Chapter 3: Started

It was a new day, and things seemed to be looking up for the day, all at the exact same time too, even though I knew that the day had not even started just yet for me, I knew that I already had a smile on my face, as I felt like it was going to be good. Maybe that was due to the fact that I knew that it was going to be my first day of practice in the new rec league that I was in this year, as I knew that the actual high school season did not start for a few more months.

I was excited, and I could not wait for it, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that there were going to be 32 teams in the rec league, all at the exact same time as well, none the less. I was excited for it, because I knew as to just what it was that I could do, and I knew if I did what it was that I knew that I could do, than it meant that it was going to be big in my high school season, which was a lot more important, all at the exact same time as well.

I knew that my high school coach more than likely would not put me on the varsity team this year, no matter what the case was, but I really did not care all too much about all of that how ever, if I was not going to lie to my self. So long as I got on the team, I knew that I did not want to be playing 18 years olds that were nearly 2 feet taller than me, all at the exact same time too.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden shook my head, as I got my focus off of all of those thoughts, all at once, as I knew that school also was going to start in a few weeks, but I really was not all too worried about any of that either, as I let out a bit of a heavy sigh at the thought of having to go to classes.

I would be fine though, I suppose, as I knew that it was just going to be tough for me to be able to practice every single day, when I was always going to have to be worried about having to go to practices none the less. I shook off all of those thoughts, all at once, as I got my mind on some thing different, altogether from that, as I then blinked my eyes a few times, and I then began to start to lift my self out of bed.

It was best to get the day started soon, as I knew that I could hear some noise, and I could smell stuff going on in the kitchen right now, as it was clear to me that my mother was cooking a late breakfast right at this very moment in time too, as she knew how much I did in fact tend to stay up late, and wake up early right now. I knew that she had just got off work as well, and I was about to start to think that she was about to start another shift, when I all of the sudden remembered as to the fact that she had taken today off, to take me to my first practice.

I loved my mother, and I was so grateful for all that she did for me, all at the exact same time too, as I cracked a bit of a smile on my face, as I had those kind of thoughts in my head right now. I knew how hard it was that she was working to pay for us to live, and also to help me do the things that I wanted to do, all at the exact same time too. I was forever in debt for my mother, as I knew that I could never repay her for all that I did.

I knew that she did not want me to pay her back ever though, so it was best to just not think on that all too much, as I then all of the sudden shook my head, as I got my mind off of all of those thoughts, all at once, as I got my mind on the thoughts that I knew that I had to stretch before I walked out of my room, and I got started with the extra long day that I had ahead of me.

I began to stretch quite a bit, all at once, as I did that for just a few moments, until I then all of the sudden heard some noise in side the kitchen, which I then all of the sudden began to realize that it was the fact that my mother was yelling to me for some odd reason, right at this very moment in time. I was a little bit lost as to just why it was that my mother was yelling at me right now, in the very first place any ways, as I knew that it was not a normal thing for her to do, when ever it was that she yelled at me, as it usually did not happen unless I had done some thing that was bad.

I had not done any thing bad how ever, as far as I knew, as I had simply just woken up. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of those thoughts how ever, instead. I began to lift my self up, all at once, as I then began to start to listen as to just what it was that she even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, none the less, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of those thoughts that I had before, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that she had to even say to me from the other room, in the very first place any ways, never the less.

"Come on Trevor! I've got pancakes and sausage for you, ready in the kitchen! We have got to hurry, I have some errands that I need to run!" She said to me, as I then realized that she was not upset at me at all, thankfully enough for me, all at the exact same time too, as I let out quite a bit of a soft, as well as a relieved sigh to my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, at the exact same time too, as I then began to start to head to the front door of my bed room.

Just before I got to it, I then all of the sudden noticed that my phone was sitting on the counter top that was on top of my dresser, as I grabbed that real quick, and I then clicked on the home screen to see if any one had messaged me, all at the exact same time as well. I really doubted that it could be the case, as I knew that I really did not have any friends at all.

There was just no one for me to really get along with, if I was going to be for real with my self, as it seemed like every one just wanted to sit around and do some thing lazy, such as watch Tik Tok, or YouTube, or perhaps even just play some video games. I was not going to lie to my self either, the thought of buying the new 2k game this year, did in fact tempt me quite a bit, due to the fact that I knew that DeShawn Glass was going to be in it, though I doubt that he would have any badge points, nor would he even be in the 70s in overall, to start it off.

I sighed a bit to my self, all at once how ever, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of those thoughts, all at once, as I got my focus on the fact that I knew that I did not want to play video games, even a basketball game for one specific reason. There really was no such sort of reason for me to really be playing a video game, if it was simply did not do any thing physically at all for me.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as I got my focus off of all of those thoughts all at once, as I got my mind on some thing that was altogether different from all of that, all at the exact same time too, which was the fact that I knew that my mother had just called me in to the other room, so that I could go and eat breakfast with her. I knew that was a lot more important than the fact as to just what it was that was on my phone right at this very moment in time.

