After talking to Liz, I went back inside the house while Liz went to meet up with Nicoles. It seemed like they were deeply in love these days, and I was happy for them. I wished they could be together forever, despite their frequent fights. I hoped that all their problems could be resolved so that they could live happily together.
As I reached the door to my room, I smiled and opened it slowly, in case the babies were already asleep. Upon entering the room, I found Max sitting on the couch, his head buried in his laptop. He looked as attractive as usual, wearing a vest and sweater trousers. I guessed he had taken a shower. I couldn't help but smile as I looked at how serious he appeared right now.
