The club is starting.

Adam woke up completely drenched in sweat. His head ached, and he felt that his energy had hardly recovered overnight.

''What the hell was that dream'' He mumbled lying on the bed.

''If I can call it a Dream'' He thought about what he had seen, the floating island, the magical scenery, the imposing castle and of course, the eyes that made him feel afraid.

''If it wasn't a dream, what place was that? ''He thought, tried to remember seeing something similar, but nothing came to mind. ''And whose eyes were those?''

Those eyes made him feel fear for the first time, even now he still felt that helpless feeling he felt.

Adam could tell it wasn't a dream, and if it was, it would be the strangest dream he'd ever had. And he's dreamed of trolls and spiders.

"But if it wasn't a dream, what was it? '' He questioned, getting up and going to take a shower. It would be dawn soon, and he had almost no magical reserves.

After some thought, Adam had a few guesses.

It could be an illusion, and someone was forcing him to see that scene. The problem with that thought was that there were two questions; who would do that? It's because ?.

Adam couldn't think of anyone. ' Maybe it could be Merlin? Or something with inheritances? So that person on top of the castle was Merlin? '

He couldn't think of any response to that. What frustrated him, it seemed that the more time passed, the more unanswered questions arose.

There were other hypotheses too, maybe it wasn't anyone making him see an illusion. Perhaps he was experiencing some vision of the future? Or past?.

''I can't think of anything'' He sighed, sticking his head under the water.

"But I like the floating island idea.'' He thought with a smile.'' Maybe I can do something like that. But how could it float? Runes maybe…''

Adam was lost in thought as he showered, for the rest of that day anyone who saw him around the castle could hear him mumbling, things like.

''Perhaps Runes engraved on the island itself''

''I could make a magic core too…''

''That's a good idea for a new card.''

Terry and Anthony looked at Adam muttering to himself and laughed.

''Is the price of genius madness? '' Anthony said, laughing.

''Yes. So I'm a little crazy too'' Terry agreed.

Anthony almost choked with laughter when he heard what his friend said. ''You don't even believe that, right? ''

''Hey, could you back me up just once,'' Terry snorted.

''Fine, I admit you are,'' Anthony said.

''A genius ? ''Terry smiled.

''A madman'' Adam's voice sounded off to the side.

''You're the crazy one.'' Terry snapped. ''Since when do you talk to yourself? ''

Adam laughed and was a little embarrassed, he hadn't realized he was muttering as he thought.

''I was thinking of something, but I've already put it in my mind for another time.'' Adam said, having left thoughts about the dream for later.

''That's good, so you can explain to me, why the fuck is it so hard to learn Occlumency,'' Terry complained, slumping over the table.

Adam almost slapped his friend on the head when he heard him complain. ''How long have you had the book? one, Two days ? Not even that.''

''Do you know how hard I had to work to learn Occlumency? '' Adam spoke, making a tired expression.

''How much time ? ''

''A long time, years maybe,'' Adam replied.

''I bet you're one of those damn lucky ones, and you're a natural, right? '' Terry asked, analyzing Adam's expression.

''While studying, I saw that some are natural and are easier to learn. From what I know of you would be that kind of lucky''

Anthony next door agreed, then complained. ''Damn, my family has a history of natural Legilimens, but I wasn't that lucky.''

Adam at the side looked offended, put his hand on his left chest and said. "I swear on my honor of Gryffindor ''

''You are Ravenclaw'' Anthony threw a scone at Adam.

The scone stopped in midair and Adam caught it, taking a big bite, before throwing it back at Anthony.

''You can't be in a hurry in the arts of the mind, come on, I'll help you when the club is official.''

''So you're really going to create a club? Terry asked excitedly. He wanted to learn a few things from Adam, so he could increase his popularity at school.

''Yeah, I'll just talk to Flitwick first,'' Adam replied.

''Flitwick? Why? ''

''We need a room for the club, right? ''Adam replied.

''So we're still not going to find out where you secretly train?'' Anthony asked, rubbing his head, he tried to imitate Adam and make the cupcake stop in midair, but it didn't work...

''Not yet, I'm going to need to keep this place a secret for a while longer''

At first, Adam would show the club members the room of requirements. And he would use his briefcase for his most secret training.

But after some thought, he decided against it.

'My briefcase is low on space, I need to have the enchantment increased or buy one. Maybe something the size of Newt Scamander's briefcase will suffice.

