help but make them frown. According to Cerebro and Professor X, the new metahuman was at least Omega level and if some evil organization got its hand on him/her then it would be disastrous.

They started searching for any traces and as expected they found that two girls had gone missing, they only noticed it due to Charles's telepathic powers. They immediately started searching the nearby area.

And as predicted several organizations came to know about this new Omega Level Metahuman.

(The Brotherhood of Metahumans)

As Charles Xavier knew about it, it was natural for Magneto to know about it. He also ordered his subordinates to search for the new Omega meta.

He looked at Toad, Butterfly (The one with butterfly wings and spits acid I changed her name to avoid confusion with the X-men one), and Blob and said "Charles has recently found a trace of a possible Omega level Metahuman we have to find her (they guessed it was one of the missing girls) before him, otherwise Charles will turn her into someone naive with his rose-colored view of this cruel world."

The butterfly then posed a question "What if Charles finds her before us and joins him? Or some other organization?"

Magneto seemed to think a bit before replying "If Charles finds her then try to persuade her if she insists on joining them then let her be she will later understand the cruelty of the world anyway as for other organizations if it is Mystique's then let her join them, but if it is Hellfire Club" his eyes turned cold "destroy them."

(Sisterhood of Metahumans) (Author literally created a damn organization for Mc's harem though not all will be part of his harem)

Mystique looked at Emma Frost who looked very frustrated and asked "What is with that face? We will find the girl eventually. The world will not end tomorrow you know."

(Author: Woman you have no idea what type of world you live in.)

Emma bit her lip and said in a frustrated tone, "You don't know Raven, I sensed that power it is far more powerful than you can imagine, I can't even compare to it. It was similar to that woman but more powerful. I don't know what disaster it will cause if it gets into the wrong hands."

Mystique looked at the other telepath in the room for confirmation who was none other than Psylocke who nodded her head solemnly.

Mystique massaged her forehead and said, "Looks like I have to her for help but if you said that power is even more powerful than her then we are doomed." Then she looked at Destiny and said "Contact her immediately," then turned to everyone in the room and continued "Search for the new Omega."

(Hellfire Club) (It is about two days later after Jean's incident)

(Sebastian Shaw PoV)

Sebastian Shaw was seething with anger, as his plans had failed miserably at first when he tried to get his hands on the Summers who had a history of having powerful Metahumans and now they were in the protection of Miss Sinister.

At first, when he was contacted by someone who wanted to get his hands on Katherine Summers, mother of Sarah and Alex Summers who was going to be powerful Metahumans in the future he agreed thinking the plan would allow him to get his hands on them and mold them in perfect killing machines but it failed miserably and getting hands-on those kids was even more difficult and dangerous as who was taking care of them was none other than Miss Sinister.

He knew Mister Sinister because he had worked with him it was due to Mister Sinister he survived at the hands of Magneto but, he was also afraid of him, despite being a great help Sinister was the man he feared most.

And when Sinister was killed by Wolverine he was relieved despite being grateful to him. He thought of taking all the assets of Sinister, clones, genetic samples, research, etc. But suddenly someone named Miss Sinister who was Sinister's victim came over and took over those assets as Sinister's successor.

The bad thing was unlike her predecessor, she didn't work with them and stood against them, even going far to kill him, which she succeeded, almost.

Now when they tried to get a girl named Jean Grey who had the potential to be an Omega, as Callisto told him, she was right as when his hired men killed the girl's best friend in front of her, which he had done to ensure her premature awakening, in which he succeeded.

He was happy when saw the girl crushing the car with the men in it effortlessly just with her raw psionic energy he felt that was far greater than his greatest adversary Charles Xavier, but suddenly the girl, her dead friend, and the car that was turned into a scrap of metal vanished in thin air.

He understood someone again messed up with his plans.

He turned towards Mastermind his right hand barely controlling his anger "Who do you think ruined our plan this time?"

Mastermind with a serious expression said "This time I think there is some unknown party interfering, I think. And those who messed up with Summers are the same."

Hugh Jones the holder of the Serpent Crown and successful businessman with a frown asked "Why are you sure? I think it was either X-Men or those from Sisterhood."

Sebastian turned to him and asked, "And why do you think so?"

Hugh looked at him "Because both of them have powerful telepaths, they may have used their powers to subdue the girl."

Emmanuel Da Costa CEO of Da Costa International and backer of Hellfire Club seemed to agree with him.

Looking at their behavior Mastermind snorted disdainfully and said "Do you think Omega level is a joke? Kid or not Monster remains a monster."

Seeing no one was saying to oppose his claim he continued "I am sure it was a new group because my spy has told me there is another group who has taken the girl from us and they are powerful, very powerful." He focused on the last part telling them that the other party party was dangerous.

(How could we forget our dear S.H.I.E.L.D.?) (Same day as Jean's Incident)

(S.H.I.E.L.D. Base - New York (Helicarrier is still a starting plan.)

Nicholas Fury couldn't help but look tired as he sat in his office as Director of Shield, he hadn't thought after WW II he would be this tired again.

