Sunday date

Since it was still early in the morning after Mark finished his breakfast he went out to prepare for the event he was going to hold inside the cafe. He first started by asking around about an indoor stage. It could be used for the singing contest as well as the cosplay competition. Next he searched for the audio equipment that he would need.. After all this is ready he still had a lot more work to do, but just negotiating the price with the providers took Mark quite some time.

When he finally got home it was already around 16:00. Mark went upstairs to take a shower and refresh after a day of running around. Coming out of the shower he noticed his phone had a missed call from Mariah.

Mark heartbeat started to go up thinking about the girl he liked. He grabbed the phone and called her back.

- Hello! This is Mark here, did you call me earlier? "said Mark as he tried to sound as calm as possible"

- Ahhh Mark, yes I did. I was actually going to call you again but it looks like there's no need now. The reason i called was to remind you about Sunday.

-Hmmm, how can i forget, after all is not everyday i get to see such a beauty as yourself. "responded Mark"

- Scoundrel !!! Just don't forget and be there on time.

*Beeeeeeep*

The entire call did not take long, maybe not even a minute but somehow Mark had a silly grin on his face thinking about the date they have on Sunday. Even just hearing Mariah voice for those few seconds left Mark feeling sweet inside. He knew that Mariah also put some form of importance on this date, otherwise she would not be calling him to remind him.

Thinking about this he realized that he did not have much to wear. After Mark became jacked his clothes were kind of tight now, he can barely wear his baggy sport attire.

-Since i have quite a bit of money put aside now, i can still afford to buy some clothes. "Thought Mark out loud"

He grabbed his scooter key and set out to buy himself some new clothes. Self-image is important for Mark. As a shop clerk, he understands the importance of his self-image, which in turn could affect the shop's image

Mark stopped in front of a shop called REISS MEN SUITS. This shop Mark remembers quite well. When he was still in high-school he used to come buy clothes from here. Although the clothes were relatively cheaper than other stores the quality was still excellent. He parked the scooter in front of the shop and went in. A woman around 30 years old approached him:

- Good afternoon sir. How may i be of help to you today? -Greeted the woman very politely and professionally

- I want to see some Casual suits for men.

- Of course sir. Please come this way.

- Thank you.

After presenting Mark a few choices he finally found one that he liked. It was a Traditional Chinese Tang Suit with short sleeves. After he tried it on when he stepped out of the changing room the saleswoman eyes were shining.

- Marvelous Sir ! With your build you can really probably become a model!!

- Than pack this one for me please, i will take it. Also i want some shoes to go with the suit.

- No problem, no problem !

Having bought his clothes for the date, Mark still wondered around the night market looking to buy some cheaper clothes he can wear at home . When he got home it was already quite late around 22:00 .

As soon as Mark got home he went to his room and changed into his new Tang Suit. He looked at himself in the mirror and was satisfied with how he looked. The suit fit him perfectly, and he felt confident that he would make a good impression on Mariah.

- Ohh man!!! Today was quite tiring . Tomorrow is the big day so i should sleep early today, don't want to have dark circles around my eyes.