Meanwhile, the requirement room will continue to be my training room, mainly for some more delicate studies.'

Adam thought long and hard and decided to go with it for now.

''Do you think he's going to agree, Flitwick, and get us a room?'' Anthony asked, not asking any questions about this secret place where Adam trained.

''Do you need a room for a study club? '' Flitwick repeated.

Adam was in Flitwick's office, he had come for tea and some house points...

''Yes. I feel that I have a little to help my fellows, but there is no place where I can do any practical study. So I had the idea of starting a Club'' Adam said, in his best role as a great student, who cared about others.

''That's a great idea. Of course, of course I'll help.'' Flitwick laughed heartily.

He couldn't wait to help Adam with whatever he asked, he still remembered offering the young man a favor last year, and now that Adam had come was a great time to do that.

'With Adam helping other students, Ravenclaw will gain much more prominence, and we may finally have a chance to win the cup. '

The half Goblin still remembered how close he was last year to winning, but his dream was shattered.

Flitwick also remembered realizing that Adam was not the most social of the students, and always remained more isolated, except for a few with whom he talked.

He had been a professor at Hogwarts for many years, and he knew that it would always be better to help students get along, of course, as long as it was with the intention of studying good things, or even playing like any other child.

''I'll trust you that no malicious spells of any kind are studied,'' the half-goblin reminded.

'Maybe I'll teach them the quickest ways to kill someone, but no dark spells' Adam chuckled inwardly.

''Of course not, professor, don't worry.'' Adam replied, showing his good person smile.

''Very well. I'll speak to Dumbledore, but I can guarantee you'll have a room tomorrow morning,' confirmed Flitwick.

Then the half-goblin smiled and poured more tea into the cups.

"Now give me some tips on how to defeat Invoker's Deck, Minerva always plays with it.''

Adam chuckled at the idea of McGonagall playing a card game, but knowing the professor, and knowing how competitive she is with Flitwick and when it comes to Quidditch, so it was possible she wouldn't be left behind in a new game.

''Which Deck do you use? ''

''Prophet, I think it's the best against Invoker'' Said the half Goblin.

''True, it's a good choice…'' Adam approached, and started to help the professor strategize.

So Adam spent the next hour in the room with Flitwick.

The encounter netted him, a personal room to set up his club, and many points in the house.

The next morning, Adam received word that his request for a room had been approved. Flitwick handed him the key to the place, and reminded him to ask for help if he needed it.

'I knew it was going to be easy. But that still surprises me… 'Adam thought, arriving in the new room.

He was only a second year, and although he was quite possibly the best student Hogwarts had ever had, he was still essentially a second year.

But with a simple request, he had obtained permission to have a private room for a club that the only thing he had informed was that it would be a study club.

''Welcome to Hogwarts.'' He said, pushing the door.'' The school where the students have a lot of freedom, and have fun while fighting a snake face one day and maybe a giant snake the next.

With an amused smile, he entered the room, which was practically empty.

The place was relatively spacious, and it was almost empty except for a few chairs and tables.

''Time to create a cool and welcoming place.'' He muttered. ''Maybe I could paint it black. Black is pretty receptive, right? ''

He hadn't given much thought to what he would create for the club. So I would start with the basics and add more as time went on.

There wasn't much dirt on it, just dust and a few stains on the chairs, which Adam preferred not to go near to confirm.

With a wave of his hand, he made the chairs and tables disappear.

''I'm sure some students had fun here,'' he muttered, stomping his feet on the floor, making all the dust rise.

With a quick wave, the dust disappeared.

''I think I'll go with transfiguration for the decor, some runes and arrangements and that should be enough''

Adam pulled his shirtsleeves up and snapped his fingers. It was time to play.

He walked to the center of the room, and started making hand gestures.

Each of his gestures created something new, each new item spun around the room as a new item was created.

Adam was like a Disney princess, in one of those animated scenes where the furniture danced and sang.

All that was missing was a song...

Hello, thanks for reading.

I hope you can give me some suggestions for the name of the club, and things you hope to see him teach the members.

This club will be more private, and only friends can join. So, in the future, he might teach more secrets about magic, and put members over certain specializations.

When Lockhart's Dueling Club goes bad, Adam will try to take over the Dueling Club as well, and make a more general Club, to help everyone.

I also want to thank everyone who comments on the chapters, and the paragraphs.

I read all comments, some make me laugh, others give me new ideas, so if possible, comment often.

Thanks for reading again.
