Vol.2 Ch.6: The Triangle Love Problem

[Present, Alnus Hill temporary locomotive station]

The early next morning, Victoria is waiting for someone from the side of the platform with her general staff. At the same time, Moltke looks into his pocket watch and gazes far from the horizon.

"He is late," Moltke replies. "I Can't believe he is like this. He should be more professional."

Victoria stretches and says, "He will be arriving soon, he promised to bring my sister here as he finished the national conference with her."

As she mentions her "sister", Moltke replies, "You mean... the Queen of Francais?" Victoria nods. "It would be a problem if she comes here, her ambition to expand her empire territory may cause us trouble again after that devastating war," stated Moltke.

Victoria taps his left arm. "She won't. Even though she still has the power to do so I will wack her tiny brain with a frying pan," she said.

Moltke sighed, "I wonder how troublesome your relationship is with her." As they speak, the train arrives with a charming whistle that echoes the atmosphere.

A splendid black massive steam locomotive with the Germanian Imperial Crest on its faceplate pulling six imperial royal carriages arrives at the platform. Once the train stops, a platform staff walks towards the carriage door and opens it, and there the person Victoria is waiting for stepping out.

"Numa! My darling..." Victoria says and suddenly springs her arms around him and hugs him tightly. Moltke and his staff roll their eyes as they see this scene.

The young man looks at Victoria and holds her arms away, "You shouldn't do this in front for your staff, Vicy. It isn't proper of someone at your station," he whispers to her ears as she immediately pushes him away and clears her throat.

Numa Priscus, Grand Duke of Kingdom of Letzebureg, is a close friend to Victoria as they first met a long time ago. He's clever and kind, although he is three years above her, they treat themselves well.

Numa tides his outfit and says, "It seems our military treaty has helped your army a lot including the air force you have, I doubt those Saderans are fleeing like tiny chickens on the field."

Victoria laughs from his jokes, "My my, you are way too hilarious. Anyway, how is the conference doing?"

"To speak the truth..." before Numa can explain, someone suddenly rushes to Victoria and hug her super tight.

"Vivi!! Long time no see!! Big sister misses you so much!!" And there is Maria Chloe Antonia Johanna, Queen of Empire Francais and Victoria's elder sister. Victoria hardly can't breathe as her face is squashed into Maria's chest.

Victoria screams, "Mrrff (Sis)!! MMMHH MMMFFF FFRRMMM (LET ME GO)!!" As Maria heard her she let go of Victoria as she takes back her breathe, Numa holds her up.

"Geez, why you always like that Vivi?" As Maria mushing Victoria's checks, Victoria let out a cute "hmph" sound.

[Guest residences]

On a very comfortable bed, Pina wakes up after her first night sleep in the fortress. After she gets dressed, she meets Bozes in the living room as they discuss.

"You sleep well? Your Highness?" As Bozes askes, Pina replied. "Much better than well, the beds are much comfortable than ours back in the capital."

As they look at the window next to them, Pina takes a deep breath, "What I all have seen totally surpassed our empire's strength. Weapons with battle efficiency... and creatures with massive armaments to shoot explosive magic..."

"What I am thinking is... our empire must have really stepped on their griffon's tail," as Bozes replied, they both feel in distress.

[Far away from Alnus Hill, the Palace of Parisa Versillse, Empire Francais]

At the same moment in Francais, a couple is walking and chatting along the river in the palace garden with a maid next to them. They are the parents and former King and Queen of Francais to Maria and Victoria, King Louis the Wise and Queen Thressa Johanna.

The maid leads them to a small pavilion as they both sit down. "I am glad that her majesty thee queen to get a chance to visit the Kaiserin."

"She has been gagging all day to beg for my approval to see her after the outbreak of the Battle of Alnus Hill," said Louis and then continues. "Maria has changed so much after I brought Victoria as my adopted daughter, they do share some memories between them."

Thressa giggles from her husband's words, "You do remember that they tried to make a dish for you but nearly burnt the kitchen to crisps."

"Of course I do," Louis barkes. "And our only ignorant daughter locked us in jail as she almost flipped my nation around from the world without two weeks after I passed my power to her!"

Then the maid adds in, "Sorry for my interruption, Your Majesty. To speak the truth from my own words, Kaiserin Victoria is indeed the chosen one by the goddess herself. Without her existence, our nation is really into chaos."

"Hmph, I do agree with you," said Louis. As Thressa calms him down, she looks into the sky, "Now I am wondering how they are now with Numa."

[Guest room, Victoria's Residence, Alnus Hill]

"YOU SAID WHAT?!" Victoria suddenly bursts into rage as she hears from Numa about the National Conference of Francais and Letzebureg, letting Maria take charge of the Refugee Town in Alnus Hill.

Numa tries to calm her down, "It is not a bad idea Victoria, since your sister is experienced in domestic and food supply management I do believe she can tackle the refugee problems for you."

Victoria turns to Maria, "You better not say that father approved you for that..."

Then Maria shows her a signed document as Victoria almost faints, "Father! WHY??"

"Come on Vivi, Father has his approval, big sister can be with you all the time in Alnus," Maria explains.

Victoria barks, "Although he approved, you are still a big distraction to me."

"What do you refer to?" asks Maria.

With Victoria almost losing her temper, she suddenly pokes Maria's chest, "It's because of your big fat tits!" Numa tries not to look and Maria is in huge confusion.

"If you dare to seduce Numa in front of my sight, I will squeeze your cow tits till they dry!" Victoria grumps as Maria looks at her with sharp lustful eyes. "My my, you think I will take Numa as my husband? Fine, how about I help to make yours bigger?" said Maria as both sisters are starting each other.

On the other hand, Numa sighs, "Why does this always need me to be involved with them? That's a long time ago."

What Numa is referring to is his first visitation to the Royal Household of Francais with his parents when he was a kid. He was given a small piano concert in the palace hall to King Louis, Maria and Victoria were also present. As he finished, he almost slipped down from the chair as Queen Thressa and the two princesses held him up. What astonishing was Numa suddenly kneels to the ground and held both the princesses' hands and said, "Will you both marry me to be my wives?"

That is the very moment Maria and Victoria blushed and gained affection from Numa. Although Numa was a bit puckish that time as he joked, he never knew this would become reality. Love is hard to understand.
