After getting the Hydra division that followed Sinthea under me through the oath Sinthea my Red Shaman of Nether as Nakar I came back to Zenith. (Changed the name of the Kingdom from Genesiheim)

How I am so sure that the Hydra division under Sinthea is completely under me?

It is simple actually as most of the Hydra agents are brainwashed or outright fanatics or idiots or too loyal to their leader they were included in the oath so now they can't betray me or deny my order.

It doesn't completely brainwash them but makes them unable to do anything that displeases me it is in their soul.

Though it doesn't do much to spies or traitors who already had decided or betrayed the organization they wouldn't be able to do anything to me either and by the time they would be able to, they would have been caught by the hands of other members which is just a matter of time.

(The loyalty system is similar to when in Novels characters are summoned by the MC)

After all, Hydra would not have survived if spies or traitors would run rampant in their circles.

I didn't expect Ophelia Sarkissian or Madam Viper to work with Sinthea as they are different leaders of the faction but I think it is related to what I felt inside her.

She had the essence of a degenerated elder god and my guess would be on Set judging by the nature of power.

And currently, she doesn't have any connection with Set.

But her biology had changed by prolonged contact with Set which was not surprising and she was lucky that she didn't turn into a a green serpent but instead gained positive aspects.

But that was not enough to get my attention, I wanted to get the location of the artifact which I presume should be the Serpent Crown through her but the energy of the Serpent Crown was not enough to track it so I just teased her and left after making Sinthea my servant.

Granting her powers was an easy task, as her revenge I am pretty sure it would be related to her 'father' and other Hydra leaders which in a way was good for the people of Earth and prevented me from getting pestered by those parasites who think the world should be under their rule while they are just parasite in a pond.

Also, it felt a bit refreshing to play Devil I think I should distribute some tablets across the to see who is (un)lucky to encounter it.

And thinking about lucky people Rook'shir's descendants are now part of my newly established Imperial Knights, they told me they wanted to repay me so I decided to make them Knights as they are surprisingly despite being in imprisonment they were good at fighting, I guessed it runs in their and man I was right giving them Mysterium-*[1] Silver Iron alloy forged with Phoenix flames did wonders, apparently due to Phoenix Force a mutation was triggered in them making them somewhat compatible to Phoenix Force and as the equipment was forged Phoenix flames that I 'borrowed' and Mysterium which White Hot Room's exclusive metal it gave great results.

Now their knight division is called Phoenix Guards which was not given by me.

Currently, there are only three members who are-

(Oc) Nemari Rook'shir (Mother of Korvus Rook'shir)

While I didn't need any knights I was preparing for the future while witches and cat people and the other five thousand meta-humans, normal humans, etc who were saved from labs around the world, human trafficking, or certain secret organizations were more than content to have a place brimming with magic, a safe environment or a place where they would not be experimented the same couldn't be said for future.

And considering I am not going the Wakanda route law enforcement or police was necessary while the knights were more elite troops it was a good start anyway.

I couldn't rely upon Hell Bringers as they are for my Daeva the Ruler of Hell persona and Red Shaman (there is only one currently) for Nakar the Overlord of Netherworld.

While Herobrine my real persona also had his harbingers the Entities they would be overkill for anything below gods, alphas (while some can deal with Omegas), and such.

So I or you can say the Witch Queens, the Feline Progenitors are looking for suitable and trustworthy people for our law enforcement team.

While there isn't any disagreement between Cat People and Witches who have the largest population, for now, I will not take any risk, and considering the Witch's greed and Cat's mischievous nature there would be conflicts for sure it would be nice to make their people act as enforcer or mediater.

I already have thought about who will lead these two factions for Witches my wife to whom I will be reunited soon enough thinking about her I am already getting excited but let's not talk about her for now.

So my wife is quite literally*[2]Witchcraft an abstract entity due to whom witches and warlocks and some sorcerers can perform their magic whose authority is completely managed by Oshtur temporarily.

And I'm pretty sure all witches will quite literally be fangirling over her.

For Cat-People their progenitors were more than enough but I think Bast wouldn't protest if I gave her more work Wakanda has already disappointed her enough, so I hope Cat people don't disappoint her.

