Chapter 69: Hundred Pointers Abilities

Graaah!

When Nurarihyon saw Kurono and his group, he instantly let out a sound and wind attacks. Many sharp wind blades were released towards Kurono and the team.

"Sorry man. That attack won't work." said Kurono. He hold out his hand, and created an invisible barrier that covers everyone. The wind blades just bounced to the side when it hit the invisible defense.

"Now, it's my turn."

Psshiu! Psshiu! Psshiu! Psshiu!

Kurono shoot nine beam of light instantly, and the Black Behemoth Nurarihyon was punctured by all of those beams. Another round of light beam were shot, and Nurarihyon no longer have a complete body.

Groar!! Kah!!

The two yokai on Nurarihyon side was enraged. They rushed forward, wanting to beat Kurono down. However, three silhouettes moved forward to intercept the two.

These three were Sakata, Sakurai, and Kaze. Kaze directly go for Inugami, while Sakata and Sakurai rushed towards Bakeneko.

Kaze exchanged punches with the Inugami, and managed to stall the Inugami in place. On the other hand, Bakeneko just passed by the duo Psychic power users, and moved towards Kurono.

"What? We didn't hit him?" exclaimed Sakurai. His expression changed. On the side, Sakata hurriedly warned Kurono. "Watch out! That guy can become intangible."

"I know. I've seen him did that." nodded Kurono. Kurono was interested in the power of this guy. So, he observed the Bakeneko closely while cutting it with his extendable sword. With a closer look, he saw that the cat Yokai turned into smokes the moment his sword cut it.

"So, that's how he become almost intangible. It just turning himself into a smoke state." determined Kurono. He then tried to come up with a solution. "Let's use that then."

"Void Prison!"

Kurono then used his psychic powers to envelop the Bakeneko inside a void. After that he brought the Bakeneko away, while saying to the others, "Guys, you go deal with the boss. If you are not able to do it, just ask for Nuwa and Euryale to help."

After that, Kurono left the place.

"What? He just left us to deal with this thing?" scolded Shinozaki.

"Well, he already killed that Nurarihyon guy."

"Hei, he is still alive." said Sakata. At the place where the Black Behemoth got destroyed and become a bloody paste, an old man slowly come out of it.

Boom! Boom!

Just as Nurarihyon came out, two gravitational force dropped onto him, smashing him down, and once again turned into a bloody paste.

Rei and Fei were the two who launched that attack. They walked towards the group.

"Is that the boss? He looked so weak." said Rei.

"Where is Kei?" asked Fei.

"Hey you two, watch out!"

A lump of metal ball came out from the smashed Nurarihyon, and exploded into many small metal ball that shoot out everywhere. Fortunately, the duo psychic power users were on alert, and created a double barrier to shield everyone. Those ball only broke the first barrier, but not the second one.

"What was that?"

"That was the guy that you two attacked just now. That guy is hard to kill. So, we need to be careful." said Sakuraoka.

From the bloody paste, a lady came out.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

This time, not just Rei and Fei, but all the Z-Gun holder launched a combined gravitational attacks. They attacked for a whole thirty minutes.

In between those times, Nurarihyon tried to come out several times, shot out some lasers, and tried many other ways to get out. However, it was futile as the Gantz Fighters easily avoided those lasers, while still launching more gravitational force on the Yokai.

In the end, there was no longer movement after the thirty minutes passed. The only thing left is a deep crater that was formed from the repeated impact from the gravitational force.

"Did we kill him?"

"I think so."

"Hei Ryouko, can you check the radar?"

"Okay. Wait a second." Shinozaki then took out her radar, and checked for any target. She then saw only one more target in the radar. "Guys, there is one target left."

"Er...I think that should be the guy over there." said Sakata, pointing at Inugami who is still fighting Kaze.

"That's mean, Kurono is also done with his opponent." said Reika. Right now, she is no longer weakened. When the Yokai Queen died, the weakening effect on her also disappeared.

"Should we go and help Kaze-san?" asked Fei.

"Nah. I think he is okay fighting that dog Yokai." replied Sakata.

They then rested, while looking at the ongoing fight between Kaze and Inugami. At this time Kurono came back and gathered with the group.

"You are done?" asked Nuwa.

"Yeah."

"How did you deal with that intangible thing?"

"That cat is actually just turning itself into smokes. So, I contained it with psychic powers, and brought it out into the space. Then, it died." replied Kurono.

"That's easy?"

"Well, it tried to turn into smokes there but it got devoured by the void. Then, it turned into tangible body, but then he died from suffocation." explained Kurono. As for him, he was inside a bubble barrier that he created. That's why he was still fine.

