I have question

Should I create a prison similar to Azkaban for Vampires,I mean Cold ones may be immortal,but if the prison was made to create the same effect as dementors wouldn't it discourage many from pulling stunts like Maria.I mean a three strike policy like first time you get warning,the second time you thrown in the prison and even then you don't learn then you are killed.

On the side note,I have already posted a chapter today for those who hadn't noticed it.
