Priscilla's POV
I slowly opened my eyes when I felt Max calling out to me. I looked at the watch on the nightstand and realized that it was still 3 am in the morning. I turned and looked at him sitting on the bed, wide awake as if he had never slept.
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" I asked, frowning. The babies were fast asleep, and I couldn't understand why he had woken me up. Max brought his long fingers to my lips, tracing the delicate softness of my lower lip.
"I want to be inside of you," Max said, his voice husky. My lips parted in response, my breath quickening.
"Max, I..." I stuttered, taken aback by his words. Unsure of how to respond, I found myself unable to resist his charm. My heart raced in my chest.
