11. Phantom Plants Summoner

The little girl happily went to the training ground after scamming a pitiful patriarch of a certain powerful beast clan.

Meixiang cultivated for consecutive days inside the sacred book, adding the abundant qi and the special constitution of her body, in just a shortwhile she breakthrough to the second stage of fire and light element and the rest on the peak of first stage. This is to reason that the both elements are her top priority.

The stage of her being a heavenly doctor is in par with her stage of her fire element unlike others needing a lot of training and learning prescriptions. As for her who have the sacred book and have learned all the prescriptions, rising her fire element means also jumping her rank as an heavenly doctor.

As for the light element being one of her top priority, she noticed the injury inside Shi Jinhai's body at the very beginning. Meixiang have some doubt of her mother's death is connected with her uncle's cultivation injury. This injury is fatal that can only healed by light magic.

Her cultivating dou qi on the other hand is now currently in second tier middle stage. Being a martial artist, it's not enough to cultivate the qi to dou qi inside your body but to also practice your combat skill. Having a great force without fatal movements as a martial artist even a rank lower than you can defeat you in a one on one battle. With the help of the puppets inside the training ground, her combat skill greatly improved.

This speed may be fast for the others but for Meixiang who have a big goal and currently cultivating not only one or two, Meixiang can't sit still.

Cultivating as a summoner is not the same as martial artist and magician. The summoner's strenght is measured by how widehis mental strength.

Summoners can open a portal and summon phantom creatures from phantom world. Summoning them is not the hardest part but retaining them outside the phantom world is. It is for the reason of the longer the phantom creature stays outside the phantom world, the mental strength of that summoner who summon the phantom creature will exhaust.

But not in the case of contracting a phantom creature as his own. Yes. A summoner can contract her summoned creature permanently. Once a summoner have a contract with an phantom creature, he can freely summon it without affecting his mental strength.

This fact wasn't known by anyone aside from Meixiang who have the powerful sacred book. The reason this is unknown to the world is for the reason of phantom beast and phantom weapons can't verbally communicate with anyone outside the phantom world. Phantom plants on the other are the only phantom creatures that have a human form but aside from lacking of plant summoners, phantom creatures especially phantom plants are too arrogant in nature hating weak humans lest having a contract with them so mentioning this contract doesn't to be known by humans.

Meixiang started to feel the writings on her index finger with her mental strength. A portal suddenly appear in the air. The green color brightly shining that part of the training field is in green color.

At the other end of the portal, multiple eyes are staring at it looking at the bright green color. A sudden laugh rang pulls those creatures back to their senses.

"Keh keh keh keh it seems the majestic plants would be busy from todays on keh keh keh keh." said by a phantom beast with a monkey as his upper body while at lower body is a spider's.

"Rah rah rah rah not to mention this new leaf have a strong mental strength." a lion in cheetah's print said.

"This is the strongest mental strength I have ever seen even with all the beast and weapon summoners." a canon phantom weapon said.

A sudden images of people appeared near the green portal. All the plant phantom creatures appeared near the green portal looking at it with different reactions.

"Sh#?@$:#¥¥~√] a lowly human!"

"Shah Shah Shah Shah a human that can summon us can't be that low."

"I think this summoner is not that bad. The little girl is a beauty and to think that a plant summoner was born to the lower realm."

"Then you go you F#:$¥€•¥\_]>."

"All of you calm down. We have to decide who is to enter this portal or lelse, no one of us can cultivate."

"Look at that little kid. Obviously she just summon for fun or maybe out of curiousity. Just anyone may do."

The people in their colorful and unique attires turn a step back leaving a little girl looking at the green portal with her big doe eyes.

A vine suddenly run towards the little girl's feet and throw her into the green portal.

They all look at the petite young man with curly hair. Vines in green color are all over his body. He calmly clapping his hands like removing the non existing dirt on his hands and said in a serious voice,

"No need to thank Lao Tzu."

The green portal suddenly closed until it turns to be a small green of light floating in the air no longer seeing the other end of the portal.

On Meixiang's side, a little girl went out of the portal morelike 'thrown' out.

Meixiang look at the little girl who stands up and act like nothing happened. She stands up and look at Meixiang with her big doe eyes.

The little girl have a big pink fluffy hat bigger than her face covering almost her short hair with curl at the ends. Her small face have a faint blush with faint freckles on her cheeks. The freckles are in seed shape and in pink color. Her big doe eyes, her small nose, chubby cheeks and pink thin lips complimented each other that makes the cute childish face still beautiful. Her knee length pink dress are also fluffy paired with her sandals with a big fluffy round fur in the middle on both of her feet.

Meixiang restrain herself for poking the little girl's cheeks.

She loves beautiful things and a little girl is no exemption, even this little girls is a plant!

Coughing. Meixiang remembers what her real intention is.

"You are Strawberry?"

A hint of shock appeared on the little girl's small face. "You know me?"

Little plant, it's obvious even without the sacred book I, Meixiang can still guess! Even with eyes closed with smell of your sweet strawberry scent anyone can guess okay!

"Hmm."

Strawberry after checking Meixiang's mental strength, she no longer surprise with Meixiang's knowledge about her.

"What mission you wanted me to do?"

"I want to contract you."

