[12] THE FARMER AND THE SNAKE....

When Ajax saw the cold beauty in front of him a devilish smile appeared on his face, but he hurriedly hid it under the mask of a warm smile.

Ajax then looked at the old man Kimber and asked, "Old man who is she."

Kimber who didn't notice anything wrong with the question smiled warmly at Ajax and said, "She is my Grand daughter, her name is Mariana Darkfrostf."

Ajax knitted his brows together and observed the girl in front of him.

When the girl Mariana saw Ajax's gaze an expression full of disgust appered on her face.

She snorted lightly and looked at her grandfather, "Grandfather who is this filthy boy."

Ajax naturally didn't mind her behavior, but the old man Kimber became a little bit furious, "Mariana learn to be respectful to others he is my only student."

When Mariana heared the old man Kimber her gaze again fell upon Ajax this time she was the one scanning Ajax.

Ajax just stood there calmly there was no emotion on his face but inside he was existed, not because of lust but because of his sadistic nature.

He wanted to torture the girl in front of him, he wanted to hear her screams, he wanted to hear her begging for mercy.

[Ding!]

[Host control yourself, she is the grand daughter of your teacher, and she and you have no grudges to begin with.]

Ajax looked at the prompt in front of him his lips curled up in a warm smile as he said something which even made the system shudder, "I know what you are talking about system, so don't you worry I won't even touch her but she is already on my To Keep An Eye List for safety purposes you know, the moment any of them betray me she will become my prey."

[Ding!]

[Host why do always think that someone will betray you in the end that's not always the case you know.]

"I know system but when you are in the long path to gain power even the one closest to you will betray you, that's why I never believe in someone."

[Ding!]

[Host does that mean that you don't even believe in me.]

Upon hearing the system's question Ajax became quiet for a while but he replied after some time, "You already know the answer to your question system."

[Ding!]

[I understand Host.]

Although the system said this, in her heart something else was going on...

[[Don't worry my dear I will try my best to gain your trust and I am sure that there will be a day when you will change your opinion about me, it's just a matter of patience.]]

After some time Mariana withdrew her eyes from Ajax and snorted heavily, "Humph, what's so special about you, you only have a mortal body, you are just trash compared to me you are simply not worthy of my grandfather's teachings, you should just go and di...."

"Slap."

But before the ignorant and cold Mariana could finish her words a tight slap landed on her cheeks.

Mariana was stunned for a second but the burning pain and the red hand prints on her right cheek instantly brought her back to her senses.

Her wide open eyes looked towards her grandfather who had just slapped her across her right cheek.

And Ajax on the other hand just stood there.

The Little girl Mariana looked at the old man and shouted like a crazy girl, "Grandfather how could you hit me just because of some stranger, I am your own blood and he is just a stranger on top of that he is a human and we are the dragons the one on the top of the food chain."

The angry old man Kimber again slapped the little girl, but this time he hit her left cheek.

The Little girl was astonished once again but this time she was very angry, "You old man how dare you attack me, you should be happy that my father didn't trouble you while you were in the position of the Academy Dean. You should be grateful for that and yet you just now slapped me do you have a death wish old filth."

Ajax who was just enjoying the show frowned a little bit he looked towards the old man Kimber who had a gloomy expression.

Ajax knew all too well that the old man in front of him was a master of hiding his emotions yet right now Ajax was clearly able to see the emotions of Anger, Regret, and unwillingness.

Although Ajax didn't knew what was going on in his old teacher's family he was sure that it was not something good.

So he stretched his hand and touched the old man Kimber's selves.

The old man who was standing like a statue just now felt like someone was pulling his sleeves, when he turned his head backwards he saw that the person pulling his sleeves was none other then Ajax.

"Let's go old man, we have wasted enough of our time I have more important things to do." After saying this Ajax started to walk out of the castle on his own without even looking back.

The old man Kimber who was still standing showed a rare warm smile on his face and started to follow Ajax, "Wait you brat you will be lost in my grand castle if you walk alone."

But Ajax didn't even looked back and walked away.

When Ajax and the old man Kimber came out of the castle Ajax turned his attention towards the old man Kimber and asked, "Old man what did your grand daughter meant when she said that her father is showing Mercy to you."

When the old man Kimber heard Ajax's question his eyes became complicated.

Ajax saw this and said, "It doesn't matter if you don't want to share."

The old man Kimber shook his head and said, "No it's alright let's go I will tell you everything along the way."

Ajax nodded and followed the old man Kimber behind.

"So that's the case, now this seems interesting." Ajax said with a smile.

The old man Kimber raised his brows high but said nothing.

"System what a poor old man, now how can I threaten him now."

[Ding!]

[You are really heartless Host, the old man is such a good man he didn't deserve it and now you are sad because you can't find anyone to threaten the old man.]

"Well I guess, after all the old man adopted a baby dragon when the baby dragon was young, and then the baby dragon became the God of Dragons and Beasts, but because the once baby dragon has already achieved the peak of power and his father meaning the old man Kimber is still behind him he thinks of the old man Kimber as inferior. What a great story the same as the snake and the farmer."

(Note:- I don't really know what I wrote but a summary, so Kimber adopted a child and the child became the perfect God before Kimber, and now the child thinks that it was the old man's honor to adopt him.)

But then Ajax realized something, "Wait old man, doesn't that mean that you are still a virgin."

The old man who was in the state of depression looked at Ajax with anger and shouted on him, "Virgin you mother, you don't know when I was younger I had played with many girls, humph girls used to die just to spend a night with me."

Ajax: "Yeah so that they can see the biggest joke of the night themselves."

The old man Kimber Darkfrost: "Why you brat, you come here."

Ajax: "As if you can catch me old man, go and give rest to your old and fragile bones."

Upon hearing the provocation from Ajax the old man Kimber jumped towards Ajax with full anger.

And Ajax ran in full speed, but alas was still caught and was beaten black and blue.

But one thing was certain today, the old man smiled from the bottom of his heart, and Ajax had already thought of killing the God of Dragon and Beasts.