He never thought he would witness something more powerful than Captain America ever was, Metahumans were the cause of his headache.

There were records of them in the past he had seen Wolverine and worked with him as a comrade in arms, but that guy still could be defeated by Captain America.

Now there is a man who can literally turn 99% of the world's army useless, someone who can change your personality or turn you into a vegetable just by thought.

He didn't know what had to come.

"There won't be a metahuman that could time travel?" He shivered at that thought.

At this moment an annoying voice came into his ears as he looked at the man in his 40s but looked like he was in his thirties courtesy of the last sample of the super soldier serum this guy used.

"Time travel is not possible even if it is then they won't be able to travel in the past it will create a paradox Fury. And if there was time travelling meta, and he wanted to do something to the world then we would not have been sitting here. So don't worry about these useless things and come with me. Let's go to a party and relax a bit. And don't forget to bring your daughter."

*Bang* *Bang*

There were two bullet holes in the chair where the man was sitting and the man was in a corner of the room raising his hands in surrender.

"Hey, hey, Fury it was just a joke you know I didn't mean it that way even if your daughter-"

*Bang* *Bang* *Bang* This time the whole wall was riddled with holes till the gun was empty.

"Ok, sorry man. Hey, you can't kill me I am a very valuable asset to the country. I have to do many great deeds for the world you know, my technology is the only thing that keeps this agency running. Also if not for my Psionic Trackers you wouldn't even find about the new Omega level meta."

Fury sighed and said "Nice try Howard and unfortunately, you are right. The above deeds are the reason you were not executed for using Super Soldier Serum without any consent of anyone so that you could last in bed longer."

"Oh come on. You know the serum was better in arms. Even if you have your personal Infinity Serum, I am so jealous that your daughter will remain in prime for her whole life-" Seeing that Fury was going to take out another gun he tactically controlled his mouth.

Fury pleased at his silence asked "So any success in searching for the location and any ways to counter the telepaths you had made."

"Well, the bad news is that the signal vanished as fast as it appeared and the good news is I have prepared countermeasures for the telepathic Metahumans."

Fury's face relaxed at hearing the letter but didn't say anything as he could hear but in Howard's tone and he wasn't wrong.

"But it would work only till Alpha level metas and the person should have high willpower to use."

Fury was shocked but didn't show on his face keeping a calm facade this was one of the reasons he and the American government tolerated Howard Stark the man who is the god of engineering in his own right, although there were huge limitations like will power but with training and tike it could be solved.

He didn't even think about the level it could resist as he knew even Alpha-level Metahumans were rare let alone Omega.

Although the Army and Government wanted something that could resist Magneto's power and he had to admit even he wanted, for him telepaths can be more dangerous than Magneto. At least you can try to fight him but telepaths would render you comatose with just a thought.

The world was weird in many ways his daughter was the result of it which was the result of his use of infinity serum and now his daughter's body produces infinity serum on her own a fact that only a few people know and Howard was one of them that shows how much he trusts this man who is both his friend and colleague.

But out of nowhere, Howard asked, "So any success in Steve and Peggy's whereabouts?"

He remembered his two friends who were thought to be deceased but both he and his friend believed they were alive but unfortunately, there were no results.

"No, there were no results. We haven't even found Valkyrie the very ship they used."

Howard said in a frustrated tone "We found a damn pearl that is just the size of our fist from the bottom of the ocean but we couldn't find the largest fighting ship since world war 2 quite an irony isn't it."

"It is I will say. But, Herobrine's Heart is the only way to counter the threat Metahumans can pose for now I suppose." He wanted to say aliens as he didn't think humans were advanced enough to make such a thing but that would open another world for them which he didn't want to.

Suddenly Howard took a sharp breath and said "Oh I forgot to tell you that I and Miss Marvel have found a way to make a light-speed engine and we can test it in a decade I think.

Fury couldn't help but think 'Did he is also a metahuman with Supernatural Intelligence?'

(Note both Brotherhood and X-men only formed a few years ago and Metahumans have not awakened in large numbers. And as Hellfire Club exists in this universe some are there like Azazel, Riptide, Sebastian Shaw, etc.)

Brotherhood of Metahumans - Magneto, Toad, Sabertooth, Juggernaut, Butterfly, Blob, etc.

X-men - Profesor-X, Storm, Angel, Banshee, Iceman, Colossus, Beast, etc. (It doesn't count the students of the Academy of Gifted)

Sisterhood of Metahumans - Mystique, Emma Frost/Ice Queen, Psylocke-Kwannon, Lady Mastermind, Mistress Mastermind, Destiny, Captain Britain (Bettsy).

Hellfire Club - Sebastian Shaw, Jason Wyngarde (Mastermind), Reeva Payge, Hugh Jones, Azazel, Riptide, Emmanuel Da Costa, Harry Leland, Tessa/Sage, Callisto.

Herobrine's Heart is Ender Pearl which Gaia replaced with Tesseract/ Space Gem.
