Don't mess with her

Chao Xing and Lin Qin went straight towards their room. Sitting on their respective beds they made themselves comfy.

"Let's ask now." Lin Qin excitedly said to Chao Xing.

Chao Xing nodded her head and took the book out from under the pillow. She was just about to open it when suddenly Fei Hong again came, spoiling their moment.

"Time to sleep, girls. Hurry!"

Chao Xing and Lin Qin both gave each other a look and rolled their eyes at that. "Why does she always come when we are going to open the book?" Chao Xing scoffed.

Lin Qin made a disgusted face at that.

"Remember you have to wake up at 5 in the morning and come to me after that to get your daily task. I am not going to come and babysit you everyday." Fei Hong ordered as she walked around the room analysing each and every girl there.

When she was just about to pass Chao Xing she saw her putting her hand under the blanket. Chao Xing was trying to hide the book.

She didn't want Fei Hong to see the book and ask questions which she herself didn't know, "What if she took this book away from me? No! No! I can't let this happen. This is the only source of information for me."

Fei Hong stopped a little in front of Chao Xing and glared at her hand which was under the blanket.

Chao Xing actually got scared, 'Did she see the book already'

Fei Hong stood there for two more seconds glaring at her when she further walked away from there making Chao Xing relieved.

She heaved a huge sigh when she went away from there.

The candles and lamps were blown off as it was dark now Chao Xing decided to lay down too.

'I will just ask about it from the book tomorrow.' With that her eyes closed as she dozed off to her sleep.

In the morning Chao Xing went straight to Fei Hong. On her way she realised everyone seemed to be more active than usual.

"It might be an occasion." With this thought she went to Fei Hong who was already yelling at some girls to hurry and do their work fastly.

Lin Qin moved a little towards Chao Xing as she whispered near her ear, "Why is this woman always in such a hurry."

Chao Xing chuckled a little only to be glared at by Fei Hong, "What are you guys laughing about? Why haven't you started working yet?"

"You didn't tell us what to do yet!" Chao Xing exclaimed.

"Oh yeah! Well you both" Fei Hong pointed at two girls standing at a distance waiting for Fei Hong to give them their work.

"And you two." And then she pointed at Chao Xing and Lin Qin, "You all go to prince's library and clean it but remember you have to be very cautious about it. One mistake and you will have your head beheaded. Got it?"

Chao Xing and Lin Qin nodded their heads.

Looking at the other two girls, Fei Hong ordered, "Guide them."

They just nodded their heads and all four went away from there.

Chao Xing and Lin Qin didn't know the way to the prince's library so they just followed the girls.

Soon they reached the library, one of the girls started cleaning the table which was kept in the centre of the library while others started to put things in their places.

"You two started mopping the floor." One of the girls ordered Chao Xing and Lin Qin.

Grabbing the broom Lin Qin glared towards them, "They are doing all the easy work themselves and ordering us like we are their servants."

She was annoyed by those two girls but Chao Xing just shook her head telling her not to create a scene and just do their job. Lin Qin nodded her head as she agreed with her and started cleaning the floor.

Both Lin Qin and Chao Xing were doing their own work when suddenly they heard the other two girls talking with each other.

"Why did Fei Hong send these two servants with us to clean the prince's library. They are the bought ones. They aren't worthy."

The other girl scoffed, "I know right. We are enough for this job. Why send the useless flies?"

Both the girls chuckled sarcastically as they gave Chao Xing and Lin Qin a disgusted look.

Chao Xing heard them all but continued to ignore them like she didn't care about them even a bit. On the other hand Lin Qin was getting angry hearing that but she too didn't say anything.

The two girls were actually waiting for them to get annoyed and fight with them so they would be able to bully them but when nothing like that happened one of the girls signalled the other.

Nodding her head she went towards Lin Qin who was sitting on the floor mopping it with a small cloth. Her hand was on the floor when suddenly the girl walked over her hand.

"Ahh." Lin Qin pushed back her hand as soon as she walked over it.

Hearing her scream, Chao Xing too snapped towards her and held her by her arm trying to look at her hand.

"Can't you see?" Lin Qin glared at the girl holding her hand which was red by now and paining badly by the force she put on it.

The other girl gave a little smile satisfied with her work and said, "Oh! I am sorry. Didn't see you there."

"You…" Lin Qin glared at her with an unbelievable look while Chao Xing on the other hand gritted her teeth.

'They need to learn a lesson.' With this Chao Xing stood up aggressively, gaining attention from everyone present there.

Turning around a little she glared at the girl directly and by the death glare the girl actually got a little scared but still stood there arrogantly with her hands closed.