I knew that no one had texted me, if I was going to be for real with my self, as I knew that I should not even bother my self in that aspect at all, as I then all of the sudden opened the front door to my bed room, all at once, and I nodded a bit to my self, at the exact same time too, as I knew that was where it was that I even needed to be going to right at this very moment in time, as I knew that my mother was patiently waiting for me in the kitchen.

As I opened the front door of my bed room, I then all of the sudden realized how badly it was that I needed to take a whizz, as I then all of the sudden turned my head over to the bath room that was right beside me, all at the exact same time too. I knew that my mother had heard the front door to my bed room open, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that the doors to this place were quite a bit loud none the less, so I was not worried about her aggressively calling me in to go get break fast again.

As I then walked in to the bath room, I quickly pulled the toilet seat up, as I then all of the sudden began to start to piss, all at the exact same time as well, as I got all of the fluids out of my body that had been stored up in my sleep, all at the exact same time too. I let out quite a bit of a sigh of relief all at once, as I knew that I was in fact quite a bit thirsty now, such as I always was when ever it was that I had first woke up, none the less.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden flushed the toilet, and I put the seat back down, such as my mother always told me to do for some odd reason or another, as I then all of the sudden began to start to wash my hands, not all too much longer after all of that. I looked at my self in the mirror, as I knew that I looked like quite a bit of a mess right at this very moment in time as well.

I knew that I probably should not have showered before I went to bed, as I knew that I was going to wake up with messy hair. Though I knew that I was not dirty, I felt like I should take another shower before it was that I got my self started with my day, as I did not want to be walking around in public with such messy hair none the less, as I knew that it would embarrass my mother, as I knew that it would look like she did not take care of me.

That was not the case at all how ever, as I knew that my mother took plenty care of me, and I knew that my mother showed me plenty of love, all at the exact same time as well, as I shook my head all at once. So long as I knew that I had time to do as such a thing, and my mother was not in too much of a rush, or a hurry, such as she usually was, than I knew that I had to make a conscious effort to take another shower, how ever.

I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, began to start to head out of the bath room, all at the exact same time as well, as I made sure to close the door, and turn off the lights on the way out, all at the exact same time too. I knew that the power bill was often high, and I knew that once again, I had to make a good effort to save as much money as possible for my mother.

I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, all at once, as I closed the door right behind me, as I then all of the sudden left the bath room that I had been in, all at the exact same time as well. I then all of the sudden looked down the hall way that was in front of me, all at the exact same time too, as I seemed to just stare at it for a bit of some time, none the less, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I was doing.

That was of course, until I heard the noise of dishes being moved around in the sink, and also the fact that I smelt the smell of some good ass food from in side of the kitchen, all at the exact same time as well, as it then all of the sudden hit me, as to just what it was that was going on right at this very moment in time, in the very first place as well, as I knew that my mother had in fact called me in to get break fast not all too much longer before now, never the less.

I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, as I then got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the other thoughts that my focus had been on before, which was the fact that I had my mind on the fact that I needed to go in and join her. I once again nodded a bit to my self, as I then all of the sudden began to start to yell loudly to my mother, from the other side of the apartment, so that she could hear what it was that I was saying.

"Sorry mom! I'm coming, just give me a few moments!" I yelled to her, to let her know that I was on the way none the less, as I knew that she had a lot to do today, and that it was best for her to get started on just what it was that she had needed to do, as soon as she possibly could, never the less. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden began to start to head down the hall way, just as I knew that I needed to be doing right now.

I knew that I could not be hypocritical, as I knew that I had to do what it was that I had told my self that I needed to do, as soon as possible, never the less, as I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, and I got my mind and my focus on just what it was that felt like was most important to me, right at this very moment in time any ways, which was of course, the fact that I knew that I had to go on ahead and join my mother in the kitchen, and eat some good break fast with her.

I then all of the sudden began to start to head down the hall way, all at once, as I then got to the other side, as I saw that there was a lot of steam flying around the air, all at the exact same time as well, as I was quite a bit shocked that it was not having the fire alarm go off, all at the exact same time too, as I blinked my eyes a few times, and I got my mind on the fire alarm that was right on top of the ceiling of the room that I was in right now.

I seemed to stare at it for quite a bit of some time none the less, as I felt like, at any second, the alarm was going to go off, and it was going to scare the hell out of me, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that it was quite a bit of a sensitive fire alarm, all at the exact same time too, as some times, it just went off when ever it was that I was taking a nice, and hot shower, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that those were the most annoying times, especially when I was home alone, as it meant that I had to get out of the shower, and climb a ladder, to turn it off.

