8 Years later In a tavern, somewhere near the capital...

"Yo, did you hear the news?" Slurred a drunk, "That duo struck again... Poor caravan never stood a chance..." Slamming his mug on the table "If I were there, they'd never win... Hmmph, father-son duo my left nipple."

"Heh... Really? As strong as you are, you wouldn't even touch their robes, not to mention beat them up!" smirked a regular, "I've heard that the father is nearly indestructible, not to mention that kid; he's like a typhoon... A force of nature! Ain't seen anyone stronger... 'Cept maybe the emperor..."

The mood soured, the men went back to their drinking.

'Bam'

the doors slammed open, a band of thugs stormed in, "Bartender, get me a whiskey, and make it snappy..." Behind the counter, the bartender shook, fearful of these thugs that just wouldn't leave well enough alone.

"I'm waiting..." Snarled the thug leader, "You have until the count of five before I start killing people." A murderous gleam in his eyes.

"Sir, I'm gonna have to stop you right here. The poor bloke hasn't done anything wrong, so leave him alone." The voice sounded like it belonged to a teenager. The minds of the drinkers went blank, a stray thought crossed their minds.

"F***this s***, I'm out of here! If that's who I think it is, I'll die from the shockwave alone!!" Screamed a man, who was shaking wildly. He threw his mug down before he ran out, arms flailing wildly behind him.

The thug grinned seeing this display. "Good, I was just about to inquire your whereabouts before I went and crushed your' a**!" A wild look replaced the startled one, as he rushed towards where the voice came from.

'Sigh'

"Welp, he said to avoid trouble and get to the academy, but... I guess I'll have to take this guy down beforehand." The teen stepped out of the darkness and pulled back his hood. That person was Jero.
