Vash found himself in a medical bed and his mother  with disheveled hair within the room. 

"Mom, " Vash said while trying to get up . "don't be impatient, let me call the doctor" Mrs. Dempsey said before calling outloudly

 "honey call doctor, Adam Vash just woke up" 

A while later  Mr. Dempsey returned with Dr adambehind him. 

Dr. Adam stepped forward to check the medical report " Vash has recovered smoothly he has adapted wells to the muscle transplants. I will start the discharge procedure " 

"Thank you Adam " Mr. Dempsey said  in gratitude. 

" Anthony why you are making me uncomfortable?  We are family friends so just forget these customs" Dr adam grunted before leaving the room. 

As Mrs. Dempsey was asking Vash about his condition a military man with unusually long hair entered the room. 

" so vash I heard you killed fierce-eyed rat" the man asked directly

" Yes, uncle Mathew I found one in the drainage pipe" Vash replied  

" I don't understand how can you be foolish enough to get in a  situation like that. why didn't you take a cab home instead to walking back ?" 

" I thought...." 

" what?" mr mathew interuppted. 

"you know you committed a civil crime! By getting eaten by animals you are providing nutrition to them r putting others in further danger" 

"but uncle I went to the drainage pipe only because I heard someone moaning in pain." 

"so, you thought you could help Someone with your meager strength" Mathew shouted 

"Matthew " Mrs. Dempsey interrupted  

"Maria, please don't interrupt Vash acted foolishly he should have tried to send SOS signal when he heard someone moaning, he could have even approached the guards guarding those mansions. Kids these days are living in a protective bubble. If you come across something shady you must enter caution mode. Animal attack is always the biggest possibility. Trying to help someone with insufficient strength is nothing but suicide. 

"but" 

" No maria you don't understand how close to death Vash was. If he hadn't broken the human limiter or if we were a few minutes late you would have lost him. 

The injuries you daw in the hospital were nothing compared to the state we found him in. 

Hearing this the tears started rolling down Mrs Dempsey cheeks. 

Both mr Dempsey and Vash tried to console her. 

"uncle Matthew I am truly sorry" vash apologized 

" Vash your actions would have only hurt your family we live in a world of survivors not heroes. " matthew said softening his tone." 

Matthew Simpson is an incipient state in level 28 human spending around 3 decades working in military and then working for the animal department made him one of the strongest humans in Moheron. 

His designation as the chief of animal department and strict mature with  no tolerance for mistake attitude  made Moheron safer than ever before. 

The only nick in his armor  was his love for food as he is a gournet through and through. 

"scouring planet Assan for its delicacies  during his journey lead him to Dempseys parallax where he was so impressed by the food that he waited 2 hours just to give Mr Dempsey his regards. Matthew became a regular customer and a good acquaintance of Mr Dempsey. Some time even hunting high levelexotic animals just so Mr Dempsey could cook those for him. 

Matthew was the second happiest man when Mr and mrs Dempsey got married that was 25 years ago ( only after Mr Dempsey ) 

And now he is the closest family friend and Vash's godfather. 

Ok, then I have to return to work now . We will begin your training after dinner. Lets put that whole star Gene sequence of your s to  work." 

" uncle how did you know ?" vash was surprised 

" hahaha I have my connections and your info is i

n the  public record"

9 pm 

Vash and Mr Matthew were in standingthe basement of Dempsey's ancestral home looking at each other. 

"so vash for this week's training you have to complete 100 push-ups, 100 pullups, 2100 situps and 10 miles run each day and of course try not to lose your hairs. " Mr Matthew joked 

"  Jokes side  today I will teach you how to punch properly , remember when you punch don't tense your arm or shoulder up and don't squeeze your fist before the swing begins , these will weaken your blow. 

Ideally, the knuckles of your index and middle finger should land on your target and not the actual finger themselves and last after landing the punch , snap your fist and shoulders back like this " saying that matthew threw a perfect punch . 

" now vash strike my palm" 

"ok" 

After vash threw the punch mr matthew corrected him. 

"Do not bend your wrist, the forearm and the fist should make a 180degree angle. Now try again"  

Bam " the elbow should not be straight" 

Bam " bring your fingers inward while punching." 

Bam " relax your shoulder" 

After 2 hour of practice vash was lying down breathing heavily. 

"keep up the good work . The cameras have caught you punching pattern punch before the screen the AI would correct you . I want you to punch 1000 perefct punches before dinner tomorrow. 

" Now take a  15 min break "   

Vash continued his training after matthew departure. 

The AI vash was using was called fight master pro a rudimentary AI for martial arts practice . 

The cameras followed vash punches and the AI analyzed them then  correcting vash. 

"arm reach 2cm shorter then the optimum." 

"punch speed in the top 70 percentile" 

As vash threw punches the AI corrected them. Soon vash found that punching a perfect punch was a very difficult feat and he would not be able to throw 1000 of them by tomorrow. 

So instead he started focusing on improving his mistake. 

The training continued till 3 am leaving him exhausted. 

In these 4 hours vash was able to throw perfect punch but that was just luck and probability talking. 

….... 

The alarm went off at 6 am. And vash returned for the run on the treadmill. Even at 5KM/h vash was not able to run 2 km. 

He wolfed his breakfast at the dining table. Mrs dempsey had cooked a highly nutritious meal for his aching muscle recovery. 

Till Mr Matthew returned vash was only able to run 6 miles , 50 pushups , 100squats and 0 pullups. 

" 0 pullup vash. I knew you were weak but this surprises me you has an entire day and you couldn't complete the assignment " 

Matthew berated. 

" uncle I tried but while doing pull-ups my body doesn't move. How hard I try to lift myself there is no upward movement and as for the rest I did those throughout the day but after a certain number, my body is not able to go further. 

" Hmph, we will go with Tyrant pads. Here they will arrive in 2 hours . Now show me a punch. 

Bam 

" good it is a decent punch at least you would not injure yourself while throwing it but remember a perfect punch means using your entire strength with optimum efficiency."
