Prologue (II)

"This is bad, Morax. What is this surge of energy?" asked Azdaha, despite his tall stature, the surge of energy coming from the human was able to push him back.

The intense surge of energy coming from Virgil was unlike any other. Morax, who buried countless monsters and gods, knew that this power was far different from a vision, nor gnosis. An ancient power that defies the laws of Teyvat, the power that could topple the divine thrones of Celestia, it was none other than the Dragon Force.

A lost form of magic known only to the ancient and powerful race of yore, the Dragonborn. Humans whose parents were dragons. They were a powerful race, but disappeared after the rise of Celestia's Archon.

"No wonder, the Ancient Archon of Celestia wants to get rid of this mortal." thought Morax, piecing the puzzle together. A Dragonborn is a race capable of overpowering the Archons

After powering up, Virgil yelled out to his opponents.

"You will pay for this genocide, MORAX!"

Virgil surrounded his body with a crystalline aura, signifying that the transformation was complete.

Azdaha, seeing that the mortal was wide open decided to attack.

"This power will not save you, begone."

Azdaha began to defend Morax by enhancing his own body with a shield with all the elemental energy.

Virgil, was standing, unfazed by the incredible array of elemental shields, deployed by the Prime of the Geovishaps.

He stretched out his arm and aimed his palm outward.

"Stay out of this, Lizard"

A blast of energy launched from his palm, the attack found its prey on Azdaha's body.

"Dragonfall"

The energy collided with Azdaha's array. The pride of the Prime of the Geovishaps was his impenetrable shield, however, on a Dragonborn, it was futile. Just as how Virgil's defensive spells were broken by him, so did his Shield Array.

"Oh, how the tide of battle changed to his favor." Morax commented. He stretched forth his palm and called forth the omnipresent power of the lands.

"SOLIDIFY"

He strengthened the shield of Azdaha, to protect his friend from being hurt by the Dragonborn's attack.

The God of Geo jumped from Azdaha's head and landed on the ground.

The Archon walked slowly and examined the ground that they were in.

Paradis, a peaceful land devoured by the embers of war.

"Took you long enough, Morax."

Morax was now standing before his opponent, the Dragonborn.

"You and I, are nothing but pawns to our respective Kings and Queens, Virgil." Morax spoke, "The Celestia's archon asked for your head, and as the God of Contracts, I have to deliver."

Zhongli summoned his spear from the earth.

"We're not alike, Morax." replied Virgil, "It is true that we are nothing but mere pawns to the grand scheme of things. I am my own man, a human who yearns for peace in this cruel world and You"

He paused and summoned his Greatsword, Harbinger.

"You slaughtered my people and you will pay, dearly. Archon."

Both warriors readied their stances.

"Let's end this, Dragonborn." Morax spoke.

"As you wish, Archon." Virgil replied.

The Final battle begins...