Luckily this time though, for us at least, it did not seem to want to go off, as I then all of the sudden, shook off all of the thoughts that my mind had seemed to be on before, from out of my head, as I got my mind on some different thoughts that an all that, such as the fact that I knew that there was in fact some break fast waiting for me at the table, as I heard a loud cough from my mother, at the exact same time too, as it was clear to me that she was trying to get my attention over to that.

I then all of the sudden nodded a bit to my self, all at once, as I then began to start to head over to the table, so that I could go ahead and eat the good break fast that my mother had served for me, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden sat down at the same chair that I always sat down at, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that I used this chair at every meal that we ate together.

It was not some thing special about the chair at all, as I knew that it was just like the rest of the chairs, as it was not more comfortable than the rest. It also was not making it able to watch TV in the other room either, so that was also not the case either. If I was going to be for real with my self, I really did not have as to much of a clue as to just why it was that I even sat on this chair every time, any ways.

That was besides the point how ever, as I knew that it had nothing to do with just what it was that was going on right now, as it did not help me at all either. I was tempted to pull my phone out of my pocket, whilst I was eating, but I also did not do as such a thing, as much as I wanted to see the news feed of all of the draft night trades that had happened, and that I might have missed, all at the exact same time as well.

I shivered a bit to my self, all at once, as I knew that I could not do as such a thing like that, as much as I wanted to see if DeShawn Glass might have been traded to another team, other than the Cavaliars, as that was what it was that I had really hoped would be the case, all at the exact same time too. I really doubt that it would be the case how ever, as I knew that based off of the fact that every one was booing him last night, that no one would clearly want him at all, besides the Cavs.

Soon the entire NBA would find out, just how wrong it was for them to even think on the fact that he was a terrible pick by the Cavs. Though I had not seen much from the new Cavs GM this year, that was for sure a good move in my own eyes, as getting him in the 1st round locked him up for 4 years, rather than getting him in the 2nd round like they had drafted that Center that was over seas at, which I did not know much about that guy at all.

I shook off all of those thought, all at once how ever, as I knew that it was all simply besides the point at this point, as I then all of the sudden got my mind on some thing else, which was the fact that I knew that I had to go ahead and begin to eat, so that we could go ahead and get this day started in the very first place any ways, none the less. I nodded a bit to my self, all at once, as I saw that my mother was heading over to the table, now that she had put the dishes she had used to cook with, in to the sink, all at the exact same time too.

I blinked my eyes all at the exact same time a well, as I saw that she had quite a big smile on her face right now, which made me smile right back at her. I loved my mother, as I was not sure how any man could not want to get with her, as she was a beautiful woman, all at the exact same time as well. I breathed in quite a bit to my self, as I felt a bit bad for her, as I was always worried that she was going to be for ever alone at this point in her life, even though I knew that she was 28, and that she still had plenty of time.

I just felt like I could not help but to be worried for my mother, due to the fact as to just how much it was that I even did in fact love her, in the very first place any ways, none the less, as I then all of the sudden let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at once, as I got my focus off of all of those thoughts, as I then began to keep on biting in to the sausage, before I then all of the sudden poured maple syrup all over my entire meal.

I closed my eyes, as I took a bite of the pancake, all at once, as it seemed to be the most amazing taste in the world to me, all at the exact same time too, as I breathed in quite a bit to my self, as I felt quite a bit relaxed none the less, now that it seemed like my mind was in a bit of a free space. It was almost like I was high, as it felt crazy enough to say as such a thing, as I knew that I had never been high in my life, all at the exact same time as well.

I shook off all of those thoughts all at once, once again how ever, as I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the voice of my mother, which made me open my eyes. I was a little bit lost by it at first, due to the fact that my mom had seemed to be in a little bit more of a different state before now, and before all of this, never the less, but now that I got my mind on the fact that my mother was speaking to me right now, I then all of the sudden, seemed to wake my self up, all at once.

I blinked eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden looked my mother right in to her eyes, as I then all of the sudden, all at the exact same time too, then saw her nod to me, as it was clear to me that she was trying to make sure that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that she even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, none the less. I was in fact paying attention to her, though I could see how she would not think that to be the case, due to the fact that I had just had my eyes closed a few moments just before now.

I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at once, as I then began to start to nod back to her, just to let her know that she had my full attention on her, all at the exact same time as well. After I had done as such a thing, I could tell that it had made her feel a bit better, due to the fact that she now had the same big smile that she had on her face before now, back on her face once again. That also seemed to make me feel a lot better, none the less, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that she had to say to me, in the very first place any ways, never the less.

"You ready to get this day started?"
