27 - Kitchen

David and his wife led the crew and cameraman to the kitchen.

David decided to let Sarah explain the activities here because she experienced more there.

"Not much different has happened here."

"We see orbs flying around and hear voices."

"But there were two specific incidents that stood out and both happened to me while I was here." Sarah said as she walked around to the fridge and cabinets.

" I was putting groceries away here when I turned around to grab something else when I saw a cereal box floating off the counter to me and made it halfway before it fell on the ground." Sarah used her hand to mimic the cereal box as she talked about it.

"It's weird for the cereal box to just stop floating and fall. Why didn't it go all the way?" James had no doubt the strength of the spirit was strong enough for that.

"Yeah, if it could lift a kid that is way heavier and for just as long, why did it stop halfway." Adam agreed with James' observation.

"Maybe it didn't have enough strength then?" David asked.

"I feel like it's been increasingly stronger the longer it's been here." David told them

"Hmmm... maybe it has been getting stronger but how?" Zach asked but no one could come up with the answer.

"Anyways, what was the second incident?" Zach asked Sarah after a minute of silent thinking before he gave up.

"The second incident is I'm pretty sure a knife was taken out of here," Sarah gestured to the knife holder to the side.

"And was moved before it fell on the floor too. unfortunately, I didn't see it do it but I heard it drop." Sarah explained.

"Do you think it was trying to get you?" Billy asked.

"No no, I think I was cooking so maybe it tried to help." Sarah clarified.

"This place really does have a lot of activity..." Adam said

"It's kind of insane how much activity it has." James agreed with him as he thought about everything they learned.

'This spirit was incredible and super intelligent.' He thought, normally spirits aren't this interactive.

"Anything else to go over here?" Zach asked the family.

The family looked at each other and couldn't remember anything that stood out so David said,

"No, not really, just small things like orbs floating around the dining table."

"Alright then, what's next?" Zach asked.

"That's about it, the only other room is our bedroom but nothing insane besides what I told you before in the living room has happened there." David answered.

"Okay, then..." Zach motioned for the cameraman to focus on him.

"Looks like that's about it for the tour, We're going to take a short break so the family can gather things they need before leaving for the night." Zach said speaking to the audience.

"But before that, I'm going to explain how the investigation will be going down."

"First off, we will be taking shifts with 1 person investigating alone in here for a few hours while the others get some sleep."

"The cameras inside will be available for you guys to watch at any time on the website except for when the break is going on so the family has some privacy."

"However don't worry they will be recording just in case something happens, you guys just won't be able to see it."

"The shift schedule will be me first and then Adam, Then James, and finally Billy will be last till next morning."

"Obviously most of you at home will be asleep during this but after the investigation, the website will be updated to have clips of everything that happens so don't worry if you miss it."

"Also during the break, we will be releasing the investigation times for anyone who is staying awake with us."

Jack who was going around with them listened to Zach's explanation intently so he could plan.

When he heard him say they were going to go for a 30-minute break he wanted to spend some energy so he could regain it before the start of the investigation but seeing as the break was about to start he knew he had to act fast.

"With that out of the way the break which will last 30 minutes will start right...."

Zach finished explaining to the audience and then was about to give a signal to stop the broadcast and start the break to the people in the nerve center but then he suddenly saw an orb manifest and circle a few times around the kitchen before vanishing.

Everyone was stunned in silence for a couple of seconds, Zach wide-mouthed and choking back his words as he watched it.

The cameraman who was stunned when they saw it with their eyes won't up fast when he remembered his job and hurried to follow it but only caught a little before it vanished.

"Did you get that?" Zach asked after he gathered himself when it vanished.

"Only a few seconds but yeah." The cameraman confirmed. embarrassed that he didn't react quickly.

"Good!" Zach said excitedly.

"Then with that awesome footage to look at the break starts... Now!"

"Okay, nice job guys." Zach said to everyone there after the break started.

"Let's go check that footage." Zach said to the guys and then turned to the family and said, "We'll leave you guys to do what you need to do and wait out at the nerve center for when you leave."

"Sure thanks so much for this again." David said and reached for a handshake.

"No problem, it's an honor to investigate something so strong." Zach smiled and shook his hand before he hurriedly left with the crew and left the couple in the house.

The crew joined the others at the nerve center and immediately started going over the footage.

"Dude that was the closest orb that I have seen in my life." Billy said

"Yeah usually you only see it through cameras or from afar but that thing blew around right in front of our eyes." Zach said in disbelief.

"I can't wait to be there alone and see what other crazy things happen." Adam chimed in.

Meanwhile, Jack checked his status after the break started.
