the uproar that reached Dumbledore and the traitor
Dumbledore who is usually taking care of Hogwarts when he came to the great hall heard a commotion not only among students but also among professors when he goes to his seat professor McGonagall said in a low voice," Albus, the dark lord he is dead and the one that killed him is a 7 year old kid and it's not all he is the son of Lily and James potter and is close to the features in the prophecy. and Snape is a death eater".
Dumbledore who heard all this is confused for a moment and took the daily prophet to find the news it describes all the uproar in wizarding world and about Alex along with identities of many death eaters such as Snape and Peter pettigrew. Dumbledore knew Snape is a death eater and made a deal with him not to be spy in exchange for Lily's safety. so he told McGonagall about Snape being his spy and told her to calm down.
even Dumbledore didn't know what to do when he read that a 7 year old killed a dark lord but after reading the features of the child he is convinced about the prophecy.
at this moment there is a huge headache on him why would Snape reveal that child's location and why Lily hide the child from him, but he knew he couldn't protect the child all the time and ignored it he asked Snape about this and Snape told him he is concerned about Lily and if this child is dead the dark lord will not focus on the potter's anymore.
Dumbledore understands his concern for Lily and send a letter to ministry about Snape being his spy. Snape is cleared of all charges for this. Dumbledore is now more interested in the prophecy and the kid who caused this uproar in the wizarding world.
while this is happening Lily, James, Sirius, Remus are chasing Peter in a forest although Sirius and Remus are mad at James for hiding his other son from them they knew it is for the child. so they calm down and begin to chase the traitor. Peter is running for his life when a cruciatus by Sirius hit him and fell , Sirius who is mad at Peter for the betrayal punched him in the face while Remus is trying to calm down Lily and James from killing Peter.
James looks at Peter menacingly and said," I trusted you we all do why did you do this?why?" but there is no answer from Peter he just looks at James and pleading and stutturing for his life . James and Lily are even more furious now if it isn't Remus stopping them they would have cast a killing curse already with the anger in their heart.
James and Lily decided to hand him over to ministry and let them decide it. at this moment Sirius comes to James and asked him about the new kid even Remus who was calm wanted to take a look at Alexander.
James told them he is in the house and they will go there after handing Peter to ministry .
Sirius and Remus nodded and they handed Peter to ministry and apparated in the house in Godric hollow .
Alex who got the skill is interested in it and began to experiment with it turn into a little kitten that looked innocent and adorable. when James and others arrived they saw Alex turning into a little kitten making them speechless at this moment especially Sirius it took him several years to master animagus but a 7 year old did it. this devastated him.
Lily who saw is proud and took the little kitten into her arms and begin rub and play with the kitten's chin and fur. Alex is enjoying his mother's affection and didn't mind knowing by his family. James asked Alex to turn back and Alex did it and hugged Lily and hid in cloak after noticing Sirius and Remus. Lily is comforting him saying they are friends and introduced them. Sirius also came forward and smiled asking him his name Remus also say hi to Alex.
Alex who knew Sirius and Remus naturally chatted with them along with Harry and Sirius brought many candies and sweets for Harry the other day so he give some to Alex also. and as usual James made Sirius as a god father to Alex also which made him happy.
Sirius told the kids about their adventures in Hogwarts and asked Alex how did he mastered animagus in a small age to which Alex lied as I can do it somehow I don't know how I got it this made Sirius drop the jaw and looked at James as if to say you brought a monster to this world Lily who noticed the gaze glared at Sirius and hugged Alex and Harry as if to say they are my children not monsters.
like this, the day passed and Lily who is apart from Alex brought both Harry and Alex to the bed and sleep as if a bird protecting it's babies. James knew this just beginning of the doting nature of Lily and sighed he also hugged the kids and slept.
