Who are you?

Her face was becoming paler with each passing second. He was hugging her tight as if he would lose her even if he was a little loose...Tears started running down Henry's eyes. He thought that they should not have come for a stroll. He regretted coming in the direction of this lake. He felt helpless.

He had last cried when his parents had died. He had never cried since then. Though he was bullied every day he would not drop a single tear. This hurt the ego of the students who bullied him. Thus he was bullied more. But he was determined not to make them feel that they won in making him cry.

Angela's body became still. Henry did not notice that she was smiling even in her unconsciousness.

He looked at her face which seemed to be the prettiest face he had seen. Her big round eyes were shut. Her slender nose had stopped breathing. Her black hair was swaying away with the gentle breeze. Except for her old clothes, she looked like a model.

An invisible orb passed from the body of Angela to the body of Henry. Suddenly Henry felt an intense headache and fell to the floor. He tried his best to remain conscious but he could not. He felt that he would die at this rate. Finally, he had to close his eyes.

When he opened his eyes, He saw the grey-haired man, that was fighting with the people standing in front of him. The two of them were floating on top of a lake that was a few metres wide. The water had no colour or to say was black coloured. The surroundings were all black coloured. One could not see anything except for emptiness and the two people.

Where is this place..Henry thought.

The man said with a smile on his face:

"Boy surrender to me and I shall let you die with less pain."

Henry became wary of the man and asked " Who are you and What did you do to my sister."

"Oh, so that girl was your sister. No wonder she easily surrendered when I said that I would leave you if she surrenders. Poor her. I thought that you were close but did not know that you were siblings."

"You did not answer my question yet ." Henry's told him.

"Okay, I shall grant you your last wish. I will tell you what I did to her. Listen carefully: I used almost all my soul essence in using the technique. So I just used her soul to replenish my soul essence. But tsk tsk.. mortals are mortals. She did not replenish even a millionth of my soul essence and all her soul force dried up. Now I need more souls to replenish my soul essence."

Henry's expression was very dark. If someone saw him then they would think that he was a hideous criminal. Henry was boiling with anger. It did not take a genius to understand the hat he had killed her to recover from his injuries.

He shot forward and tried to kick him. But his legs crossed over his stomach. He punched again and again but he could not hit him. But he didn't stop punching him.

The man smiled and said, "You have tried your best boy now surrender." Saying this he shot towards his body and merged with him.

Henry's head was engulfed in intense pain. "Boy surrender now or you will die with intense pain." A voice inside his mind said.

Henry's determination increased, He would never surrender to a man who killed his sister.

"Futile effort boy. Even though I have deleted nearly all my soul force, mortals like you can not

provide any resistance in my path. I will take your soul essence if I want. You can not stop me."

The pain inside Henry's head started increasing but he did not give up. He kept bearing the pain to stop the man from his completing his mission.

"To think that I would have to use "one soul - body technique" because I can not leave your soul sea as your soul defence had automatically regenerated. Brat you are very lucky to die with this technique." the grey-haired man was very reluctant in his voice.

Henry's pain started increasing every second but he did not surrender. Slowly one minute had passed and pain kept on increasing. This one minute felt like one millennium.

Suddenly a panicked voice could be heard from the old man.

"How can your determination be better than me. I do not believe this. Aren't you just a mortal? How can you have such determination? You brat ..you..you....."

The voice slowly died down and a gentle aura covered his body .'Have I died ?' Henry thought.'I can now meet my sister and my parents.' He thought.

Suddenly strange voices could be heard in his head."5 desired elemental souls obtained, 2 desired soul essence obtained. Gaining sentience. Extra energy detected in soul sea. Taking emergency measures. Searching host's memories."

He was thinking of meeting his sister again.

"Utilising the energy. Finding a suitable parallel universe. Scan complete. Teleporting..."

Suddenly the world around him started spinning and he felt dizzy. He felt some kind of energy surround him. He tried to remain his eyes open but he fell unconscious again.
