Before the Festival

At school, in class.

After Aizawa informed his students about the U.A. sports festival, the class resume as usual.

'U.A. sports festival . . .' Misaki thought.

Lunchtime,

"Um.. Hamamura, are you going to the cafeteria?" Hagakure asked.

'...?'

"Why?" Misaki answered with another question.

"If you're going to the cafeteria, let's go together." Hagakure said.

'... She sounds like she wants to say something...' Misaki thought. 'Or maybe I'm wrong... one way to know.'

"Sure, let's go together." Misaki answered with a happy but calm tone.

'Let's see if I'm wrong or not...' Misaki thought to herself as she walks with Hagakure to the cafeteria..

At the cafeteria,

They grab their meals and took a seat.

"Hey, Misaki.. Are you alright now...?" Hagakure asked. "You suddenly fainted before..."

"Hm?"

'Is she worried..?' Misaki thought.

"Don't worry about it. I'm fine, now." Misaki answered with a smile.

"You sure?" Hagakure asked again.

Misaki nods and said "Yeah. I just used to much of my Quirk, I got tired."

Hagakure sighed from relief. "I'm glad..." She muttered.

They ate their meals and went back to class.

After school, many students are blocking class 1-A's entrance.

'Too many people...' Misaki thought. She has always been bad with a big crowds.

'Where did I "save" last time... at the exam ground and the field I think... that's too far away from the school's entrance.' Misaki thought. 'Guess I have to go through these students.'

"Excuse me, can you make some space?" Misaki asked the students crowding the door.

Misaki manage to get out of class and went home.

She got herself some snacks and went to do some homework.

*ring~ ring~* her phone rings.

"Hm?" Misaki pick up her phone and sees "Nakashima (Her boss at her part time job)" on the screen.

She answers the call and says "Hello, is there anything you need sir?"

"Hi Misaki-kun, are you busy right now?" Nakashima asked.

'Not really.' Misaki thought but instead she asked "Why?"

"Hayashi-san has to go to the hospital because her mother suddenly gotten ill. I know you usually only work at weekend but can you take over for the rest of her shift?" Nakashima asked.

Misaki look at the clock before asking "Right now or later?"

"Now if possible. If you can't come, I'll just try asking the other part-timer." said Nakashima.

'I don't think I have anything to do right now...' Misaki thought.

"Will my pay be like usual?" Misaki asked.

"Yes, pay per hour like usual." He answered.

"..." Misaki gives it a little more thought.

'I think the permanent employee day shift is more or less 8am to 5pm.. it's past 3 now so about two hours pay... sure why not.' Misaki thought.

"Okay, I should be there in 5 to 10 minutes." Misaki said.

"Alright." Nakashima said before ending the call.

Misaki enters the bakery she works at, greet her boss at the office and changed into her work uniform.

The place is a small bakery owned by Nakashima Daisuke. The bakery isn't busy on the weekdays so most of the time there's only one or two cashiers working at this time.

'Seeing how there's no second cashier, I guess the one who supposed to work today is the only cashier for today's shift.' Misaki thought.

Normally on the weekend, the bakery got busy somewhere at 9am to 3pm thus the boss hire some part-timers to help out around the bakery.

*Clings* the door opens.

Misaki quickly put a friendly smile and welcome the customer.

Misaki finished her work and goes home.

She lays down on the bed and starts scrolling through her phone.

Around 7pm,

Misaki looks at the clock and sighed. "I'm too lazy to eat right now..." she muttered.

"But if I don't eat, My bad habit (eating only one or no meal a day) will act up again..." She whispered to herself as she drags herself to the kitchen.

A while later, Misaki's eating dinner.

'What happens at the U.A. festival again...?' She thought as she tries to remember.

"At the U.A. fest. Bakugo come first, Todoroki's second and Midoriya's third... What else..." Misaki said. "Midoriya fights Shinso then Todoroki. Then, Todoroki fights Bakugo... Oh- Bakugo had to fight Uraraka too. Hmm...." She continues to muttered everything she could remember.

Few days later,

Hagakure invites Misaki to train with Uraraka, Mina and others so Misaki ended up practicing with them.

The day before U.A. festival,

Misaki woke up and went to the kitchen to make breakfast but got distracted when she got an email from U.A.

'Why'd the school sent me an email..?' Misaki thought as she click it.

"... Oh no, shi- I forgot!!" Misaki panicked.

"What's wrong with you..?" System asked.

"Uh... remember when Bakugou gave the speech at the beginning of the festival...?" Misaki said.

"Yeah?"

"He had to give the speech cause he's first in the entrance exam but since I'm first, I..." Misaki hesitated.

"You mean... You had to give the speech..." System said.

"Yup..."

"What'll you do now?" System asked.

"I definitely CANNOT give a arrogant speech like Bakugo did, but I don't know what to say." Misaki said.

"Just say something simple and get off stage." System said.

"..." Misaki wondered for a bit. "Should I...?" Misaki mumbled.

"As long as it's nothing illegal or disturbing, nobody has the right to stop you." System said.

"Okay, that's settled. Now I'mma make breakfast." She said. She's still a bit anxious about the speech but she decided to leave it to "tomorrow her".
