38. Interesting
Not far away, man in Liang Academy uniform walks at a lazy manner yawning without care of ettiquets. The way he walks can say he's uncouth.
This young man is named Zi Kang. Soon be nineteen this coming school year. Although from ordinary background, he is one of with outstanding talent and was long gone wanted to recruit by multiple mercenery groups.
When Zi Kang saw Dan Fai's red hair, his eyes are beaming. He didn't notice the three ladies at the background and run fast to attack Dan Fai. Dan Fai without cultivation didn't notice this but Meixiang on her eighth grade martial arts quickly summon Han Mu.
Han Mu with a pen on his right hand responded to Zi Kang's attack. The ground Han Mu's standing is in black smoke that runs toward Zi Kang. Zi Kang who is about to punch Dan Fai was held by a black smoke and can't move his limbs.
The onlookers are now in chaos with this view. They are just looking at the three young ladies fighting with words but now...what is this actual fighting scene?
Is that the well known Zi Kang of Liang Academy that every mercenery groups wanted to recruit? Why would he attack the wiltt out of no where? Wait! And who is that dark magician!
"Han Mu, don't kill him." Meixiang said in a veeery lazy manner.
Everyone look at the young lady who just ordered the powerful dark magician.
Han Mu withdraw his dark magic.
Everyone is now in complicated position. He just followed her! The powerful dark magician followed the young tycoon!
"Hmm. Why would you show yourself for a such weak movement. You're supposed to be incognito. Now that you showed yourself, then stay with Little Fai and not let flies act and spout nonsense to my little brother."
Han Mu twitch his eyebrow. Little miss, you just summon me okay. I'm in peace copying books a minute ago okay.
The onlookers are now stupid. Incognito? So it's a shadow guard? A rare dark magician as a shadow guard? This young miss is really a tycoon okay! It's a powerful dark magician as her shadow guard!
The onlookers lurking from the shadows saw the irregularities of the scene. The dark magician just appeared at that position, it was summoned. They look at the little girl. The two princesses, Fian Baizhai and Fian Bailan, are now dumbfounded. They look at the dark magician and Meixiang in horror. Did they just offended someone they shouldn't offend? They are still empty-headed when a man in his late fifties walks toward Meixiang.
"Greetings to the young lady. This old man is watching from the sideline and is curious if the young miss is here for the entrance exam of the academies?"
Meixiang sized up the old man.
"Greetings. This Meixiang just accompanied her friends to their enrollment."
"A pity. This old man don't want to waste a talent." the old man then handed Meixiang a token. "This old man is a member of Hwun Academy. If the young miss change her mind, this man would be grateful if she consider the Hwun Academy."
Meixiang nodded and put the token inside her interspatial ring.
The onlookers are with complicated feelings? What talent? Becoming rich at a young age? They can only sigh looking at the interspatial ring of Meixiang and his powerful shadow guard then to her 'little brother' wiltt. The rich little girl is too bored and adopt a wiltt to be her little brother. Does the little tycoon also wanted to adopt a poor cultivator?
The old man bids his farewell and the two princesses are completely ignored with the arrival of the three.

"How is the entrance exam?"
The three reported. The three received the tokens not less than four tokens of the eight academies.
Meixiang nodded. She already guess this.
Ping Chunhua is only 18 and now a fifth grade peak level water magician.
Tian Feng is with dual elements not to mention the rare thunder attribute, the level of both of his elements are great adding he's only 16. This is undoubtedly considered a high grade genius in the Central.

"Little Xiang, who's that old man just now?"

Ping Chunhua recognized the uniform of the old man. It's a bit similar of those teachers of the academies who judged their aptitudes. She can only sigh inwardly. Their Little Xiang is too amazing that she only needs to stand here and be accepted of one of the academy.
"Why is Han Mu here?" Tian Feng suddenly asked.
The two just noticed Han Mu's presence. They then look at the weird eyes of the onlookers. Obviously, something happened while they are gone.
"Aiyoooo. Did someone wanted to bully our Little Xiang and Little Fai?"
"Hmm. It's just a small matter. Let's get out of here."
The group of Meixiang left leaving the crowd in a weird ambiance. They look at the two princesses and Zi Kang who was just called by the little tycoon, a 'small matter'.
When the two princesses recovered, they walked out of the scene. Zi Kang who is still in daze looking at the leaving back of the red haired boy, stood up and followed Meixiang's group.
Meixiang's team went to a restaurant first to eat before going to the transportion array station. They are still waiting for their food when Meixiang asked for a moment and leave the others.
She walks to the direction of a young man who was observing them from afar.
"Y--you! How did you kn--"
"Are you going to do this the whole time like a predator hunting my little brother?"
"Little brother? The wiltt?"
Meixiang just gave him an indifferent look.
"If you attack my little brother once again, I would no longer be merciful."
"I--I just wanted to have a battle. It's the first time I saw a wiltt without neck ring so I thought it's with his own. It's just I got too excited."
Meixiang didn't talk. She already know this. Unlike the gaze of everyone towards Dan Fai, this young man is a little better.
"My little brother still haven't test his aptitude. If you want a fight one on one, atleast wait him to be stronger first."
"Har?"
Zi Kang is dumbfounded. He just noticed the little girl call the wiltt 'LITTLE brother'. So the wiltt he's eyeing to become his combat partner is not yet 10? And already in that physique!! His eyes are beaming. Wiltt is indeed the best combat partner for him!
Zi Kang is considered a martial artist genius of the Central that at the age of 18, he's already in sixth stage peak level. It's a dream come true for him to have a combat with the well known dou qi geniuses, the Wiltts.
"A year from now, you are free to challenge my little brother without my intervention. But for now, if you don't behave, this young miss would not spare your life."
Meixiang leaves the dumb Zi Kang without waiting for his reply.
Back at the Central College, in a large room, a young man excitedly narrates the story of what just happened at the enrollment ground to the idle young masters inside.
After hearing the story, they all look at Gan Junjie who is with lazy demeanor before but when heard Meixiang's name, he raised both of his eyebrow and drank his tea covering his curving lips.
"It seems the crown prince of Gan Kingdom found an interesting lady."
"What's special with this Meixiang, Junjie?"
The young man who narrated the story about Meixiang look at Cao Ding who is immersed with his own world doing his hobby not caring of their topic.
"Come to think of it. That Meixiang is a bit similar with Cao Ding's paintings."
Cao Ding's paint brush stops.
Gan Junjie's smile froze.
The young man in blue robe laughs when he saw the irregularities of the two.
"Meixiang, right? Now, that Meixiang also have the interest of this young master."
