"How many pounds of cocaine did this asshole steal?"

A cold lazy voice rang through the room, dressed in black pajama, the room completely dark.

The only light was from the moon which seeped through from the windows and a dimly lit lightbulb.

"2000 pounds of coke boss.."

"You mean to tell me this m.therfucker! Got away with 2000 pounds of coke and no one noticed.You fucking imbeciles! .."

Dao Ling furiously stood up from the chair and walked towards the restrained man.

She took a good look at his appearance before muttering subtle curse words in spanish.

"Do you know how much you stole from me?! You fucking animal, you should have run to the end of world or find a pit to bury yourself so I wouldn't find you. Instead you choose to lavish away my goods!"

"I'm sorry..I got carried away, I only wanted more money so I could lavish my family. I did not mean to steal so much..."

"A pity isn't it? You should have been born rich rather than steal someone's money to do so..."

Dao Ling smiled and sat down back on chair and sat down calmly asking for his files.

"Please spare my family, they're innocent I'm the one you want..."

"Oh I'll spare your family alright, but you'll return the rest of coke and the money for the rest you sold and after that I'll make your life a living hell.."

She waved her hands a sign for them to take him away.

"Gen!"

"Right behind your boss...how may I help you?"

"Do a through sweep! Spare the ones with families but the rest if found guilty kill them all!"

Gen nodded and passed the wine glass over to Dao Ling.

"Trying to poison me again...Geny?"

Dao Ling wrapped her hand around his neck drawing him closer.

Gen closed his eyes whenever she had him in this position he was powerless against her.

"No I just hope I don't die from intoxication..."

Her scent and lure was like alcohol, he could drink it all day and never get tired.

"You poor thing...when was the last time you got laid? You should find a woman asap.."

Dao Ling retrieved her hand and walked back to the chair grabbing her jacket.

She never drank alcohol unless it was necessary and she had drunk enough not to get intoxicated by it.

"Jaa! Don't call me unless it's necessary.."

Dao Ling placed the jacket over her shoulders and left the warehouse.

Getting into her black BMW X1, waving goodbye at Gen before driving into the night.

Combing his finger through his hair, Gen sighed, the things this woman did to him.

"Alright everyone let's wrap this up, I have my beauty sleep to get back too.."

The night was cool and breezy, the road was free and clear of cars. She felt as though she could drive and never getting tired.

"It's been 12 years Huh..Dad and Mum, I promised to avenge you but I'm always one step back from finding the killer..."

Dao Ling sighed she remembered that night like it was yesterday.

The night she had lost everything.

"Xiao Xiao...run do you hear me! Daddy's telling you to run..."

Fan Wohai grabbed Fan Xiao's hand as he pushed her out through the back door.

"Daddy?"

Fan Xiao muttered confusedly with tears in her eyes.

"Run...we'll come to get you soon..."

"Wohai..they're here.."

The woman looked at her daughter softly before running back into the house.

"Find somewhere to hide..we'll come get you..."

Fan Wohai closed and the confused Fan Xiao quietly hid inside a bush.

She prayed silently that her parents were okay.

The noisy house suddenly fell into silence, Fan Xiao watched through the bushes and saw as 5 men cladded in black left the room.

She caught sight of the fifth man's face as he wasn't wearing any mask.

Fan Xiao ran into the house as soon as they had left.

"Mummy?....daddy?..."

Fan Xiao called quietly and ran to the living room.

Her eyes widened when she saw the bloodied body of her parents.

"Mummy! Daddy!"

Tears rolled out of her eyes as she crouched down beside them.

"F..fan Xiao..."

Fan Xiao ears perked up as she turned to face her father quickly holding his hand.

"You must life well and protect lives like your mummy and I did. We're sorry we won't be able to protect you anymore.."

Fan Wohai smiled and closed his eyes praying that his good deeds protect his daughter.

"You protected so many lives but not one of them could protect you. I'm sorry daddy I won't be able to follow your wishes. That man, he's killer, I'll find him and I'll kill him and I'll kill everyone he holds dear. I will avenge you and mummy's death. I swear on it.."

After that day Fan Xiao disappeared never to be seen again.

~Back to the present~

Laughing softly "Fan Xiao might have died but Dao Ling still lives on and she will be the one to avenge your death..Mum and Dad.."

Dao Ling parked beside a coffee shop, it was 24/7 cafe and this was were she stopped to get coffee every morning.

"Black coffee no sugar..."

Dao Ling ordered as she sat on the stool, she glanced and the man next to her before turning away and then turning back again.

"Handsome mister...you need for company?"

She placed her hand below her chin and smiled at the handsome, black haired man with god level features.

His mannerisms even when drinking coffee was superb.

"Depends.."

The man dropped his coffee and turned to stare at Dao Ling.

His eyes brightening with a look of surprise.

"Coffee girl...I didn't expect to see you again, you've grown quite a bit.."

The man chuckled staring at her chest, Dao Ling immediately wrapped her jacket around herself tightly.

Before smiling—"You have a handsome appearance, how can I not remember our encounter?"

The man smiled and shrugged the situation she was in, she wouldn't care if he was handsome or ugly.

"You were in a rather funny situation..."
