Frost's Greed (Marvel)

Everyone follows Xavier, the idealist. Everyone worships Magneto, the extremist. None dare to disrespect Apocalypse, the militarist. But what about the final of the big 4. The one who has lost their students at every turn. The one that walks down the darkest path and is unwilling to put their faith in none outside of their circle of trust. The one that cares not about how humans view mutants nor about the infighting of others. Whose only true care is for the students. This is not a story about her but about a student of hers that believes in her ideas and teachings. Not about peaceful coexistence or mutant supremacy or survival of the fittest. To strive for a brighter tomorrow, even if they have to make it through the blackest night. This is the story of one boy following learning how to be a mutant in a world that hates him under the teachings of the White Queen. He will go from an inexperienced kid to one of the most important mutants in the world ------------ I'm guaranteeing this story for a year, averaging a chapter per day (major holidays may get no chapter or more chapters.) This means that this will be my longest and most secure story, and hopefully the best, on the site. *Warnings! Warnings! Warnings!* - This takes place in an AU of Marvel. So while most things will remain similar to what most people are familiar with, there will be some changes (Some characters being mutants or mutates, etc) - He will start off weak power-wise. He will become very powerful eventually but not for now. He must earn the crowd's favor. - This will be a harem.

Issue #5

While the party was kicking off upstairs, on the bottom floor of the building, there was an argument at the entrance.

"What the fuck do you mean 'I'm no longer a member'?! My parents were members before me and I have made an even larger fortune for myself!" Tony roared at the entrance

The Hellfire Club was a gathering of the rich and powerful. This meant that pretty much everyone that made over 30 million per year (a UHNWI) was a part of the club. So Tony Stark was obviously a member.

At least he was until Emma took over the club recently. Due to his constant disputes with Jack, Emma took it upon herself to confiscate his membership. Although this had no effects long term since this was more of a social club for most, it was indeed very embarrasing to be be denied membership.

This was why Tony was embarrassed. Someone with his ego and pride could not just let an insult like this go. But no matter how much he yelled or tried to say how much he belonged in there, the security guards refused to let him in.

"Well, Anthony. It seems like someone has taken a dive in their reputation if they are willing to embarass you so publicly," someone said from behind

Tony turned around to see Victor Von Doom in a tuxedo with a beautfil, black-haired woman on his arm. The woman was a beauty on the level of Emma Frost and could actually be said to her opposite yet twin in many ways.

"Doom. I thought you found these events beneath you," Tony instantly recovered his cool and became vigilant. If Doom was there for a fight, he could easily kill Tony before any Avenger came to back him up.

And the woman in his arms was just as or even more dangerous. She was the one who taught Victor all he knew about magic, Morgan Le Fay. With her knowledge and power, she could make even Doctor Strange look like an amateur due to her thousands of years of experience.

It was better to remain calm and not try to piss of the mad dictator and even madder queen.

"They usually are. But the ones hosting it and I have some information to discuss."

Doom walked by Tony before pulling out his VIP invitation and showing to the guards. Several of them bowed respectfully before one brought Doom in and escorted him upstairs.

Seeing that even Doom got in and had a VIP invitation, Tony's mind cleared up. He turned around and walked away as he thought of how to handle the new situation.

'2 known villains are allowed in while I am rejected at the front doors. And while it has always been known that someone runs the show behind closed doors, no one has ever known who.

I need to bring this up with the others so we can discuss how we need to deal with them after handling the Skrulls and Kree.'

Unlike Tony, Doom did not think much of the short meeting he had with Tony outside the building. Instead, his mind was focused on something else entirely.

Doom made his way up to the venue where he and Morgan were supposed to meet with Jack and Emma. As soon as they entered the room, the instantly saw the pair. No matter where they went, the duo captured everyone's attention.

It was the same for Doom and Morgan as well. As soon as they entered the venue, Jack and Emma instantly noticed them.

After excusing themselves fromt he guests they were talking to, Jack motioned for Doom to follow them. The 4 made their way to the waiting room that Jack and his family had first been in before they walked out into the main room.

Once all 4 of hem gathered, the 3 magic users placed a barrier around the room before taking their seats.

"Do you know who was behind all of it, Doom?"

Jack got straight to the point. He had asked Doom to dig into who was behind the attacks on the world 2 days prior since he figured that Doom had a better chance of finding out who did it.

"Hmm. We are dealing with Kang the Conqueror, or at least a version of him. As for why he organized such an invasion, we are unsure of that yet," Doom told Jack and Emma all that he knew. There was no need to hide such information from his allies.

"It doesn't matter why. Since he made the first move, I don't feel bad about dealing with him. The next time he makes a move, let's quickly work together to finish him off."

Jack was not too worried about Kang. He had dealt with a version of him once before while he was a member of the Avengers. The man was not the most powerful but he was an amazing military commander.

His weakness was the same as every other smart person in their universe, his ego. Even with knowledge of the future, an army that supasses the Earth's population 5x over, and knowing pretty much everything a person could know about the personal information of modern heroes, he still lost in the end.

"Since that is out of the way, I say we talk about other matter related to the Cabal," Morgan said from the side. "Deathbird refused to join us and it seems like the world is getting too chaotic to take over. Otherworld is also having issues of its own so it seems like the original purpose of our group will not last."

The others nodded. This did create a major problem for them. Groups such as theirs only lasted if they were mutually beneficial. Without a reason to work together, the chances of infighting would increase.

"Then we shall let you in a secret and make a new offer. We have already taken over one of the 9..." Emma offered

"10 Realms," Jack interrupted. "Odin has hidden one off aparently."

"Huh. Interesting. Well we have already taken over one of the 10 Realms. How about we assist you both in each taking over a realm instead of a world?" Emma offered them. She knew letting out the secret of mutants having their own realm was a risk but she needed to ensure the trust od Doom and Morgan.

Emma knew how valuable it was to have Doom and Morgan as allies. Even if the mutants were to prosper in the future, they would not be omnipotent. (hehe, that's whats he thinks) Having allies theu could trust would be vital.

Hearing her offer, Doom and Morgan were intrigued.

"Avalon can be transported easily so I don't mind bringing it into one of the other realms. As long as you don't give me one of the terrible ones since it takes too much effort to terraform a place," Morgan agreed easily

"Doom will consider your offer. But if we are to deal with matter related to the other realms, you know who we must deal with."

"Of course. I can't keep it a secret from them froever the Jotunheim has changed hands. I will deal with it after a few other matters. But if we are to take over more than one realm, he will surely want to be involved in our group. Any objections?" Jack asked

"None."

"Nay."

"If we must."

"Since there are no objections, we shall invite Loki to be a member of the Cabal in due time."

Author's Note:

Forgot to put this in when I first posted the chapter. What is going to be the new name of mutants when they move to Utopia?
