"eww, graygrash couldn't you have just done this yourself" a white curly furred dog beastman said as she walked in something that felt unpleasant, she wore a grey robe with a Crest of HH that can be seen on her chest, her ears hang down by the sides of her face and her sharp looking eyes looked on the forest floor anxiously. "it was the generals orders, I am not to intervene I came on another mission" a black tall furred figure responded.

"I wonder what mission can make the right hand man of the general leave his bed in the middle of the night?" a giant dog beastman asked, he was seven feet in height and his body could not be seen it was covered in thick white fur that only exposed his nose that looked like he has a mustache, his black small eyes can be seen alittle as he raise his eyebrows.(sheep dog)

"it's none of your concern" the black furred beastman replied.

"hahaha, I told you not to be so curious, now look at you being laughed at"

"the only one laughing is you idiot" two of the beastmen argued one of them had a hunch back and was grinning to himself uncontrollably (hyena), while the other watch in annoyance, she held that of a giant blade on her back and her fur had many different colors to her fur.(shetland sheepdog)

"your lucky captain is in a bad mode today else you would have been laughing at the edge of her..." the group came to a stop as they looked infront of them with shock on their faces.

"what on earth could have done this?" the giant beastman ask, with his eyes wide open, infront of him was that of scorched lands, the once standing trees were now nothing but black trunks standing out of the earth, the numerous burnt trees and dark soil gave the area a feeling of death.

"let's move forward" graygrash said breaking his companions out of their thoughts.

"you heard him let's move" the beastman with the giant sword said to her teammates.

they ran forward more deeper into the land of ash.

"stop!" graygrash shouted, he looked forward to see a dense green forest and back to see the ash covered lands.

"this is where it started I can feel it" graygrash mumbled.

"second in command" a trembling voice spoke softly, as graygrash turned around he saw the white curly fur beastman trembling as she pointed at the ground infront of her.

"is that a skull?" the huge beastman asked.

"I'll be heading back then" graygrash said as he turned to leave, minutes ago he was assigned the task of finding his missing subordinates of the scouting team, but now he found out why they are missing.
