Before Tomori realized it, an entire day has already gone by. The final bell of the day rang, and everyone was ready to wrap up their first day at school. New-found friends were taking pictures together and exchanging contact informations. As Tomori was packing her things, Haku walked over, with dread in his eyes.

"Its finally over. I'm freee!"

"Did you really hate class that much? I thought it was quite fun."

"I'm just really sleep-deprived. Now then, are we ready to go?"

"Yeah I'm pretty much done. Should we wait for the others?"

"They're already waiting at the school's gate. We should really get going."

As they were walking down the halls, Tomori couldn't help but notice the other girls gossiping again, but she tried to ignore them

"So… Tomori-san, have you ever gone to a karaoke?"

"I've gone to a few with some of my friends in middle school. It was quite fun."

"Really? I've never gone to one. I'm not the best singer… Plus the mask is in the way."

"I'm sure you'll sound great, and you don't have to remove the mask. I doubt it will affect anything."

"Is that so…?"

But before long, they had already arrived at the gates. There, about 20 other students were waiting, and a boy shouted:

"Hurry up, you love birds!"

Everyone started laughing, except Ueno and Kurosawa, who just stood there silently. Haku remained as expressionless as he was the whole day, while Tomori was blushing a little. And with that, the group left for the karaoke club.

Haku was again bombarded with questions by both the girls and boys alike.

"You play basketball Haku?"

"Only a little bit, and please, add the '-kun' next time."

"Alrighty Haku-kun. Anyhow, the name's Yoshinaga Saburo, just call me Yoshinaga. And maybe we should play some basketball sometimes."

"When I have the time, sure, Saburo-kun"

Tomori was watching from behind, admiring how sociable he was, when a familiar voice came from beside her.

"Popularity sure is fun, right, Tomori-san?"

"Oh, Kurosawa-san! And I'm pretty sure he's pretty fed up with all the constant attention."

"You seem to know him well. Were you guys childhood friends?"

"Not at all, I only met him today. But I can see it in his eyes."