At this time, Kaze finally killed the Inugami. It was remarkable for him to fight the big opponent with just bare hands, and win the fight without even sweating. He looked at everyone, and saw that they are all already done with their fight.

"Let's go back." said Kurono.

Tensho then teleported them all back into the Gantz Room. Euryale also followed into the Gantz Room by clinging to Kurono.

"Finally, we are back." said Sakurai, feeling relieved. "I wonder how much I scored this time. By the way, did anyone checked the score for our last mission?"

"I haven't. Hey, leader do you know anything about the score for our last mission?" asked Sakata.

"I think you will see it after this. Oh, and it should be plus your current score. So, just go with math to check your score." replied Kurono. He then asked Tensho to show the score.

Sakata smiled when he saw his score. "So, my last accumulated score should be 175."

"So, which option do you want to choose?"

Sakata thought hard about his choice. Then he decided to not use his points for the time being.

Gantz Fighter: Cherry

"I should keep my points too. Maybe I could get the alien's ability in the next mission." said Sakurai. He remembered Kurono picked an alien ability when he reached the 300 pts mark. Therefore, he also wanted to try getting that.

"General Ming?" Kaze frowned when he saw his nickname changed. Who's General Ming?

"Oh. Kaze-san reached 300 pts mark."

"Hey, Kaze-san. Pick no. 5! Get the alien ability!" suggested Sakurai, excitedly.

"Kaze-san got 138? Oh, that high points should be from that Inugami alien, right?"

"Then, if he pick no. 5, he is most certainly will get Inugami's ability." said Kurono.

"Really? That's terrific!"

Suddenly, everyone eyes were on Kaze, fully expecting him to take the no. 5 option. Seeing their expectations, Kaze sighed, and go with everyone.

"Kaze-san, please show your ability!" urged Sakurai. The other also nodded in expectation. Kaze who chose no. 5 didn't know how to activate the power. He looked at Kurono, and asked, "How should I use the ability?"

"Just think of the alien you killed, and imagine you are wielding their abilities." explained Kurono.

Kaze then tried the suggestion ways. Suddenly he felt his body undergoing some transformation. His body grew bigger, and become as big as the dead Inugami. Additionally, his face turned into the face of Inugami.

"Woah! Kaze just turned into a werewolf!"

"Wrong! He turned into that Inugami."

"Kaze-san, your suit is unable to contain your big body. Try to change yourself into your normal size." advised Kurono.

Kaze tried to do so. It took him sometimes before he could really get used to the transformation. He then stopped using his new form. As of right now, he stopped showing off, as he could see the jealousy in the eyes of the duo psychic power users.

Kaze still got 208 pts left after choosing the alien ability. He thought of getting two more aliens abilities, but decided not to, when he remembered that there are no worthy abilities among those that he killed. He just kept those points accumulated.

Gantz Fighter: Super Idol

Reika also decided to just keep her points. For some reason, she also wanted to get a feel on being able to wield such a great ability.

"Looks like everyone want to get some interesting ability, huh." said Sakuraoka, smiling at Reika.

Reika smiled, but didn't deny it. "It's something that the current us needed the most. Having such ability should give us so much power boost. Having additional ability will help us to face the future alien invasion."

"If you guys aiming to get an interesting power, you need to take down some alien with the ability that interest you the most. Moreover, the selected ability was taken from your current mission, and the most powerful target out of all of your current hunts." explained Kurono. The others were suddenly got enlightened.

"Eh? Woah! I got 300 pts?" exclaimed Shinozaki. Her eyes then turned bright for an instant, but then she calmed down. When she thought back of all the Yokai that she killed, she didn't remembered killing any yokai with worthy ability. "Uh...I will just kept my points for the next mission."

5. Can get the ability of one of your killed Alien.

"Oh, look!"

"She got almost two hundreds."

"Is it possible that the boss scores goes to her?" guessed Rei.

"That's easy to know." said Fei.

"How?"

"Let Sei-nee choose the no. fifth option." reasoned Fei. She added, "The boss is a hundred pointers, and one of the most powerful target. So, if Sei-nee chose no. 5, she should automatically get the ability of that guy, right? So, if she have that ability, then, the scores goes to her."

Everyone nodded in agreement. Sakuraoka also feel the same. She considered for a moment, then picked the fifth option. Then, the black ball radiated a light to her, and she could feel some changes happened inside her body. The process didn't take long, before the light stopped.

"Well, Sakuraoka-san. How is it? Did you get the ability?" asked Sakurai expectantly. The others also looked at her.

"It's...a secret." said Sakuraoka, smiling teasingly at everyone. This caused everyone to show a disappointed expression.

"At least just tell them whether you got the ability of the hundred pointers." said Kurono. He also having a little expectation on this.

"Well, I think I got the hundred pointers abilities."
