The story is about Ezzie Quinzel, an ordinary guy who ended up as a transmigrator in the DC world, a world full of superheroes, as Harley Quinn's and Peacemaker's wacky half-brother. Not his fault that Peacemaker's father is a horndog and banged Harley's mother but there's a twist! Dave also wished to have the powers of Freakazoid, making him a hilarious blend of chaos and confusion.
Picture Dave lifting enormous pizzas as his super strength kicks in, leaving villains and hungry citizens equally bewildered. With enhanced speed, he zooms into walls and lampposts, proving that being a hero doesn't necessarily mean being graceful.
Dave's invulnerability? It's top-notch, much to the annoyance of his enemies who can't land a single blow. Meanwhile, his heightened senses make him great at spotting supervillains—unless he mistakes innocent bystanders for the bad guys, leading to hilariously awkward encounters.
