Frost's Greed (Marvel)

Everyone follows Xavier, the idealist. Everyone worships Magneto, the extremist. None dare to disrespect Apocalypse, the militarist. But what about the final of the big 4. The one who has lost their students at every turn. The one that walks down the darkest path and is unwilling to put their faith in none outside of their circle of trust. The one that cares not about how humans view mutants nor about the infighting of others. Whose only true care is for the students. This is not a story about her but about a student of hers that believes in her ideas and teachings. Not about peaceful coexistence or mutant supremacy or survival of the fittest. To strive for a brighter tomorrow, even if they have to make it through the blackest night. This is the story of one boy following learning how to be a mutant in a world that hates him under the teachings of the White Queen. He will go from an inexperienced kid to one of the most important mutants in the world ------------ I'm guaranteeing this story for a year, averaging a chapter per day (major holidays may get no chapter or more chapters.) This means that this will be my longest and most secure story, and hopefully the best, on the site. *Warnings! Warnings! Warnings!* - This takes place in an AU of Marvel. So while most things will remain similar to what most people are familiar with, there will be some changes (Some characters being mutants or mutates, etc) - He will start off weak power-wise. He will become very powerful eventually but not for now. He must earn the crowd's favor. - This will be a harem.

Issue #6.5

(Just a short chapter before I go into the next volume. The clones are heading off!)

Getting away was as easy as Jack had thought. He and Qilip weren't even known about so they were able to sneak away in moments. While Troy had a bit of trouble trying to escape, having 3 powerful telepaths attack the minds of the Avengers, allowed Troy to escape as well.

The trio met up at Jack's penthouse. When Troy took off his suit, he had the largest smile on his face. This was how Jack had designed his personality.

He had given Troy more of his battle-loving side while he gave Qilip more of his distrustful side. He wanted them each to excel at the mission he had envisioned for them and the best way to do that was to make put them on a level where they might betray him.

Although it was a huge risk if Jack had given them his full power or told them the full scope of his abilities, with the limited information and power he gave them, by the time they believed they were strong enough to go against him, he would be able to absorb them and reap all their gains.

"Good job, Troy. You made sure to accomplish your task perfectly," Jack complimented the human clone before turning to the dark elf clone with disappointment in his eyes. "As for you, you failed your task. If you keep this up, you may have to be terminated in the future. I suggest you work harder."

Qilip bowed his head to hide the anger and humiliation that was within his eyes.

"I understand. I will be sure to complete your mission," Qilip said through gritted teeth

Jack acted as if he did not hear it and nodded.

"That's good then. Then let's determine where you are each heading."

"I was thinking about joining the Imperial Guard of the Shi'ar Empire. That is a sure way to gain prestige and information," Troy said his plan

Jack nodded non-committedly. Troy's main job was to explore space. Jack really didn't care what he did or if he died. He simply planned to absorb the clone after a year of letting him run loose.

"I will head toward the 9 realms. If I go there, I can gain magical items like Thor's Hammer and can even kill a few gods. With the powers I gain from them, wouldn't our future plans be completed much easier?" Qilip asked

Jack nodded while sneering on the inside

'Did I make another Mr. Sinister? Cause this clone really thinks he can outsmart me. If you want to try and gain allies or powers amongst the gods, you are more than welcome to. Just be prepared for when it all comes crashing down on you.'

After announcing their plans, Jack gave Troy the coordinates to a SHIELD base that had several ships capable of space travel before giving Qilip some magical stones Thor had given to him before if he ever wanted to go to Asgard so Jack could test himself against gods.

After getting their gifts, the pair did not hesitate to leave. With them gone and his successful mission, Jack left his penthouse to return to the tower for a good night's rest.
