"I promise", the last words Ray ever spoke, in his first life.

Looking around the summoning hall Ray sighed, it didn't work.

"Don't worry it is only na-!"

Just as Ray was about to leave the hall via the öagic rift, time stopped.

*CREEAAK*

The intense sound of shattered glass drills itself into Ray's ears. A tiny rift appears next to Ray and a few black and white strings exit said rift, only that Ray can't control them.

Before Ray can react, those strings form a tendril, on which's tip an eye formed, all of the magicules sucked up by the creation of it.

The eye focuses on Ray, who in return freezes on the spot, whatever Ray dies the eye will see it and follow, escape is meaningless, that sentence burned itself into Ray's mind.

With some fear in his voice Ray said "Hello?", he felt that the eye wasn't here with bad intentions, if it were he would be dead already.

The Eye filled up with joy upon hearing Ray's voice and neared him. As soon as the Tendril was in range it touched Ray, disappearing into thin air afterward.

"-rural, after all only those with a strong connection to spirits or a strong connection to a certain element can summon a spirit on their first try."

Ray nodded innocently, ignoring the fact that Ramiris should've been able to move even in suspended time.

{[Certain conditions were met, and the seed of an anomaly residing in individual: Ray R'lyeh has begun to sprout. Only one Condition remaining till full bloom is possible.]}

While Ray was happy about the good news something bugged him,' The voice of the world sounded... wrong, I didn't even notice it since the end but it definitely sounded different.'

Another thing Ray put into the back of his mind, there were already many questions he had about his particular powers but finding answers to his questions was almost impossible, for now.

Ray looked down on his time watch once again, he could try to use it to get answers from other versions of himself... No! That would be stupid beyond belief, only after gathering new time clocks should he spend them.

Shaking his head Ray motioned Ramiris to continue, "How about you show me these Gravitation Traps?"

"Sure."

Ray and Ramiris sp3nd the rest of their Day exploring Ramiris' Labyrinth, that time was well spent too, after all, Ray had many things to think about, especially his meeting this afternoon. If he remembers correctly Ray2 used that 'ability' in the fight between him and Guy.

Guy wouldn't talk about that battle and Ray2's explanation of what he did wasn't fleshed out, but Ray still clearly remembers Ray2 claiming to be able to summon something like the tendril eye from before.

"Well then, thanks for the company, till next time."

Ray teleported into his office getting welcomed by Blanc and Moss discussing something... how to torture humans the right way... 'okay guess I won't be talking to them today.'

Ray instantly used <Blink> and entered the lobby of the city tower.

Before he exits the tower, he casts a weak illusion spell changing his appearance to that of an averagely rich but young merchant, Majin's still aren't widely accepted even though they are technically on the same level as humans, it's just that many shop owners don't allow them in.

Ray wandered in the parts of R'lyeh mainly occupied by the TMS, the one half of scientists who research magic and the like, it shines throughout this city part, everywhere you go you see small workshops filled with exotic alchemical creatures or physic denying gadgets.

With confidence in his steps, he reaches one of the many barracks of R'lyeh.

Ray drops most of his illusions and enters said barracks with his original looks, except his eyes which are still concealed.

Looking at the soldiers feasting in the main hall Ray decided to go outside and watch new recruits or old war veterans train, maybe fate is lucky on him and he finds somebody with an unhatched hero's egg, who knows?

Ray of course wasn't lucky enough to encounter a random human that could rival the third generation demon lords but he got something of almost equal value, a workforce! And he got that info only now because of the demon lord council's long naming process.

"Have you heard about it?" A soldier asked.

"Bout what?" His companion in arms asked.

"A cousin of mine, a wandering merchant, said those pig-like folks are preparing for war with the empire after that demon outbreak in the east of the great Jura forest."

"You mean Kevin?! The one who sold me and my family that broken-down house, the one you said fled the country, the Kevin you said cut contact with you! C'mon here, you dirty Bastard! Get some!"

Ignoring the last part Ray was actually happy to hear about this, while the whole demon thing was actually his fault, the part about an orc uprising was a lucky thing.

R'lyeh never had that big of a workforce, most people came here to research and the real workers were those people's family members and so R'lyeh population never grew as fast as Ray wanted and the city has only 400.000 official citizens at the moment.

And now that Demi-humans and Majins got all the same rights as standard humans nothing stands in between Ray and getting an enormous workforce.

On the outskirts of the empire's border, connecting to the great Jura forest a massive army of pig like humans all clad in iron armor was preparing.

Demon sightings became more and more common in the last century with the biggest influx of demons ever seen being fifty years ago.

Most of those demons wouldn't care for low lives like orcs, but after a few decades passed the demons got bored and started to mindlessly destroy the land around them, including large parts of the eastern Jura forest.

With the scarcity of food increasing day by day, it was only a matter of months for an orc lord to be born, and said orc lord decided his people had higher chances of survival by invading a tiny part of the Eastern empire instead of advancing further into the demon territory.

The orc army fed on the things they found, they still had time till all their food ran out and the orc lord wasn't that much of a fan of cannibalism, so he didn't activate his unique skill [Starving ones], but if the situation for his folk got even direr, he wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice the weak for the survival of the strong.

Suddenly one of his generals came before him and bowed down.

"My King, the Eastern Empire sent an Envoy to negotiate peacefully"

The Orc lord scoffed, he couldn't say for certain if it was true because all the weaker demons he killed and interrogated shut their mouth, but with his evolved mind he pieced all the pieces together and knew who summoned all those Demons, those power hungry empire dogs.

"Let them come here" The huge orc, with his ornate black armor, ordered his trusted subordinate.

"Hello there," A human teleported right in front of the Orc lord.

///_Meanwhile with Blanc_\\\

When Ray got wind of the Orc Lord being born, he instantly ordered Blanc to take care of the ones who caused him to appear, the demons he and his scientists summoned.

Ray wasn't really interested much in them but after he learned that they were up to no good and destroyed large parts of the Jura forest and its inhabitants, he decided to end them.

What if they destroy cannon by killing the forefathers of the kijin or what if they found their own nation in the Jura forest? So after careful consideration, he decided to break all of the demon contracts and take all of them out in one night.

He ordered Blanc and Moss to kill all their brethren or bring them on their side if they were white-colored demons.

"<Unending flames> Tonights the night, let's begin the slaughter."
