'Aftermath'

"As you have already tended to your wounds by yourself. I can't do much more help to you. Let's go the camp area, as you can't do much fighting in this conditions right?" Mcgonagall said with a calm tone.

Edward also looked at his friends wounded stated, nodded his head. Soon they all reached tents, which was completely silent, as all of the students fell asleep.

Only professor flitwick and some guides are waiting for them. As soon as they saw professor mcgonagall and edwards gang, they released their tensed breaths. Especially professor flitwick, he likes harry very much and recently he started admiring edward. Two of his favorite people went to hunt in the night time and that to it was the first time hunt in the history of hogwarts. He was worried sick and relieved, as they safe and sound.

"Professor mcgonagall, we are going to rest for now, as we are exhausted for the day. We can report you about the task tomorrow." Edward said with a sincere tone, as his friends really exhausted.

professor mcgonagall also looked at them with for a while, before nodding her head. Soon edward and his friends reached their tents. Before they go into their tents, edward looked at them and said,

"Don't worry about the wounds caused by the fight. Just that this result is because its your first time fighting with life on the line and you also doesn't have much experience on way of fight. I am already very satisfied with the way you have improved when you are fighting each wolf. I think, you guys already knew that if you fight again, it won't be that difficult right?"

Edward said with a appreciated look on his face and eyes.

As soon as they heard edwards words, all of their faces lit up with excitement. They forgot that this was their first life on line fight, as they have tremondous belief in edward. Even a coward like neville killed three wolfs. SOon all of them nodded their heads indicating they agree with edward.

"Go rest for the night. We will attack wolves once in a week, so that you guys can improve your experience and fighting skills. You may not be able to practice martial arts tomorrow, as your wounds will not let you stay in stances. So, don't worry about those and practice on magical spells, your speed of absorption may have increased due to the excitement received by your body because of the fight." After saying that, edward simply went inside, while hermione simply tagged along with him.

Harry, ron and neville also went to their tents to get some sleep. As soon as they entered the tent, edward looked at hermione and said.

"Just sleep on me like today's morning. Its comfortable for you right? It will also relieve my pains, as you can also sleep comfortably."

Edward said with a casual tone, as though there no underlying meaning or anything about this.

Hermione also looked at edward with a suspicious look. But didn't find anything in the end. She soon succumbed to the comfortable sleep she had in the morning and couldn't help look at the tent. She knew it was not very comfy to sleep on the ground mats and looked at edwards back, who was drinking water and waiting for her reply.

Finally she couldn't take off her comfy feeling she had and looked at edward before saying,

"Y-You are not going to tell anyone right?" Hermione asked with a tone that is almost sound like a mosquito.

"Nope!! I pro....I mean, am i looking like a person like that?" Edward asked with sly tone.

Hermione also nodded her head, as he was very less talkative to others than with them. She nodded her head and told edward to lay on the tent.

Soon edward took off his shirt and laid on the ground mat with his face towards ground. Soon hermione also changed her dress to mini skirt and laid on edwards back with a satisfied smile on her face.

"See!! Even your wound is not feeling any pain, as you lay on me right?" Edward asked,

She also noticed that and nodded her head with a heavy nod which make her chin hit edwards shoulder.

Soon the two of them fell asleep. While the professors and guides are grouped together in a tent discussing.

"Its like this.........." Professor mcgonagall explained all of them with clear details, how they fought those wolves.

"Looks like, he doesn't need much time to take over us huh?" Professor flitwick said, as he didn't know why, that he had this feeling that edward and his companions will get stronger everyday and it won't too far for them to cross even them.

Professor mcgonagall is the only one who understood flitwicks meaning. The guides that came are just surprised by the prowess showed by edward and his friends. They didn't understand, what professor flitwick meant and got confused by his words.

Next day early in the morning, Professor flitwick asked edward and his friends to report the hunt officially.

"Professor flitwick! We have hunted more than 70 wolves in the last night and it was witnessed by professor mcgonagall." Edward simply replied.

Those words from edward are exactly written by professor flitwick in his magical book. He soon asked them to sign in the column where their names are present for first task. After they all signed their names, professor flitwick looked at five of them for a while, before going out of his tent and said,

"All students in this expedition listen carefully!! Edward, hermione,harry, ron and neville, these five students have already completed their first task. So, you all better hurry up today, else the wolves will get alert and will start to become cautious and more cruel. You guys are all better hurry up and best of luck to all of you." Flitwick said, as he wanted to warn and the same time rekindle the fire of competition among them.

Hearing professor flitwick's announcement, all students became silent for 5 seconds, Before they got in a frenzy uproar.

Seeing the edwards team beside professor flitwick, they all asked different questions to them. Some of them even asked tips for their hunts. Edward and their team, just smiled at them, before going back to their tents.

Some of the students got irritated by this behavior of them. But, restrained as they can't afford edward. All those who got irritated soon formed into teams like edward's and asked permission from professors for their hunts. So that, they also can act tough like edwards team infront of others and also they can prove themselves.

Edward and his team really didn't care about all of this and soon went to their tents, so that they can continue on their training.
