FIND MY LOOK-ALIKE

Sunshine Café, Austin.....

"Do you think, they're on a date?"

"Has a screw in your head gone loose? A man and a woman are eating together in a restaurant, what else could they be doing? riding a bicycle?" Kiaraa responded to Mia's absurd question.

"Hmm, could be possible," Yuna answered as she took a bite out of her strawberry tart. Kiaraa almost had the urge to roll her eyes into her skull at her friend's remark.

"Well, what are we going to do about it?" Mia asked again and they all stared at the couple at a table not too far from where they were sitting. The lady was chatting nonstop while the man looked detached from everything going on around him almost as if he was forced to be there in the first place.

Kiaraa didn't respond to the question but just looked around the café as if looking for someone or rather looking for something.

"Where is it?..." she murmured to herself and two heads snapped towards her direction.

"Where is what?" Yuna asked her wondering what was going on in her scheming head. Kiaraa didn't reply but just stood up abruptly.

"I'll be back" and with that, she walked towards the double glass door. She was about to open the door when her hand paused in mid-air. With her head tilted sideways, she looked up and waved at something. Just then, a small red light flashed at where she waved and Kiaraa smirked.

'Hidden in plain sight. What a smart move' she thought.

Meanwhile, her friends looked at her with widened eyes and Yuna asked brazenly,

"Tell me, when last did she see a psychiatrist?"

"No idea darling Yu, no idea," Mia replied as she shook her head repeatedly.

...

Kiaraa stepped out of the restaurant and looked around before finally spotting her car. She walked towards it and got in immediately.

The guard inside greeted, "Young miss.." and Kiaraa nodded. He handed her a file which she skimmed through and her eyes became cold in an instant.

"Are they still after my life?" she asked in a chilly tone.

"The last report we got was that they were still searching for you in China." The bodyguards replied and Kiaraa gave a short laugh afterward.

"Just look at how frantic they are. Are they going to tear down the world just to find me? Who exactly are these people?" she remarked with interest.

"Miss, the IT team is still working on it." The bodyguard replied and Kiaraa groaned. Again with this IT team of hers. She had the best hackers and technical experts working for her but still if they couldn't obtain simple information, what's the point of calling them professionals? This just showed that her opponents were really powerful. If the best IT team couldn't get a single piece of information about them means something big was playing on.

Kiaraa thought for a while before finally opening her mouth to say something. "There are at least seven people in the world that look alike right?" She asked and her bodyguard's head snapped towards her. He was utterly confused. What was she trying to imply here?

"Young miss?"

Kiaraa didn't even bother to clear his speculations but just carried on giving out her orders. "Find my look-alike and tour her around the world, that will keep them distracted for a while. It doesn't have to be my exact lookalike, if I remember certainly, I haven't given them the chance to view my face clearly so just find someone that looks like me a little bit."

"But.... young miss....."

"Oh and make sure that she agrees willingly, if she doesn't then find another one. Offer her a huge amount of money then get the elite team to guard her heavily."

The bodyguard finally found his voice, "But young miss, the elite team is already assigned to you."

"Which group?" she asked and he replied shortly, "It's the 'A' group miss."

"Then get the B and C group to guard her, I don't want those men to give her a scratch, understood?" she ordered and the bodyguard immediately nodded.

Aside from personal bodyguards, three elite teams were also assigned to her. They were heavily trained and swore their loyalty to the Lee family. After the incident, her father had assigned them to protect her.

Although, she warned him to keep them out of their sight but she knew that they were still lurking around her. Even though she couldn't see them, she could still feel their presence. It was her sixth sense. She wasn't very lenient when it came to matters like this especially matters regarding her life.

She was about to alight from the car when she remembered something and a tantalizing smile appeared on her gorgeous face.

She whipped around and stared at her bodyguard still with a smile. The bodyguard stiffened. Why was she looking at him like that? What evil plan was brewing in her head?

In all his years of working as a bodyguard, he would have to admit that his young miss was the scariest woman he had ever met. She had a beautiful and distracting face but that was just a mask. She was the nicest to her friends, an angel at least but she would immediately turn into a devil drawn straight from hell the minute you got into her bad books and that was the reason he feared her the most.

Whatever smile or frown she gave all had a meaning behind it. Although, she was still too young but growing up in an elite family like the Lee family had made her not only stronger but more calculating and smarter than her average peers. She was rumored to have short-term amnesia from time to time, for a normal person, that would be considered a weakness but that was not the case when Lee Kiaraa was concerned.

She had managed to twist the plot and turned her weakness into her greatest strength.

Giving a short laugh, she voiced. "Oh, I just remembered, there's a camera in there."

"What???....."

Why do I feel that Kiaraa could have been an author instead?

Plot twisting? Are you for real?

Even I am still learning how to do that and yet Kiaraa's been doing it all her life.
