ULTRAVIOLET

The city of Seoul seemed more lively and vibrant than usual. It was the home to sleek sky scrappers and shopping malls as well as well preserved royal palaces and buddhist temples.

It was an extraordinary place filled with beautiful beaches, thriving cities, ancient temples, remarkable natural scenery and most importantly, friendly people.

Seoul is also a city of palaces, with five huge palace complex located throughout the city. It is also known for its food, with a mouthwatering array of street food, korean specialties like barbecue and fine dinning options. And not to mention that it housed so many idols from one of the world's biggest music genre, K-pop and dramatic television series, K-drama.

The bustling city which never seemed to die accompanied with the beautiful scenery outside their tainted window really made Kiaraa feel nostalgic as she held a comfortable feeling around her.

"Where do you want to go first Ara?" A sweet voice broke her chain of thoughts. She turned her head towards her mother to give her a reply when.... 'growl'.... her stomach did the talking for her.

Kiyomi giggled softly and Kiaraa eyed her.

"Well it seems like we are going to make a quick stop at your favorite restaurant," her mother announced.

Kiyomi jumped on her seat excitedly, "Yah, we are going to the idol restaurant!!!" she exclaimed.

"It's not an idol restaurant," Kiaraa responded and Kiyomi did the eyeing this time around.

Kiyomi was a big k pop fan and she'll get offended if anyone tends to deny her k pop knowledge. Kiaraa smiled at her sweetly which made Kiyomi frown deeply, 'what a drama queen' she thought.

"Don't lie Ara Unnie, you only like that restaurant too because a lot of K-pop idols go there to have lunch," Kiyomi retorted back and Kiaraa chuckled lightly.

"Well have you by chance seen any idol here before?" Kiaraa decided to tease her a little. "I only like it because they have good menus," she continued.

"Well look, girls, we're here," their mother announced again and Kiaraa looked out through the window and caught the beautiful view of Treasure Gem restaurant.

The place was exquisite in every way and lavishly decorated. The whole place was made of one-way glass which gives a beautiful view of the city as you have your meal. It is an upscale restaurant that offers exceptional customer service and high-quality food combined with tasteful artworks, classical music, and linen tablecloths and napkins.

The different floors of the building served a different purposes. The first floor was a normal restaurant with diverse menus then there is a fine dining area, an indoor swimming pool with a bar, and then the VIP section which is on the top floor.

Kiaraa wanted to have a normal and quick breakfast so they decided to stay on the first floor. The waiter came and took their order and she pulled out her phone and logged into her weibo account and that's when she saw a certain post and she smiled.

"Excuse me mother, I'll be back," Kiaraa excused and walked towards the elevator. She flashed the bodyguard standing at the private elevator leading to the top floor her VIP card and he let her in.

When she reached the top floor, she didn't have the time to admire the lavish decorations and just walked up to a secluded door and opened it with a special key card. The door led to a dark passage and she strode to the end and came across another door and punched in a password.

The door opened quietly and the room was breathtaking and filled with girly waves of laughter. Its inhabitants seemed not to notice her presence and she crossed her hands and stared at them.

A total of four girls continued their discussion pleasantly, unaware of her presence not until one of them with a red bandana tied on her hair turned to Kiaraa absentmindedly "oh hey Kiaraa," she said and turned back and it was at that moment she realized.

She turned again but this time shocked " KIARAA!!!" she exclaimed and that's when the four girls looked at Kiaraa with shocked eyes. Kiaraa smiled and waved at them to bring them out of their shock.

" Hi, Lili, Somi, Mimi, Mj, and oh where is Glacier?" she asked them and scanned her eyes around the room.

"Oh, Glaci is shooting a movie in China, she'll be there for approximately two months so the group is on a break," Mimi replied and Kiaraa walked in to hug her.

The group of girls in this lounge was known as 'Ultraviolet', the most famous K-pop group all around the world. They dominated the whole world in just a few years and at a very young age.