Now let's think about what to do with the wild cards the 'normal' humans they were the most or only diverse group I have and the one I don't trust much, while they are not greedy at the level of witches or lazy as Cat People they have potential to rival them in that.

The places from where they were rescued taught them to be humble so they very much appreciate the help they are getting.

So their representative honestly they would be the most difficult to manage it helped that most didn't have anyone from their relations in the outside world and if they did they were not close and some who wanted to go their families got their memories wiped out about this place for obvious reasons.

But a council will be made for all these three groups and the members of this council will be Lilia Calderu, Agatha Harkness, Maria Russoff, and Margali Szardos representing their covens, the Cat Progenitors Flavius and Helene, *[3]Balkatar, Anaïs the Queen of Saharan cat people who were rescued but they are on verge of extinction representatives of Feline citizens.

Now who would represent the Humans (while Witches are also human technically they don't associate themselves as one) they don't have someone whom they can relate to or see as a leader, so I decided to make Selene, Jiaying, and the grumbling Wolverine who had recently solved his family problem the representative of humans while they are not technically normal Human they are the closest and the most trusted people whom I can think of handling humans and it helped a lot that sixty percent of the rescued humans were metal so it would not be difficult.

But, the council is only a management body it would have another body that would have more power than they would and they consist of Gaia (Human representative), Bast (Feline representative), Arkea (technology and Foreign minister type), Miss Sinister (along with Arkea Technology and Research), Witchcraft or Evelyn (who will arrive soon and representative of Witches),*[4] Lilith ( who will arrive with Witchcraft and I have plans for demons as well) and Medusa who will deal with matters related to divine (gods).

All these were my wives and hold the true power here I would have roped Fan Fei here too but she is more like a teacher and warrior than a queen (while she can act like one she doesn't like it much.) And any of them has the power to suppress the council with rules or brute force it may be unfair but at the end of the Zenith is a Monarchy and I am the king here.

I am going to hold a banquet and I am thinking of inviting my allies, friends, and relatives to my 'new' kingdom

Uruk and Asgard were a must, it would be rude to not invite Wakanda and Orisha considering their relationship with Bast.

I would have invited Pantheons but due to some unknown reasons most of the gods have left the Earth and now only interact with the world using their champions or avatars.

Though I don't know why as the last time I met them was when we kicked Celestials out of our realms those bastards wanted to put some celestial seed inside Earth.

Hmph, I would have made their entire race extinct if not for the balance of the universes, though *[5]Continuity Gem (Herobrine edition) has shown me that these bastards most of the time cause Universes and Multiverses to be destroyed but not here so as a warning I took some of them as my trophies.

Uff, guarding Time, Space, and Reality in the Marvel world truly is a taxing task, I couldn't help but laugh at my past self for saying that this was an easy task, I am even more convinced about this after seeing what kind of beings will be born in future just from those bastards blood and those blue-skinned idiots, humans truly are blessed.

Reality warping became common as breathing air and time travel became entertainment for people and summoning extradimensional beings just for dirt of power. Oh, Negativity, Marvel World truly is unlucky or lucky, as they have me.

However, these were also one of the reasons I was guarding the Realities in the first place.

But I will still look after them as I don't want to get disturbed, surprisingly time travel is the easiest thing that I have prevented from happening till now though it has led to another problem.

*1 Silver Iron- A type of metal that resembles iron and is found in Overworld but it is lighter than steel/ iron but ten times stronger it also has a special property to channel heat without harming the user. (It is similar to Mithril)

*2 Witchcraft- an Abstract Entity, revered as a deity, who served as the wellspring of power for all witches and warlocks who utilized Spells and Phrases related to the branch of Magic known as witchcraft.

*3 Balkatar- A sorcerer that can call upon Cat-People and is also their guardian. (Different from Tigra)

*4 Lilith- Queen of Hell (Under Herobrine or Daeva)

*5 Continuity Gem (Herobrine edition)- A gem (tweaked by the author) that records all events throughout the realities and also has a glimpse of higher dimensional beings.)
