Chapter 24: Mithril Engraving Knife

Lynn opened the three Christmas gifts in turn.

Professor McGonagall had given him a Transfiguration Journal, which recorded her experiences with Transfiguration when she was young. Lynn was pleasantly surprised to find Professor McGonagall's method on how to apply Transfiguration in actual combat!

At this time, Lynn opened the last gift, which came from his teacher, Professor Green.

"This is... the Dampening Stone?!"

Lynn's move caused the two of them to laugh.

After a while, after the two of them had recovered, Lynn said: "Okay, I have to go to the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor's office to find Professor Green. See you later!"

Professor Green just smiled. He called Lynn to an alchemy workstation. This workstation was specially used to inscribe alchemy arrays. It was different from the alchemy arrays that were usually inscribed on desks. "Your recent progress in alchemy learning has almost reached the standard for forging a wand. It's time to create a wand of your own. You will operate everything by yourself, and I will supervise you."

Professor Green said so.

Lynn opened the box, and it looked solid inside. But when Lynn tried to place the mithril wand on it, the solid part inside the box began to twist and change, and finally, a secret compartment that could accommodate Lynn's wand appeared.

Lynn carefully put the box away and thanked Professor Green again. 

Professor Green said: "In the next half of the school year, you only need to continue to learn more alchemy runes and enrich your foundation. And in our classes every Saturday, I plan to teach you some practical combat skills, how about it?"

In more than a month, Lynn's skills in alchemy had become as good as those of an ordinary wizard, and deeper knowledge of alchemy would have to wait until Lynn's magic reserves increased, so that Lynn could handle it.

Therefore, Professor Green currently had nothing more to teach Lynn in terms of alchemy theory.

Lynn was immediately overjoyed when he heard Professor Green's words.