The youngest in the group Xiao Mimi was her best friend. They had both attended school together in Seoul and right from a young age she was very talented so Kiaraa wasn't surprised when she passed the audition and debuted at a young age.

"Little Sis, don't you want to hug me?" her overdramatic elder sister, Lee Arin who was known for her stage name ad Lili asked and Kiaraa glared at her.

"Says the one who got on a break and didn't even come home," she replied grumpily.

"Hey, don't blame me. We just cleared our schedule today and decided to celebrate a little," Lili replied with sad eyes but Kiaraa knew more than anyone else that her sister was faking it so in order to avoid more drama, she just walked in and gave her a big hug.

Lili was also an A-list model and featured in so many commercials. She was a star and as long as she holds anything, it will get sold out within hours.

After hugging Lili, she hugged Somi, the cutest one in the group.

"Hey, Somi how are you doing?" Kiaraa asked her. "I'm ok, how's your family?" she asked back and Kiaraa nodded but Somi seemed hesitant to say something. Kiaraa gave her a knowing smile and added, "And also Min is fine," she teased her and a blush crept up to Somi'scheeks.

The whole group burst into grins in a teasing manner and that's how Somi turned into a blushing mess.

Kiaraa turned to Mj, the rebel of the group, and nodded at her and she flashed her a grin.

She then glanced at the table and saw lots of pastries and sweets. "You know if your manager sees that you girls are eating lots of sweets he won't be so pleased," she told them.

"Well that's why we are here, he will never know our secret hideout," Mj replied confidently and Kiaraa laughed.

She turned and walked around the room and they all gazed at me with suspicious eyes. "By the way, you guys better start leaving your fans will be here anytime soon."

"What do you mean our fans will be here anytime soon? No one knows we're here, not even our manager," Somi asked with a puzzled gaze.

"Well that's because someone gave away your location and how do you think I found out that you guys are here?" Kiaraa turned to them and raised a brow.

"But who?" Xiao Mimi, the only chinese member pondered.

"A social media freak amongst you posted oh her weibo account saying 'Hello there beautiful Rays, Ultraviolet will be going on a two-month break since our snow-white, Glacier will be shooting a new drama in China. Don't miss us too much. Out with the girls to celebrate'. It will only take some minutes before they put two and two together to find out that you guys are here," Kiaraa informed as she read the post from her phone.

They glared at the culprit, "Lili how could you? you ruined our outing," they all seemed annoyed.

Lili raised her hands in defense, "Sorry guys it was unintended and just like Ara said, we better start going before we get discovered here," she defended herself and they all agreed.

"Ara please tell the manager here that I will be leaving," Lili said to Kiaraa.

"Lili you own this place, is there any need for that?" Kiaraa asked and Lili nodded.

"Yes, even though I'm the owner I don't want to seem rude and tell mother that I will be back for lunch," she said and they all left through the secret elevator in the lounge.

When Kiaraa got down she informed the waiter to pack up the food and both her mother and Kiyomi looked at her with puzzled expressions.

"Ara is something wrong?" her mother asked and Kiaraa shook her head.

"No mother, I just met Lili and her bandmates, their location just got leaked so this place will be full any minute from now, and by the way she said she will be back for lunch so we better start going."

Her mother flashed a warm grin, she seemed delighted that her eldest daughter will be coming back home and Kiyomi had the same expression but for a different reason. "OMG Ara Unnie did you just see Ultraviolet?" she asked with dreamy eyes and Kiaraa nodded affirmatively.

"I still don't get why you are still a big fan when your big sister is among them," her mother asked.

"Yes, mother that's because they are so good that I can't help but like them," Kiyomi replied.

They got up and walked to the door and as expected the place was already filled up with fans. It was so crowded that they had to signal for their bodyguards to guide them to the car.

And just like that, their outing ended just before it even started. She laughed, 'such an irony'.
