Stats Limit reached

After getting out of the cave, Arthur came across many apes, but he avoided them and returned back to place where all of them were teleported.

He then waited for the trial to end, since he got something special and even increased his stats, he has no need to go back and fight those beasts out there.

While waiting for the trial to end, he opened his status window and checked his stats.

Arthur ignored the notification and went to the bathroom to have a shower to clean himself up, after that he laid on the bed to rest for some.

One hour later,

While Arthur was sleeping, someone knocked on his door while yawning he went towards the door and opened it. When he opened the door, he saw Cassandra standing there with a smile on her face.

When Cassandra saw Arthur's half sleepy face she said, "Did I... disturb your sleep?"

"No need to worry, I was due to wake up anyway. What brings you here?" Arthur inquired.

"Well, I was actually going to invite you over to my room for lunch," Cassandra explained with a playful grin.

Arthur let out a resigned sigh upon hearing Cassandra's words. He proceeded towards the bathroom, splashing water onto his face to dispel the remnants of sleep. Emerging from the bathroom, he found Cassandra wandering around his room, her demeanor marked by curiosity.

"There is not much to see in the room."

Cassandra jolted back as she saw Arthur appear behind her, she said, "Well... I was just... "

Arthur gently took Cassandra's hand and then lead her out of the room, "Okay then let's go for lunch."

Cassandra nodded and lead Arthur to her room, when they reached the door of Cassandra's room Rose came out from there and lead them towards the table inside the room where the food was placed.

Both of them then sat together on the chair close to each other, while Rose served different kinds of dishes in their plates.

While eating food Cassandra asked Arthur many questions, it was mostly about the things Arthur did during the five years they didn't meet each other. It was when Cassandra suddenly asked, "Arthur, did you apply any form of enhancement on your eyes? They appear green now."

Arthur nodded and said, "Yes, I used enhancement on my eyes some days ago."

Cassandra smiled and said, "Well I also wanted to use an enhancement, but I wasn't able to find a suitable one."

"Don't worry about it, if I get any suitable enhancement, I will tell you."

Cassandra observed Arthur's long hair, reaching down to his neck, and remarked, "Even your hair has grown so long; you are almost unrecognizable."

Cassandra nodded but say anything, both of them sat and ate in silence. But then suddenly Arthur said with a smile, "Well I remember an interesting thing."

Cassandra ears perked up when she heard it, Arthur continued, "I met your brother in New World."

"What?! You met my brother in New World."

"So, did you talk to each other?"

"Did he say anything to you?"

"Was he hurt wh..."

Cassandra started to fire questions on Arthur when she heard that, Arthur met her brother New World, because it was very rare for persons knowing each other to meet in New World.

"Well, your brother didn't even recognize me when we met." Arthur laughed when he said this.

"What? Why?"

Arthur shrugged his shoulders and continued to eat, "Well we met when we were about to teleport from New World."

As he was eating, he said, "And there was guy with him, who was shouting at me saying that you have to give us compensation for this how can you steal the beast we set our eyes on."

When Cassandra heard this her eyes twitched, she said with certainty, "Then it must be that bastard from Malece family."

When Arthur noticed the anger in her voice, the smile on his face vanished, he asked, "What happened?"

"Nothing!"

Arthur lightly lifted her chin with is hand and asked, "If it's nothing then, why are you angry?"

Locking eyes with Arthur, Cassandra found herself drawn into the depths of his dark, almost emerald-tinted orbs. As her gaze shifted to his face, she resolved to share her thoughts with him.

"The thing is he wanted to marry me and proposed a marriage to my family."
