"Oh really? Why don't you remind me.."

Ren Shuoshan paused taking a brief second to remember his first encounter with Dao Ling.

"It was at a funeral and this really short black haired girl stormed out holding a cup of coffee. Like who drinks coffee in a funeral, that's so disrespectful.."

Dao Ling's eyes widened so he was the tall dark haired mister she had bumped into that day.

She reminded his reaction to be one that made her day even more terrible.

"I needed it to stay awake.."

It was the funeral of one of the men she had killed the night before, it was a subordinate of the man that her killed her parents.

Her intel told her he was quite close to the killer's son.

She stared at the man in front her with dark gaze.

Come to think of it, what was he doing at the funeral anyways.

"Enjoy your coffee, coffee girl may we meet again.."

The man smiled and left a tip for the waiter on the table before walking out of the cafe.

He got into the car and chuckled "She's the one, she has changed her appearance over the years but I still remember her face clearly.."

It's been 9 years since their first encounter and she had been causing a lot of chaos since then.

"Boss...if your father finds out she's still alive, she's going to kill her .."

"I know...and that's why I'm going to marry her and make her carry my child, my father won't be able to do anything then. He's getting old, he's not as ruthless as he used to be.."

The brown haired man frowned,he did not like the idea and he didn't not understand his purpose for doing it.

"If she finds out you're his son, she'll kill you and then she'll kill your father. You're literally marrying a bomb Shoushan.."

Ren Shuoshan nodded he knew very the thoughts she had for him aid his father.

"That's why I'm going to get her heart first, my father had committed a lot of crimes and killed way too many lawyers. He just shouldn't have messed with the Fan's. That woman, she's crazy...she's been killing since she was 13. My father turned her into a monster.."

The brown haired man nodded nobody wanted to Dao Ling's victim, the knife spirits were lashed vicious.

"But we know what she wants, my father...as long as I can get her to him she would do whatever I say.."

Ren Shuoshan smiled he had everything under control, he knew what he wanted to do.

"Are you willing to sacrifice your own father?"

"Oh come on! You're making it sound like he's a good person. He's killed children...Xiaohan, he's killed a lot of people, ruined lives, families, he abandoned my mother and I, he doesn't even deserve to be alive.."

Su Xiaohan frowned so he's going to let some revenge blinded woman kill his father.

"So you're going to help her kill your father.."

"It's gonna look like it, but I'm going to be the one to kill him. She's a good woman that's has been blinded by revenge. She looks like she has everything but she has nothing. Her parents wealth and properties are all under my father and the money she makes from the cartel goes bigger boss above her."

Su Xiaohan eyes widened he didn't know Ren Shuoshan knew this much about this woman.

"But why? Why are you helping her?"

"Because she cried Xiaohan, she cried for someone to help her, she stayed in the police station for days, begging for someone to help her. She was only 12! Xiaohan."

"My father being alive makes people miserable, makes me miserable. I couldn't do anything back then and her life turned out this way."

"But when she becomes my wife. I'll do everything in my power to make sure she gets her befitting heiress comeback and take back whatever has been stolen from her.."

Su Xiaohan frowned as he tightened his tie, he could understand where Ren Shuoshan was coming from but at the same time he didn't believe that was why he was helping her.

He was just as wicked and ruthless as his father but he hid it all under the "nice" guy facade.

"I hope you know what you're doing, you're toying with a woman's heart especially one that belongs to a crazy woman like Dao Ling.."

Ren Shuoshan frowned he really hated her that name, he did not appreciate her calling herself a knife spirit.

"Her name is Fan Xiao..."

"No her name is Fan Dao Xiaoling"

"That's a stupid name!"

"I'm not the one who chose it! Stop passing your aggression on me. Are you in love with her or something!"

"I'm not!"

Su Xiaohan sighed this argument was pointless he couldn't see why Ren Shuoshan was too heated up about Dao Ling.

"If you love this woman just say so, you're about to deceive and play with her heart. The least you can do is too be honest with your heart at least.."

Ren Shuoshan shook his head, he knew what he felt for her wasn't love, it was a different feeling.

Something he hadn't quite put the pin on yet.

"It's complicated. Let's not talk about this anymore. Just prepare the marriage certificates, I'll reach out to her tomorrow.."

Su Xiaohan sighed looks like he was really going through with this.
