Austronesian Empire, Imperial Majapahit, Aceh, Near A Dry Dock In Aceh.

2000, 1, 1st Week, January.

The waves were roaring as it clashes towards the hull of the mighty ship. On it's sides were the name "ALN Teuku Umar" that was painted magnificently, signifying one of the pride of the fleet of the Imperial Majapahit, of the Austronesian Empire.

The name Teuku Umar bears a great pride towards the people of Aceh and all of Majapahit. He was a revolutionary fighter and leader that hails from the land of Aceh; he fought against the colonisers of his motherland, having a dream of an independent motherland free from the chains of the colonisers. He fought and fought many battles, ultimately; he didn't see the light of freedom as he was ambushed and killed in Meulaboh, Aceh.

The ships's boiler roared in anger as it struggles to move the mighty ship because of the "terrible weather," that was currently present in all of Austronesia. The mighty ALN Teuku Umar belongs to Sovereign Class Of Battleships, sporting 8 boilers that have a ship horse power of 220,000 with 6 geared steam turbines and 6 screw propellers that could travel 32.5 knots with a maximum range of 35,000 kilometres. Furthermore, its armaments are three triple 406mm guns, ten twin 127mm guns, 20 quadruple 40mm Anti-Air guns, with 40 single 20mm Anti-Air guns.

The waves were raging everywhere as the showers of lightning and rain pours down on to the sea. The bridge of the mighty battleship was standing tall as the battleship fights against the chaotic waves that keeps on pummeling it's hulls.

Strands of light were showing up in the sky as the rain pours softer. It was as if hope was finally showing. However, the waves were raging as hard as ever. Within the passing moment, a colossal wave emerged from the far front of the mighty battleship. The speed of the waves was ridiculous, and it was as if it was trying to swallow the entire battleship.

"Admiral! What shall we do!" A sailor said.

"Full Speed Ahead! If we turn back now, we risk capsizing our entire ship!" The Admiral replied.

The entire ship sped up as it slashes through the waves one by one. It was almost as if an arrow was travelling in the sea, slicing everything on its way. After a few jaw dropping moments, the ship was finally on the front of the wave that looks menacing as ever.

The entire battleship bashed it's front towards the wave, as the waves slowly consumed the entire battleship. However, with enough speed and momentum, the entire battleship that was supposed to have been consumed by the wave, appeared at the opposite side and landed on the sea, with water splashing in every direction of the battleship.

The sailors that was evacuated inside looked through their glasses, and were utterly speechless. What they saw would be a once in a lifetime experience.

After clashing with the mighty battleship, it broke the entire force of the wave to which it's colossal size rescinded into that of a laughable one.

The battleship, after which they passed the colossal wave, the waves became much calmer. However, for simple ships such as boats and civilian boats are still not recommended to sail.

Soon after travelling for a while, the mighty battleship finally met up with it's Task Group. Which is the 3rd task group of the 2nd fleet of the Wilwatiktan Command Group. It is composed of 10 ships, with the Battleship Teuku Umar at the center. Spread out on the battleships sides were 2 Guided Missile Destroyer which are ALN Antoro and ALN Asumi, followed by 3 Guided Missile Frigates ALN Banyu, Baskoro and Bagus. Last but not the least were 4 Anti Submarine Warfare Corvettes.

This task group was spread out on different parts of Aceh and were hastily combined to form the 3rd task group on intercepting the multiple fleets of unidentified ironclads outside of Austronesia's Exclusive Economic Zone.

The Admiral of the fleets was utterly confused, as they have seen none of the monsters that were rampaging around the sea and sky.

'Was it just a nightmare?' The Admiral thought to himself.

After the task group rearranged itself into a more proper formation. The task group then set out to intercept the fleets of ironclads. Meanwhile, the admiral was thinking of what tactic can be used to destroy the fleets of ironclads. He thought hard about it, however; he decided to send one of the ships to become as a messenger. So after arriving where the borders of the clouds of the storm, and on the other side stands a bright sun that was shining over the world.

The admiral ordered the Guided Missile Destroyer ALN Asumi to scout and send a warning towards the fleets of ironclads.

The admiral himself still believes that a peaceful communication might work. However, if they attacked the lone warship, then they shall face the entire wrath of the Austronesians.

ALN Asumi sailed forward and into the border of the storm. Then finally it was outside of it and what the sailors and captain of the ALN Asumi saw was a bright sun that was shining upon them. The light of the sun was dazzling, they felt warm from it; it wasn't too hot; it was just the right temperature.

The sailors, for a moment, were appalled by what they were seeing. Fortunately, they immediately snapped out of it, because of a radio chatter and alarms that were blaring loudly.

"General Quarters! General Quarters! General Quarters!" Was the sound of the radio and alarm.

The captain of the ship immediately radioed the task group.

"Commander! There's multiple bogies everywhere. It seemed like that the ironclads were engaged in a fight with those creatures that invaded our motherland."

The Admiral thought hard about it, and so he decided to save them. After all, if they save them, then they are going to be indebted to them. This also aligns with the policy of the Emperor.

Gunboat Diplomacy.

If the ironclads saw how strong they were, then they will think twice before entering their territory.

The order was given and so the ALN Asumi opened it's hatches and fired multiple surface-to-air missiles and it's anti-aircraft cannon and the single cannons were deafening as it shoots the creatures that had just invaded their motherland.

The creatures were dropping like flies and soon, there were nothing left.

The captain then reported it to the Admiral, however there was an anomaly, the ironclads were reduced to a miniscule amount.

The admiral hopes for a peaceful communication. However, he suddenly received an order from the emperor. Which helped his uneasiness.

"Bring them in, we have shown our strength. Now let us show we are hospitable and compassionate people." Was the order from his majesty Maximo.
