Crisis knocks

As Yashi and Dexter made their way to the hairstylist's studio, they chatted amiably, Dexter engaging in lighthearted banter, teasing Yashi about her innate ability to diffuse tense situations. "You truly are a marvel," he jested, "ever the hero, always gallantly swooping in to rescue the day." Yashi simply chuckled, her thoughts already focused on the task ahead.

Upon entering the hairstylist's studio, they were greeted by the hairstylist, a reputable name in the fashion world, who had already laid out a plethora of sketches and inspiration boards for the upcoming show. The trio then delved into a thorough discussion, carefully examining each look and style, meticulously selecting the ones that would harmoniously complement the designs.

As the meeting with the hairstylist came to a close, Yashi and Dexter decided to grab lunch together before heading back. They walked to a nearby café, the sun shining down on them as they chatted about the progress of the show and their plans for the upcoming days.

While they were enjoying their lunch, they noticed a commotion few tables far away. A young child, running around and playing, had accidentally bumped into a woman, causing her to spill her hot coffee on her skirt. The woman, clearly upset, began to yell at the child and the child's mother. She explained that she was waiting for an important client and that her dress was now ruined.

They noticed that the child's mother seemed overwhelmed and apologetic. Without hesitation, Yashi got up from her seat and walked over to the woman.

"Please, let me help," Yashi said, her voice calm and soothing. "I know how it feels to be in a rush and have something like this happen. I'm a designer, and I would be happy to help you to fix it. Trust me."

The woman accepted the offer and they both went to the wash area. After the woman cleaned up, "Do you have a scarf with you?" Yashi asked kindly. The woman rummaged through her bag and pulled out a brown colored scarf. Yashi then took out her own white scarf and expertly wove the two together. She then took out a brooch in the shape of a butterfly and pinned it to the side of the skirt, covering up the coffee stains that were still visible on the woman's dress.

The scarf not only covered the stains but also complemented the woman's skirt perfectly. The woman was visibly relieved.

Meanwhile, Dexter picked up the little child with a gentle smile in his arms and whispered, "Don't cry, little one. That big sister," gesturing towards Yashi who went with the woman, "will solve it."

He then turned to the child's mother and said, "It's important to be mindful of your child, especially in a place like this. Running around in a cafe can be dangerous."

The child's mother, still flustered and frazzled, looked at Dexter gratefully. "Thank you," she said. "I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me."

Dexter smiled at her and said "Don't worry about it, these things happen." He then turned to the child, "Come on, let's go to buy a candy. Which one do you prefer?" The child, now calmed down pointed to a display of brightly colored candy.

Dexter grinned and took the child's hand, leading them to the candy display. "Alright, let's see here. We've got gummies, chocolate, sour candies. What's your favorite, buddy?" The child looked up at Dexter with wide eyes, clearly taken by the kind and playful demeanor. "I like the gummies!" he exclaimed, and Dexter chuckled, picking up a bag of gummies and handing it to the child. "Gummies it is then. Enjoy, my friend." The child's mother thanked Dexter profusely for his kindness and left.

Yashi and the woman returned to the table. The woman still in awe looked down at her dress to see that the stains were now covered by a beautiful, woven scarf, with a butterfly brooch pinned to the side. "Thank you so much," she said to Yashi, "I can't believe you were able to fix it like that. How to return your scarf?"

Yashi smiled and replied, "It was nothing, I'm just glad I could help. As for the scarf, take it as a present, beautiful lady."

Yashi and Dexter returned to their table after bidding bye and good luck to the woman. They paid the bill and made their way back to the studio.

Upon reaching, Yashi immediately called for a meeting with the rest of the team: Keysha, Naisargi, and Cailey. They all gathered around the conference table in the center of the room which is located near Yashi's office, and Yashi began to speak.

"It's clear that we're making great progress, but I want to check in with each of you and see if there's anything we need to address."

Yashi asked Keysha about the progress of the designs and whether all the necessary materials, such as fabric and other essentials, had been procured. Keysha reassured Yashi that everything was in order and that she had handed over the materials to Macy, the lead seamstress.

Yashi turned her attention to Cailey, inquiring about the progress of the client's order. "How is everything coming along with the Adie's designs?" she asked, her gaze focused intently on Cailey. "We are facing some challenges with certain elements of the designs, and are working to resolve them", responded Cailey looking seemingly worried.

Yashi asked Dexter to lend a hand to Cailey and help sort out any issues. Dexter, with a playful grin, responded, "As you please, master."

Yashi inquired Naisargi if everything was going well with the models and also the issue with the sound at the venue.

Naisargi, looking confident and in control, assured Yashi that everything was going well with the models. She mentioned that all of them were cooperating and working hard to ensure that the show would be a success. She also added that she had already talked about sound at the venue and it has been upgraded. Furthermore, the decorations at the venue has also been taken care of. Yashi nodded in approval, pleased with the progress.

Yashi provided an update on the progress of the accessories and hairstyles for the show. "The designs for the accessories have been finalized. Furthermore, I and dexter just met with the hairstylist and we've finalized the looks for the models," she said.

Overall, the meeting was productive and everyone left feeling more confident and motivated to bring the show to fruition.

Dexter immediated started working with Cailey to solve the issues with the designs. While taking a break, he suddenly saw a sketch of one of their designs on a competitor's website and suspected that it had been leaked.

He rushed to Yashi's office, where he found her and Naisargi going through some paperwork.

The worried look on his face was immediately apparent to both of them. "One of our designs has leaked," he said, his voice tight with concern.

Naisargi's eyes widened in shock. "What? How? Who would do something like this?" she exclaimed.

Dexter let out a sigh. "I don't know. It's definitely one of ours, but I have no idea how they got a hold of it."