"I have this mission to contract a phantom creature. If put into reality there is a big reward."

The petite young lady and the small young girl toured inside the sacred book. From the training ground to the alchemy room ending up to the library where Shi Jinhai is currently reading a book.

Meixiang look at the books all copied by Shi Jinhai as she respectfully bow her head and said sincerely "Meixiang thanking uncle."

Shi Jinhai ignore this and look at the little girl besides Meixiang. "This is?"

"This is my first summoned phantom plant."

"So that's how a phantom plant looks like." Shi Jinhai nodding checking out the unique way of dressing of the little girl.

Strawberry didn't mind the existence of another party as her a phantom creature is higher than by any creature in this realm. The only one who she needs to respect is the summoner who summons her no one else.

When Shi Jinhai saw this manner from the little girl he was not at all offended, his late master is also a summoner and phantom creatures not to say phantom plants are indeed higher than them, a beast from this realm. By this their arrogance is deserving to them.

Strawberry walks toward the wall of the library and stare at the heavily closed door.

When Meixiang saw this, she walks toward the little girl and said, "Once I had a contract with you this door will be unlock."

"This thing in your possession is too powerful." she whispered but Meixiang still heard this. Yes the sacred book is indeed too powerful.

Once a phantom creature went inside a summoner's portal, the phantom creature and the summoner will bind that allows Strawberry, when entering Meixiang's summoning portal, she saw the unending sea of her master's mental strength. This mental strength was accumulated by staying at the sacred book reading tons of books.

"Let's do a contract."

Meixiang is not surprise at this sudden approval. Aside from reading strawberry's information, she herself saw with her own eyes how smart this phantom plant is.

Creating a contract with a phantom creature have a great advantage for a summoner but to a phantom, there is really no gain at all. But it's different possessing the sacred book. Strawberry must feel how the other part of the door is a great comfort for her.

The two started to form a contract. The writings on Meixiang's finger shine in green bright color as a pink ring appeared on her index finger where the symbol of a summoner was covered by the pink ring with intricate carvings. A green also suddenly shines on Strawberry's eyes. When the green color on her eyes faint and went back to it's original black color, a green dot appeared in the middle of her eyebrows.

In this case strawberry can no longer be summoned by anyone else aside from Meixiang. She can also be summoned without affecting Meixiang's mental strength while outside the phantom world.

A sound of unlock door suddenly rang. Strawberry look at the unlocked but still closed door. Her face with no emotion before is now with the hint of excitement. Meixiang smiles and leads the way opening the door.

A vast piece of land covered with green grass was seen. With fountain at the very middle of the grass land, and streams and springs around the area, Meixiang felt this place is empty. But for Strawberry, this is not the case.

She run towards the one of the cold spring and dive in.

Meixiang observe the new unlocked facility. She can see now the exterior tall building of where they came out. At the top of the grassland is a blue and white sky. There are no other creatures here and only the fountain and some body of water is around. There is no birds or insects or even trees. The air here is also different. The qi is also abundant but there is something different with it. Meixiang observes more and found out the springs have different temperatures and where the Strawberry dive in is a cold spring. This is in line with the information she read about Strawberry.

Meixiang walks toward the fountain and have a drink. By only just touching it she can feel the unending spirituality to it. She turns her head and look at the way of Strawberry closing her eyes while soaked in the spring.

This explains everything. This place is abundant with spirituality.

From water to land and even the air, there is unending supply of spirituality that a phantom creature was attracted.

Phantom creatures are described as their name as is. Phantom. They are just a figment of imagination at first but because of the spirituality in the phantom world they came into existence that even make them more powerful than the other creatures of the other realm. The scarcity of plant summoners make the plant phantom creatures stronger than beasts and weapons as they have more time to cultivate.

The rationale behind this is, while a phantom creature is outside the phantom world, it's entire kind can't cultivate for a while until it was summon back to their world. This is the main reason why phantom creatures disdain humans moreover summoners.

Currently at the phantom world...

"Is the new leaf too dumb?"

"She's been out for an hour right?"

"Keh keh keh keh the majestic plants are really in trouble."

All the phantom plants currently can't absorb spirituality with the reason of Strawberry is still outside the phantom world!

A young boy in red is currently raging with anger as his face is full of tears and snot.

"You! You! This is your fault! If you didn't push Big Sister Strawberry, Big Sister Strawberry would be here now! Big Sister Strawberry is too beautiful that the summoner is willing to exhaust her mental power only to see Big Sister Strawberry! If you are the one being summoned you must already been summoned back. Big Sister Strawberry must be scared right now woohoo woohoooooo."

The teen man with vines all over his body can't help but twitch his mouth.

Who didn't know in the whole phantom world that 'little girl' only have one emotion! Who is scared! And did this little boy just scold him of being ugly! Wait that's not the point here okay! IT! IS! WE! PHAN! TOM! PLANTS! CAN'T! CUL! TI! VATE!

The heavy atmosphere on phantom plants' side spreads toward the phantom weapons and phantom beasts when the green of ball light in the air suddenly disappeared! This phenomenon indicates the phantom creature entered that portal has been contracted!

It means their kind has been kidnapped!

On the other side, Meixiang, the kidnapper, is now looking at her kidnapped victim that is happily soaking in the cold spring full of spirituality.
