"Rui Hachimura~ Tomura has called for us," Toga said in a sing songy voice.

She had been using his full name ever since she learnt of it, claiming it a nice name to use.

"Alright, leaving in a few. Wait for me if you want."

Toga decided to wait for him. Moments later they both departed for the League's bar where Tomura gives out their instructions. More members trickle in but none catches his eyes.

"Alright, all of you have come. I have work for all of you. You will be working in pairs to complete them. Dabi and Stain, I need both of you to raise havoc in Hosu. I am sure you're familiar with the part right?" Stain nodded, knowing he was referring to him. (A/N: Tomura agreed to Stain's ideology)

"Twice, you can work on your own. I need you to rob banks to fund our organization. Do whatever you need to break in. Just don't get caught."

Twice hummed in agreement. The only ones left were Rui and Toga.

"Rui and Toga-." He was cut short by Rui.

"How did you know my name? I haven't told you that yet," Rui asked.

"Ask the girl." Tomura faced his head towards Toga, who was sheepishly smiling.

"Oops~ hehe."

"Anyway, both of you are to infiltrate the Board of Captures. It was recently established in an attempt to capture Rui over here. They have multiple heroes, police officers, and principals of hero schools. I need to know their objectives and future actions. That's everybody. Complete your work within two weeks. Dismissed."

Rui looked towards Toga and discussed their operation. Toga suggested both of them infiltrate wearing costumes. Then, they spy roll their way out of it and if they were caught, they will kick ass.

Rui liked her. It was a nice change of surroundings after the serious atmosphere he had been living in. But he reminded her to take this seriously because their life will be on the line to which she just shrugged.

"How far are we on the ideas?" number 68 hero, Licensed Rider asked.

"So far, we have three plausible ideas, four if we are reaching, five if we really reached." Principal Nezu responded.

"What are the two?" one of the members asked.

"A diplomatic and civil discussion, and a solo ambush by Mirko."

"Yeah! But why isn't that plausible though?" Mirko asked.

"He completely overwhelmed All Might, and then sent him into a coma. I think you have no chance against him," the principal of Ketsubutsu Academy said.

Mirko's face turned red at that mention. She didn't like it when people told her she couldn't do stuff on her own. But time and time again she proved her doubters wrong, boosting her ego.

This ambush shouldn't be any different.

"What'd you say? Hey bald head, are you even focusing?" Mirko turned her attention to the daydreaming member part of the intelligence sector.

She snapped her muscular fingers in front of the officer.

"Oops, sorry. Was dreaming about something else." The officer responded.

This officer was in fact Toga Himiko. She was daydreaming about her bad luck of having to imitate a bald person. She was hoping to at least imitate someone with hair, but Rui insisted that they didn't have time be picky because someone woke up late this morning.

She tried to fight back stating that it wasn't her fault Spongebob Squarepants was on last night. Granted, both of them watched it together and he still woke up on time, but everyone was different.

"Well focus, this is something serious okay?" Mirko admonished the baldy.

He could only nod in fear.

"Hey man are you alright? You seem off today," the man beside him Toga.

"Ahh yes, I am fine. No need to worry." Toga tried to diffuse the situation quickly, but she was quickly caught on by Detective Naomasa Tsukachi.

"Lie. He's lying," he revealed to the board members.

Concerned, Nezu asked if he needed to go and rest but the detective interjected.

"No, are you who you really say you are?"

Toga froze. If that damn detective had found out she was lying, she could land in big trouble. He probably possessed a lie detecting Quirk and would no doubt find out the truth.

"I may or may not be able to tell you of who I may or may not be. In that hypothetical case of answering, you might or might not be able to receive the full or partial answer." Toga lied through the teeth in an attempt to throw off the detective but realized only at the end how suspicious her answer was.

To her relief, in her earpiece she heard the voice of Rui.

"What the fuck. In one second, get ready. Try to stay alive."

True to his words, Rui arrived in one second and threw a grappling hook to Toga who caught it with fumbling hands. Rui broke through the tempered glass on the side for a quick getaway.

"Hurry! Shoot!"

They both escaped the area promptly leaving a distraught board of members. The man they had been discussing so much on was right under their nose and they were careless.

"He got away! That was him! Ugh!"

Mirko was especially distressed. The man she promised to face head on had escaped from her grasp and she didn't even react in the slightest.

'Is he… too fast for me?'

Yes. Yes he was.
