Chapter one
She waited impatiently at the front of her condo. Her useless boyfriend was late again, how could he make her wait. She'd make sure to put that idiot in his place when he arrived...
Her thoughts were caught short as a red Mercedes SUV rolled in front of her and she quickly got in. She sat in the passenger seat and buckled her seat belt and before the driver could give an explanation she slapped him smack on the face.
" How dare you make me wait? ", she asked furiously not giving a shit about him.
" ...My friend asked me to help with...."
" So I'm gonna be placed as second on the list just cause of some dick, Tom or harry", Lauren said in anger.
" That's my friend your talking about Lauren, don't test me ", Jayden said getting fed up with her behavior.
" Oh, I see, you don't love me anymore do you right??", she asked, her eyes becoming watery. He instantly felt bad and tried to comfort her and reached his hand out to her but she pushed it away.
"Lauren, I'm sorry, I just lost control please don't hate me. I love you ", he said and she instantly knew she had him where she wanted him. She stared compassionately into his eyes and placed her hands in his.
" I'm sorry too but remember I should always be your top priority and nothing else ", and before he could reply she kissed him passionately and he kissed her back. The couple had always been like this, one oblivious to the others manipulation.
He met her at a bar and he instantly knew he wanted her, he soon began to chase her and they hit it off, he was literally obsessed with her and she ofcourse used this knowledge to her advantage. She'd use him for money, emotionally abuse him, restrict him to hang out with his friends. She controlled his life and he let it happen cause he still loved her nonetheless.
The two then headed towards the pearl casino. She had been invited for a lavish party by some associates and decided to let Jayden accompany her. The two walked into the casino and soon all eyes were on them as they looked like celebrities. Lauren was already considered a beauty but tonight she was exceptional as her long wavy hair went past her shoulders, her face looking elegant and seductive. Her dress from a high end brand fitted her body nicely and matched her strapped heels. All the men there had their eyes already exploring her body.
Jayden on the other hand looked like a Greek God with his tailored designer suit and expensive looking shoes from a similar brand . His hair was beautiful styled and his face belonged on a magazine.
The two got envious looks through half of the evening. Jayden had gone too get Lauren a tapioca since she was craving for one and once he left her eyes moved and met those of a handsome man who stood at the corner with some escorts. This man in question had been staring at Lauren for most of the night and she ofcourse noticed him and found him very attractive. She walked over to him and after a while they left together towards the private rooms. Soon the room was filled with gossip all around. Lauren was a slut!
Jayden soon returned with the drinks but he couldn't find Lauren any where and soon began asking around but most only shook their heads. Poor guy, they thought seeing him looking for a girl who's getting laid right about now. He searched a little more then tried calling. Meanwhile Lauren was having hot steaming sex with a total stranger and didn't even consider answering Jayden who called every five minutes. The two went on for a whole thirty minutes till they were finally satisfied. Lauren left and soon returned to the party only to find Jayden frantically moving around looking for someone. Soon he spotted her and quickly went to meet her.
" Where have you been??", he asked obviously angry.
"Ahh... I wasn't feeling to good babe so I went to take a rest in one of the private rooms ", She lied.
" Really? Then why didn't you pick my calls? if you weren't feeling good I would've taken you home ", he replied, a hint of worry in his voice.
" I was tired, hey just forget it and let's enjoy the rest of the party okay??", she sounded very cute at the moment which was Jayden's weakness.
"Okay babe", he pecked her lightly on the lips and they enjoyed the rest of the evening.
As the two were heading towards Jayden's car, Lauren received a text. " Hey I have to take care of something ",she said as she began to walk off.
" What is it??", he asked sounding worried.
" Just stay here !!", she then stormed off. He didn't expect to get mad at him but he still felt uneasy and decided to follow her. She went back into the casino and saw her walk towards the private rooms. Why would she go there?? He walked down the corridor looking for which room she might have gone into but he soon heard noises coming from a room. He decided to call Lauren and when he did her ringtone rang out from the room. He decided to open the door and as soon as he did the scene of Lauren and the stranger came into sight. WTF!!, He stood wide mouthed at the scene before him. That was his girlfriend!!
Jayden soon saw red and charged at the stranger, the two began fighting and throwing fists. Lauren could only stand and watch as these two men fought like animals. Just when she had had enough, a gun shot was fired and soon Jayden followed suit and fell to the ground. lauren's eyes opened in shock.
" W-what did you do ", she asked
" I killed him but lets make sure he is dead
", just as he said that one of his men fired a few more bullets through Jayden. He was actually dead! Lauren was really scared at the moment.
" U-uhm.... will I get implicated because of this? ", she asked like her bf wasn't just shot dead at all. The man was surprised but soon replied, "You won't down worry ok, let's just say you weren't even here, hmmm? "
"Yeah that sounds good" ,she said as she wrapped her hands around his neck and they began to kiss passionately as the body was dragged out.
