Chapter 6: Bia’s POV

I open my eyes, and look up at Ryan. He opens his eyes, and smiles at me. We both stretch out. Then, we settle back the way we were, and Dad comes in to get me up for school. The girls come through the secret door, and Ryan follows us all out to the bus stop.

" Happy Valentines Day, Bia."

I smile at Ryan as we walk side by side. We sit on the curb at the bus stop, and I lean my head on his shoulder.

"Happy Valentines Day, Ry. Guess what…"

"Hmmm?"

I close my eyes and kiss him. The girls go nuts, and start laughing.

He pulls away and puts his head against mine. Our first kiss in a long time. He was missing it so much when we were on break. Now, we have the best Valentines Gift ever. We have each other again.

A gust of wind blows, and Ryan wraps his arms around me as I shiver.

Carlisle appears in front of us, his wings displayed majestically.

"Did you understand my riddle? At all?"

I roll my eyes, and tell him that we don't get it. He gives me that secretive smile, and says in a hushed voice:

"You two have to work together, and bring your daughter, Mira, back to normal."

"I can't do that," I tell him.

"Yes, you can. You brought her back from Nevaeh last time, and you can do it this time as well. But you have to work together. No matter what. Let your love for each other combine into one, and that is the only way. There is a traitor among you, Bia. She is someone you hold close. Someone who you care for just as much as Mira. You and Crystal combined will figure it out, and in the end, you will be shocked. The solution is right within your reach, if you reach far enough."

He disappears in a flash.
